Horrible service. I called them twice, and the jerk who answered I asked him a couple of questions because I thought they would want to do business and make money by fixing a car. He didn’t even bother to come take a look. With a nasty attitude, he said, “I don’t have time to look at that,” even though I could literally see him just walking around doing nothing. Mind you, I had all the paperwork from the diagnostic test that O’Reilly’s gave me, so it wasn’t like it was going to take more than 10 minutes.
Tim and his crew go above and beyond each time I bring a vehicle there. Making sure everything is taken care of but not more than what is needed! Best place in town!
I have been going to Joe's for a few years now. With different vehicles I have owned, When they repair them, they are fixed. I have never had to take it back for the same issue. Tim has even had to come with his flat bed and rescue my vehicles from the side of road a couple of times. It nice to someone reliable like that.I highly recommend Joe's auto. I am very satisfied with taking my repair needs there.

I have used Joe's for every vehicle I have and had. I dropped my SUV off and left note for brakes, rotors, oil change, tire rotate and balance. Owner called me to let me know brakes and rotors did not need to be changed as they were still good. Saved me some money. I couldn't ask for better service!
Too lazy or something I guess or doesnt need the money. He told me he already has to tow a vehicle in the morning so that made him too busy to get to later in tge day. Hope he was the owner and not some employee.
called twice to see about making a appointment. both times got told to call back a couple hours later. With a unrealistic issue told as tue reason the couldn't take the call.
I have dealt with Joe's for 30 plus years and I always have been taken care of in a professional and courteous manner.if you want your vehicle fixed fight the first time Joes the place to go.
We dropped our car off and it was a week at there shop and still have not got it back yet . Going on day 8 at there shop and it's not fixed yet and they dont even know what to do. Car turns over but does not start immediately and now after a week they told the wife they are going to check out the starter. Will never take our vehicle here again.
Very dirty unorganized. The guy behind the counter was annoyed I even walked in the door. I tried to explain my issue and he talked down to me. I will not ever take my vehicle there.
The first and last time I ever went to get my car fixed they only made the problem worse and to add insult to the already obnoxious situation they would not give me any type of refund / apology for almost destroying my car and breaking my drivers side door.
