Had my vehicle towed from Poynette to New Berlin Wi today. The dispatcher was very nice, the driver was prompt. They did a great job, I am very grateful for the service. I recommend this company and will use again in the future if needed. Thanks!

These guys are obviously great to their regular customers. Because they were Awesome to us! We are from out of state, broke down on the highway the day before the holiday weekend. They picked us up, dropped us at a nearby hotel, squeezed us in the next day, fixed our truck & saved our weekend. Would be my goto mechanics if I wasn't 600 miles away! THANK YOU BLYSTONE!

They were very informative about my situation. And I greatly appreciated that. There were things that I couldn't remember about my accident, but after piecing things together I figured things out, because of the information they gave me. I would definitely support this business if I live closer. Because I believe their services are worth it.

My car was fixed by this shop as subbed out through the insurance’s shop after an accident. They missed repairing a vital part of the suspension. Luckily no one was injured by driving the car. I am however left with a ruined car. Don’t go here ever.

My vehicle was in a car accident recently and has been at Blystones for a week now waiting on an estimate, still nothing. I have explained this is my only vehicle but was told its not a priority. So far, I'm definitely disappointed.

A few weeks ago I was in the Dells with my daughters and are car had a problem. We were 2 hours from home. They got us right in and back on the road within 30mins. Kind, friendly, honest service. I would go there regularly if we lived closer.

The last place I took my car is no longer in business and I didn't want to take it to the dealer that likes to charge an arm and a leg. I went to Blystone's and everyone was super nice right from the start of making the appointment over the phone. They worked with me on getting my car in and the work they did was top notch. I have already told two people who are in the area they need to go here for an oil change and if their car needs more work. This is a place you want to go when your car is not wanting to work. Thank you everyone there for the great service.

Yolanda is an amazing human being. I drove from chicagoland area to buy the car close by. Bought the car and notice it wasn’t drivable. Spoke to her to leave it there she was really cooperative and gave me a good per day storage fee. I unfortunately came 2 days later than the agreed day. She called on checked on me. And than didn’t even charge me anything. What a amazing person she was. God Bless her and her family. There is still good left in this world.

Blystone Towing was amazing to work with. We were stranded on the highway, with two children, on the hottest day of the year, when we needed towing services. From the moment I called to request a tow truck to the final towing destination, the service was top notch. Carson went out of his way to make sure we were all safe and was able to get our vehicle towed to where we needed it to be. Carson was very friendly, professional and even let the kids check the tow truck out after we arrived at our destination. I’m glad I called them. The amount of time to respond to us was very prompt. The quality of work was no issue. The real problem is the eye-watering prices for services any auto parts store does for free.. I was stranded one day while running some errands. Went to start truck, no crank, no start; got a tow, and a repair quote. Needs a starter (which now I'm assuming was the only real issue) and said the battery is on its way out. Although the battery was relatively new and i had no verifiable issues powering my vehicles accessories, i reluctantly approved the battery replacement. Not including the cost of the battery, which was over $230, they charged $62.50 labor for a 5 min battery swap.. really? You're gonna charge $62.50 to perform a service even an auto parts store will do for free?? This isn't including over $37 to test the battery and starter. I understand they have a business to run but that's simply nickle and dimey.. My advice? Bring your own tools. Takes 5 mins and a 10 mm to swap a battery on most vehicles. ?

Carson was our hero today. We were stranded on the side of the interstate, he immediately took charge to load up our car, kept the kids safe on the highway, and went above and beyond to check our tires and even go to a different mechanic that he recommended.

Were on our way to MN incurred a fuel issue with our Isuzu, they inspected it and we're able to diagnose it. Quickly and didn't charge us as it needs to go to Isuzu shop. Cory and the staff are great, professional , honest business people. Definitely take your car or truck to them !

Gene, the service technician, was great—professional and helpful. Unfortunately, he was unable to fix my 7-way plug issue or find a solution to get me back on the road. The real disappointment came when the owner charged me $507 just for sending Gene out, despite the problem remaining unresolved. I will not be using this company again, and I would strongly caution others against calling them unless you're prepared to pay excessively without guaranteed results. Update: after getting back to my shop in Chicago my mechanic was able to repair my 7 way with no problem. This company ripped us off.

By far the best towing service I have had, I got into an accident on the freeway and they towed my vehicle from the rest stop to their center. The service was very fast and efficient, while also having the nicest tow guy ever, he let my ride with him to the center and to get lunch while I waited for another ride to come pick me up due to me totaling the vehicle I was in. Great place, they made my bad day significantly better.

After waiting over 4 hours for AAA, I reached out to Blystone and they were there to help my parents with a flat tire in under an hour. They were so understanding / and did a fantastic job. I can't thank them enough for helping my parents out.

I bought a whole bunch of antique wheels locally and needed a couple of The tires recycled so they wouldn't enter the waste stream. They took them no problem (there is a fee). Did me a huge favor! Friendly, fast and courteous service!

Great experience, showed up fast and equipped to handle the job. The driver was skilled and knowledgeable how to get my truck into neutral. He took the time to show me. The truck he has was very impressive, I am sure all my neighbors noticed. If you are going to break down do it in style. This company is next level. The driver could take a tip but wouldn't. I would like to take time to commend two of your employees who helped me tremendously yesterday. I was traveling with a boat I just purchased and had a trailer tire blowout on I-39. I called Blystone and talked to Lisa and she assured me that all would be well and she sent Nate out to solve my problem. Both of these employees are top notch in my book. Contacted Blystone for a long distance tow from Deforest to Portage because AAA failed to come through for many hours. The dispatcher was very helpful and sent a unit to my location immediately. The driver Carson was friendly and professional and did a great job. Thank you!

Was stuck during an important trip across the US and Brian from Blystone towing showed up and had us running in under an hour and half. Brian was fast and efficient as well as friendly and made the whole experience of being broke down not all that bad. My family was driving home to Virginia when a brake caliper fell out of my car at 70 mph on the flyover by the Iron Skillet. I grew up in the Westfield area but am no longer super familiar with Portage, so picked a shop based on USAA recommendations. They got a truck out to us within 30 minutes (critical-we were stuck in a dangerous spot). Steven even let us bring our big dog into the cab of the tow truck after the dog flipped out about being left behind in the car. Corey made sure that we were the next car to be worked on and we were back on the road about 3 hours after our initial scare. The work was completed quickly and competently (we did need to bleed the brakes again the next morning-if it had been a regularly scheduled brake job I have full confidence that the brakes would have been perfect but for sneaking us in on a rush job in a packed schedule: 10/10, no notes). Special thank yous to Steve and Corey, you both really have customer service down to a science.

We broke down on a very busy day for Blystone, but Craig and Corey went out of their way to coordinate everything they could to get us back on the road during our road trip. Great service and a helpful attitude! It's never fun to have an unscheduled visit to a new repair shop, but these folks did outstanding!
