The only auction I've dealt with that actually treats you like they value you. Amber is phenomonal, she makes the purchasing or selling process so smooth and the rest of the staff is fantastic and manage all the details so you never have to worry about anything.

If i could give it zero stars I would...was a nice little 400-500 auction- turned into an auction with 40 fresh cars a week. Way to go guys.

We arrived to retrieve our car after calling to make sure everything was set. One of the staff asked what we needed and we told her. She very rudely told us that we couldn't get the car because of auction day preparations. Long story short, they misplaced the fax authorizing release of the vehicle, were very rude and made the day a miserable experience due to the way they handled the situation.
