Went to look at a 37k truck. Sales guys couldn't be bothered with us to give any information. They deleted codes while getting copy of our license for test drive. The truck was not even road safe!!! When we asked questions after our test drive the sales guys couldn't be bothered to get off their desk or computer. Left our number for a call after mechanic looked at it. Never got a call back. I would never buy a vehicle from here after this experience. Very shady!!

If i can give them -80 stars i would. I bought 2 cars from them and referred at least 4 people to them so i know them personally!! Do not buy from here PLEASE!! The headeach you will go through is not worth it. I ll tell u the secrets they hide from u. 99% of their cars look good from outside. The parts they use to put the car together when they buy it from auction are cheap parts that breaks quickly. If you are that 1%. Congrats you are saved. I was one of the 1% on my first car ( even tho had to come back a couple of times so they can fix it ). My second car ( audi ) was complete trash. They sold it to me knowing that i had to take a road trip with it to texas. The car looked and felt great at the test drive. 3 days later engine light came on. Called the owner he said u paid for warranty so just take it to any dealer next to u they ll fix it. I did just that. Then my warranty refused to pay for the repairs. Called them to get a refund. They issed a refund of 1400. Sent a check to the dealership ( because we bought it through the dealership) the warranty provided me with the check number and everything ( the bank told me that the check was deposited). So he pretty much took my money :) called him texted him, even took a flight and went there but he kept telling me i got ur check tomorrow come back i m busy now blah blah blah blah. I will keep writing these reviews all over the internet and make sure no one ever purchase from here ever again.

We just got an excellent car for our daughter from MSI. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the best car available. We 1000% recommend them!!

So I bought my '13 VW CC there 3 years ago and they were absolutely amazing. Bank required a bigger down payment, due to my credit score, that I didn't have. MSI let me write out 2 checks to MSI and post date them, one for my next paydate,, and one for a month away. They covered the down payment for me as long as I paid them back within the month. Car still runs and it's super cute and matches my personality. I don't know what made them think I was trust worthy for that but I'm super glad they did trust me.

I was really pleased with the entire sales process, for many reasons. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Adam. He is great to work with, very responsive, and went above and beyond with any questions or special requests I had. This is a low hassle, low pressure dealership and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for used cars. I would definitely go back again in the future!

Giving 2 stars only because my sales person was pretty decent. But 1 day after taking my truck I had issues. Contacted them and was told to bring it in. Took it in and they had it for 5 days and the only thing fixed was the power steering leak and it was back woods patched together . Called again and made another appointment to take it in and did to pick it back up with nothing done. So now I'm gonna have to do the repairs myself on a $19000 truck that they had for 7 days total and ive had for 4 weeks total. I do not recomend buying from them unless your gonna fix stuff yourself.

Do not buy a car from this place! They don't even deserve 1 star. Scam Artists! They sold me a car that had a accident reported as total loss which I was not informed of. I paid full market price and it was also missing spare tire, tow hook, owners manual and had a bent rim that was not addressed with me. They stuck me with a lender that's 22% and didn't bother to have then put my cosigner info on the loan like I asked them to do. Now I can't get it refinanced because of the total loss report. Terrible Service! Worst I've ever dealt with. The only plus to theis whole situation is that after replacing the rim, crankshaft pulley, thermostat, water pump, wheel bearing and complete brake job it might actually be worth what in paid as long as there's no frame damage. Sickening! If you can see the response from MSI below then you can see that this person clearly has no idea what or who they are talking about. I have no gradfathers they are both dead. How dare they say that. I have not stopped paying for anything. I have made every payment in full and on time. Something is really mentally wrong with this person. All they care about is their money and they got paid. Bravo Jerk.

First off Austin is the man!!! Had been looking for a c6 corvette and they had one in black I liked. Took it for a test drive, a mechanic, was ready to purchase but my financing fell thru. They went beyond and had acquired another red one, I had a couple of others lined up and was able to get a mint condition yellow, color I originally wanted so never test drove the other one. Even though I wasn't able to do business with them the office was always rooting for me to get the perfect car for myself. Ownership and staff were super professional and accommodating, I can be demanding and they handled everything well. If you compare the inventory they have which is pretty impressive their prices are very competitive if not under. Thank you Austin!!! I'm gonna need a SUV or truck soon so I know where I'll be heading

*EDIT* Originally I gave 3 stars due to repairs that were needed at time of purchase & hiccup on drivehome (see below). Repairs were done quickly and correctly and I've had NO issues with my new-to-me car! Love it. It's safe and exactly what we needed. I still firmly stand behind my recommendation and again give huge Kudos to the MSI team - sales and mechanics staff alike! [Original review] Fingers crossed 🤞. Purchased an Acadia today (Sat). Loved the car and the staff - no pressure, they stayed late Friday for our first visit and treated us great today. Upon test drive we knew something was wrong with the power steering. Contract indicated they'd order part and resolve issue (per owner, Ramin, who was so kind). Sadly, we drove off the lot and pump failed! Ugh! Stressful BUT we were aware there was an issue (just hoped it would hold off until part was in). Anyway, staff sent rescue right away (thank you Destiny & guy who "saved" us). Now we pick up the car next week, hopefully repaired and ready for our family adventures! Thank you team 😁 I'll post an update upon receipt of my repaired car and will likely be sending family your way! (Will change star rating once car is in our possession and working great as I suspect it will be!)

i really enjoyed buying my Lexus from Austin. he was friendly and very professional. Everyone in the office seemed to enjoy their job and several people took part in making it a great day.. The price was fair and the GX 460 seems to be in excellent condition. I have already recommended MSI to two of my friends. thank you all. john

Do not go here. The car you buy will work for 2 weeks than have problems. The dealership will lie and say they found parts for your car but than someone else will say they don't have the parts. They run you around. No one has time to play games. If they would service the vehicles before people buy them they wouldn't have problems. First it was a camera than it was rims and struts. They knew about the problems when they sell you a car but they choose to ignore them ripping off thier customers. Wasting people's time while collecting thier money. Rip off.

Once again I am very happy with my new purchase from MSI auto, I just purchased a 2012 Mercedes Benz ML350, in mint condition, this is the 4th car me and my family have purchase from MSI auto, so obviously I am pleased with the service that I receive each time I shop here, this last purchase I had the opportunity of working with Rico, he was amazing! They didn’t have what I wanted at 1st, so I asked him to call me when they got one in, Rico called me 3 days later to say that they had exactly what I was looking for, he even facetimed me so that I can view the car, they held the the vehicle for me for 1 week and when I got there I was very pleased when I did my test drive, Rico sat down with me (no pressure) and thoroughly went over all my options as to the extended warranty’s that he recommended and to me it made sense because surely when you are buying a used vehicle over 8 years old you can’t expect that at some point you won’t run into service issues, so me purchasing the extended warranty was smart and it put my mind at ease knowing I would be covered for any major repairs, and I forgot to mention that they even gave me top $ on my trade in that was also purchased there. From the 1st time I went there the owner Rahman and his team has been nothing but nice to me and treat me like family, also I forgot to mention that Rico even helped me program my radio, telephone, Bluetooth, and other accessories. Thank you all so much! I finally was able to afford the car of my dreams

Rico sold my boyfriend and I a 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T. We drove 2 hours to MSI and took it for a test drive. The whole crew was so nice and welcoming! The whole process was easy and they made it feel as non stressful as possible. The car itself has had no major issues and made it back on the drive no problem. I highly recommend the dealership and employees here and we hope to make it back for another car in the future.

I was in the market for a truck and visited multiple used car dealerships and new car dealerships in the Madison area over a week before I bought one off the lot at MSI Auto Sales. Incredible Cars in Cross Plains were wonderful but they didn't have something that would work for me. The Don Miller dealership in Madison were very nice as well, but they also didn't have something that would fit my budget. Goben cars was... well what you expect from a stereotypical used car dealership: pressure, belittling and acting as if I was stealing a car from their lot. To be fair, the salesperson there was super nice, but the manager whose last name was apparently Goben was totally crass and made sure that I shouldn't get a car from them - ever. That brings us to MSI. I was skeptical after the Goben experience, but decided to go pay a visit as I thought they had a car that would work for me. Right from the time I set foot at their dealership to the time I drove off the car from their lot FOUR days later, they were completely professional and nice. There was a chance that the car I wanted could be sold during my procrastination period, but that was a risk I was willing to take to be completely sure I made the right purchase. The people at MSI were willing to let me take my time. There was no pressure to buy. There was nobody hovering around me while I looked around the car. There were no phone calls and emails following up on me after I left the lot. There were no incredible one-day-only offers I couldn't possibly refuse. Instead, they let me take my time to read up on the car and its features. They also gave me Carfax reports of cars I was interested in so that I could go through them at my own pace and understand what I was getting. In addition, the price for truck at MSI was about 20% cheaper than those on offer at other dealerships which made me wonder about the car's condition. However, after driving trucks at other places - and even a brand new one for comparison - it was clear that the truck on sale at MSI was in the best shape cosmetically and mechanically! I've had the truck for about a week now and I've done a LOT a of miles on it and I must say that I got a great deal at MSI!

"Because he's a fair guy" We purchased this Toureg in July. When we noticed a weird transmission sound we commented on it and they said it is a learning transmission and that sound will go away. We looked it up and that is a real thing, so we made the mistake of trusting them. Within the first week, I contacted them again to tell them there was more than a transmission noise, but yes there was still a transmission noise. The owner had us conveniently bring it to a local dealer friend of his to check it out. During his observation, he could hear the issue with the timing chain, the transmission didn't shift right, AND the check engine light went on. He acknowledged hearing all of this and was going to tell the owner of all the issues. When we talked to MSI again, they were going to check with the previous owners because they had mentioned some issues. Huh.... I guess they forgot to mention that to us. After some time, many phone calls, he decided he would pay the labor for a new transmission, but we would have to pay aprox. $1200 for the part. We questioned the timing chain that was making noise, and it was not repaired or acknowledged. When he told us to come get it he said it was no charge, "because he's a fair guy." Clearly the mechanic knew about it (or he is a lousy mechanic). They gave us an inflated receipt showing $4000 worth of work/service. Two weeks later, as expected, the Toureg died with a $6000 repair bill. We replaced it with a new vehicle from a reputable dealer. I wish we would have started there instead of dealing with MSI, who from other reviews and our experience, will hide any issues they find in vehicles and sell them anyway. In fairness, since "he's such a fair guy" I will say that Jeff was great to work with and did all he could to help us. Unfortunately, he's not the one in charge. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for a used car.

Have had the truck for 2 years now. Use it to tow my boat and haul my camper. Have traveled all over the USA no mechanical problems. Great price & service.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. We were looking for a car for my son and they had one that meet all the criteria we had at a fair price. We are 3 hrs away from Madison and talked to one of the salespeople, China, multiple times letting him know we would be traveling 3 hrs to get the car. He assured us the car was in great shape and we would be very happy with it. We made an appointment and took the trip up there on a Saturday and the car was in terrible shape. To start with, it didn't start and they had to jump it. The front fender had a very poor repair using body filler that was very easily noticable, the front bumper had been repainted poorly with multiple paint sags and runs and the spare tire well had a decent amount of water in it. None of these things were made known to us prior to driving 3 hrs to get the car. When I pointed these out to China, it was obvious he already knew about them and he immediately piveted to see if there was anything else we might be interested in. No apologies for the wasted trip, just a plug to keep watching their website because they get new vehicles in all the time. Yeah we'll pass that, China. What a scam.

Pros: Very good experience here. Great customer service, everyone was extremely friendly, and the staff was accommodating to COVID distancing. I also feel like they gave me a fair value on my trade in. They also listen to my concerns and never once made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them in the future. Cons: With any scenario, there is always room for improvement in some way. If I had to be picky, I would say that their auto repair shop could be a little cleaner.

Bought a 2008 BMW 335i Twin Turbo from them. Rattling from under the car when I test drove. Thought the exhaust may have been slightly lose. They assured my it would be fixed before I left. I completely forgot about it and they never fixed it. 2 weeks later the turbo goes out. I called them and they refused to do anything for me. Buyer Beware.

So far, no complaints. They treat you like family. They have pictures of their kids on the walls and their kids artwork hung up. Nobody pressured us into purchasing something we weren’t comfortable with like a lot of other dealerships would try to do. They got our info and gave us the keys for a test drive as soon as we told them which one we were interested in. Prices seem fair. The people are down to earth. The young lady who was working was so sweet and also gave recommendations for other things in the area when I asked her. Tomorrow we will be picking our new vehicle up and as long as the vehicle doesn’t have any issues the 5/5 stars will remain! Happy customers. :)

I had an excellent experience with MSI. They were friendly, and helpful. The owner and Teresa the finance manager were both very helpful and knowledgeable. 👌🏼 Put my mind at ease. Also, I was promised and extra replacement key to be made after purchase and they called me within the week to come get it done. I didn’t have to ask. Great service. I have had my vehicle for a few months now and have enjoyed having it! I recommend them.

Purchased a 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX last April. Shortly after I noticed the paint bubbling up on the rear wheel wells. Both sides had large amounts of rust which were just covered over with body filler and painted. Then A large chunk of body filler and paint fell off of the right side front fender revealing a large rust hole that was covered up with a black plastic bag and some more body filler. The right front lower control arm broke in half while entering my garage because it rusted from the inside out. Then the rear seats stopped latching closed because the latch bracket on the rear strut towers had moved slightly. I removed the interior panels in the rear half of the car to investigate and found a fist sized rust hole in one of the rear strut towers. Both sides are so far rotten that the strut towers flex. I am just amazed that this car didn't completely fall apart on the highway. None of these issues were disclosed to me when I purchased the car and someone obviously tried to cover it up, whether it be MSI themselves or the previous owner.

We arrived at MSI to look at one vehicle, and a different one caught our eye. Rahman set us up with a test drive and we loved the car. He was very personable and easy to work with. We felt that we purchased a quality car at a reasonable price. The young lady that we finalized our deal with was outstanding. Thank you for a quality purchasing experience.

Have bought 2 vehicles from them so far. They have been absolutely EXCELLENT to deal with. Rockman, the owner bent over backwards fixing a minor issue that came up shortly after the purchase of one of the vehicles. I will being doing all my purchases through them from now on. Would highly recommend them. And for those complaining about phone calls not being returned, or deals not made over the phone... Go to the lot like you should, and check the vehicles out yourself. Heck, you may even get lucky. My first purchase I showed up after they had already closed. The owner stuck around an extra hour allowing me to test drive 2 vehicles I was checking out and gave me an excellent deal.

I went in with my brother to purchase his dream car he had been saving up for. The Chevy Impala was everything my brother had hoped and it looked in mint condition for a used car. I'm hoping to purchase one of their luxury vehicles that they have in stock. From China, to Mike to the younger gentlemen to the owner everyone was awesome! I recently bought a car from Adam at MSI. It was a great experience. He let me take the car for a ride and even back to my house to see if it was functional enough for all of the things I need in a car with 3 kids. He was honest and transparent with me and listened to what my concerns were with the car, and I think we were able to agree on a great deal for both of us. I read through the reviews here before I went to MSI and it made me a little nervouse, but I've experienced none of what some of these poor reviews have to say. We were even able to work special terms into the agreement to have some things on the car fixed. I was also really happy with the extended warranty I was able to get. A warranty that will take my car all the way to 3 years or 100k additional miles! Thanks for a great experience, Adam!

Purchased an Audi from MSI. Great group of guys who are honest about the cars they sell. I accidentally broke the hood release cable pull handle (VW plastics) after buying the car and they overnighted a genuine Audi part the same day. Had a great experience and I am loving the car and the money we saved. Planning on going back and buying another sporty car from them soon. It was an easy process and I was approved and out with my new ride in about two hours.
