I used their car rental service and when i returned their vehicle that I had to put a deposit down on, they did the deposit refund while the card terminal was offline so it didn't go through. Then when I called they claimed Mike was no longer there and didn't have have his cell phone with him. I can't afford to not get my deposit back, and all they would have to do is make sure the card terminal is back online so that it will process!! So make sure if you use their rental service, the deposit goes back to your card right away. They had no issue taking the payment!
Our car broke down on us and it was close to closing time, I had just found a shop to work on my car. The family and I were ten hours away from home, and we still had two more hours to get to mom's house. These guys were absolutely wonderful in helping get a rental car and get to my mother's house. Very nice selection of vehicles always. I enjoy the car shows that they put on every year. Tidy lot always. Organized. I have not directly dealt with the sales team but a friend of mine purchased a truck from there and had an excellent experience. Keeping the big guys honest.

This is the only place I would shop for a used vehicle. They are very friendly and helpful. If they don't have what you want, they will find it. I definitely recommend Riverside Auto, not only for purchasing your vehicle, but rentals, too.

Very accommodating, returned calls promptly, answered my questions and provided me detailed information on my perspective vehicle and had a Car Fax report ready for me without even asking for one! Owner refused to allow inspection by an independent mechanic.
This isn't typical of a reputable dealership.
(We drove about an hour and did a test drive of a 2016. We liked it, but had to pass due to not being allowed to have it inspected at our expense. We had two other vehicles inspected from other dealerships and made our purchase elsewhere.)
