Chris was truly amazing over this recent holiday season for my daughter and I. Her car broke down while she was home visiting and on a very tight timeline for her to get home, Chris stepped up to help us out by getting her car fixed! Not only did he work extra hours to help us, but his quality of work and integrity are always top notch!!

I called them at 1:15 on a Friday afternoon about my daughter’s car and something falling off it and the car sounding terrible. My daughter being a college student and me not being there to help her was rough. But these guys were great. They drove to where she was to look at the car and then got the car to their shop and figured out what was wrong. They just fixed it right then and she was back on the road in less than 3 hours. I can truly say I sure didn’t expect that on a late Friday afternoon. Super friendly and my daughter had a great experience while she was there. 100% would recommend these guys!

Do not bring your car here. Over 400 dollars for a blower motor, then 700 for two lower tire rods and a control arm. What shop tells you they are replacing your tie rods then doesn’t even tell you they aren’t replacing them as a whole set? 187 dollars for inspection fee? Bring your car to anywhere else this place is a scam
These guys have integrity and won't try to overcharge/upsell you. Since moving to River Falls from Minneapolis last year, Advanced Auto Care is my go-to if I run into any issues. Highly recommend these guys.
They have worked on my older truck several times, significant maintenance that needed to be done. Always done in a timely manner and the job was done properly. I fully endorse this business.

Chris and his crew have really helped my wife and I out multiple times now! Most recently, we were traveling in RF area last Friday and had an emergency engine problem up by Hudson. Chris was the only shop around that understood the urgency of the situation since we needed to be home by Sunday and everyone else was trying to schedule us for the following Tuesday. He went above and beyond, worked through lunch and made sure we were still on time for the wedding we were attending, let alone getting home before Sunday! In all, our issue occurred around 9:30, a misfire in cylinder 2, and by 3:00 we were back on the road. We highly recommend him to anyone in the RF area! He's communicative, affordable, and just cares like few other people do it seems. Thank you Chris and crew!

Have had multiple vehicles serviced at this shop and always a great experience - one of the few places left that you can trust are only going to tell you what needs to be done and not get asked to replace a bunch of made up stuff like the other shops do these days!!
I dropped my car off before I got ready for work on a Friday morning. A tune up and all new tires installed. They were done by 2pm that day. I thank them all for their hard work. My vehicle runs and drives much better.

Had one of those "Everything that could go wrong..." moments with my 2009 Cadillac. Brought it in, told Chris and the boys I suspected it was a belt or fuel problem. Turns out I was right, belt slipped and damaged the whole engine.
They gave me a price and had it done quicker than you'd expect for a full engine swap. Then, another problem, a day later. The fuel pump. This is where they really showed their outstanding service and made sure I was taken care of, almost as if they understood the frustration of your car breaking down twice. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for your automotive needs!
I had a great experience. I will take my car there anytime. And he's has really good cars for sale. Chris went an extra mile to help me out. He's awesome. I will refer advance Auto Care to anyone.
Just took my Yukon there yesterday and had to have my compressor replaced and a oil sending unit and sensor. He did not just sell me what would make him the most money but would be the best action for my truck and the longevity of my truck. Chris and his guys are great would highly recommend them.
I was visiting from out of town and a low tire light went on, so I stopped in to see if the could help me, and he checked each tire and put air in any low ones. I was so happy I stopped so I didnt have to worry the rest if my trip!

I had a slow leak in my tire and possible sidewall damage the day before Thanksgiving, and of course no shop in the area had any openings..! Advanced Auto didn't have any openings either, but they went out of their way just to get my car in right away. The owner understood that it was right before Thanksgiving, and he explained that he didn't want me to end up stranded on the side of the road with a bad tire.
THANK GOD FOR ADVANCED AUTO, BECAUSE I HAD AN EMERGENCY THE NEXT DAY.
My dog sliced his chest open on Thanksgiving morning and I had to drive him to the Animal Emergency Center in Oakdale, MN. I don't have any family members within driving distance to help, and my close friends had left town already. I would have been in a huge pickle without Advanced Auto!!!
I am so thankful for them going out of their way and increasing their work load just to help little old me. I hope they understand that they helped me more than they realize, and that they are my favorite mechanic as of now...
My dog had to get a lot of stitches, but he will make a full recovery.
I asked Chris for an honest evaluation of what he could do to keep my 2001 Ford F-250 safe to haul horses. He did a great job of determining what needed to be done, including what could wait. He explained each item clearly. Then he quickly did the repairs we discussed. It’s great to be back in the road feeling confident!

My husband and i had been looking for a diffrent vehicle for some time and we decided to check out Advanced Auto Care. I'm always hesitant on buying used vehicles cause most places just want the vehical out the door and commission. Not at all the case!! We delt with the owner and he just wanted to help. Being a local man and a local small business owner he cares about what he does and what goes out the door. He went above and beyond to even offer a way that i could pick up my vehical the next day by giving me a ride.
( and yes, that's after i had already paid for it)
So, i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here for ANY auto care needs as his auto care prices are just as great as the service!
Great service the owner always seems to fit me into there busy schedule. Had my AC serviced during the summer and front brakes and rotors this winter done at the shop for a 2002 Honda Civic. Very reasonable rates and seem very trustworthy. I will be taking my vehicles her from now on after both experiences. Highly recommended.
