I ran in to grab windshield wipers and was immediately greeted by Amanda (I believe that’s her name!). She gave me an excellent, quick recommendation of the best fit for my needs. Excellent service! Had a little MAP sensor issue with my son's car. The staff helped me figure it out. They loaned me a screw driver and a bit of electric tape to help too. I was able to get back on the road thanks to the friendliness and professionalism of the Staff!

I went into the store last week inquiring about a check engine light that I’ve been having trouble with time and time again for awhile. Cody was extremely helpful and went above and beyond! Instead of just checking to see what the code was, he went a step farther and dug into what the problem could be and even called Jerry’s Auto across the street to inquire about the problem, pricing it may cost to figure it out, along with actual notes about the issue and what he’d learned from talking to Jerry’s Auto and researched. As of today, it’s all fixed and I’m very thankful for the excellent customer service and helpful advice! Thank you!🙂
I have been stopping at this location for the past year. I know less than nothing about vehicles and the guys at the counter always talk through and help me get what I need. Great group of guys.
I know close to nothing about vehicles and I seemed to know more about fixing my truck than the worker. He didn't know the simple difference of the parts and would not help me when I didn't know what exactly I needed. He wouldn't even go as far as asking another worker to help. I ended up having to find another auto part store that would actually help me. Just as I had been walking into the store a guy had been leaving because they couldn't help him either! I ran into him at the next store I went to. They actually helped.
Stopped in last minute for a new battery for my husbands truck. Gentleman helped me out, even installed it and recycled old one! 15 minutes, so helpful! Don't go anywhere else! Had called Carquest first not knowing what to do. The guy there didn't have time and didn't really want to help me, was more concerned with commercial customers. They said it would be 45 minutes to do it. Hmmmm. Very happy with Auto Value!
The manager at this store goes out of his way to help you get the exact product that will work for you. Absolutely outstanding! They will even change a new battery for you.

Bought new windshield wipers and they installed them for free. First set didn't work so they tried a different brand and I'm ready for the next part of winter and spring
Bought a battery here about a year ago, had to replace it because it warped. Brought it in prepared for a warranty fight, guy at the counter was very nice. He tested it, went in the back and got a new battery. Took some info and I was on my way. Very happy and have to say they now have a new loyal customer!
I received excellent service. My car broke down while I was in New Richmond. Luckily Auto Value had my part. I was in a desperate place to get it fixed right away. As a woman I took the challenge on to fix it. Thanks for YouTube i thought I could do this and fix it. Everything would have been fine but I did not have the strength to undo the bolts. I have an older car and those bolts were stuck. Riley their employee was watching me struggle. Came out and said I can't watch anymore. LOL and came out and help me after the store closed. If he only knew how much that meant to me. I highly recommend going to this place because they care. And in the end, Riley and I both got the car fixed and I went on my way. Being very grateful because of Riley. Thank you Riley !!!
Had a wonderful experience there this morning! The staff is very helpful and they go out of their way to make sure that everything is taken care of before you leave their parking lot. The parts that I needed were very inexpensive and they were even willing to help me install it correctly. Highly recommended to go here!
Parts are more expensive than anyone else in the area, even after they "give you a discount."
They have no idea what they are doing. Sold me cavity wax as "rust converter." There is a girl there who knows absolutely nothing about cars. She doesn't even know what the parts do or how to look them up.
She started yelling at me when I tried to return an out of round brake drum because it had a bit of surface rust on it because I installed and tested it on a rainy day. I finally asked her what I had been thinking all along- had she ever worked on a car? She insisted she had, then tried to sell me "front drums" on a modern car and tried to sell me a ignition coil when I asked for a blower fan resistor pack.
