Sunday morning and on the side of the road/interstate in a parking lot. I was in need of a battery in hopes I could get close to home. The gentleman in the store, even though short staffed, offered to bring one out to me if I wasn’t able to limp it to the store. I did make it to the store and they were ready for me, helped me replace the boiled battery with a new one so I could get back home. Wonderful service guys. Thank you so very much for your consideration.
The most expensive auto store in town. Bring your old part with you or you'll end up with the wrong one. I hate hearing, "Well, that's what the computer says)!
They were quick to offer advice and any help that they have to power to offer and had the multiple things I needed to get my vehicle going down the road again. Thanks guys!

After poor experiences with other stores in the area, I have changed to giving my business to this location. Shout out to Nick Barron, he is the best! As a former employee, I take interactions at O'Reilly's very seriously because of the standards I was held to when I was employed there. This store is the best store in my area. Saturday, April 5, around 4:30 PM, the tall man with long hair slicked back was rude and aggressive with his attention. He raised his voice at me when I asked for help finding the item I was looking for.
Reach out to see what the issue might be that amazing customer service to be able to help me find the park number they needed for the stuff you know they didn’t have anything in stock.

Needed some advice and help with replacing a low beam headlight bulb on a Nissan Sentra, unbeknownst to myself the job wouldn't be so simple. Jamie and Greg assisted me without hesitation on what should have been a 30 min max job that turned out to be a 3-person 2-hour job!!!! Their willingness to jump right in is what great customer service is all about. Thank You!!! :)
I just was able to leave the parking lot in Portage. I had a coolant leak that I just couldn't find but Jamie and Greg help me
Jamie was able to order the part we thought we needed and have it by 10 am today Saturday 13th. It just happened to be a different line but didn't discover until the first line was on. Jamie found the part in stock that we needed, my husband and I worked on the car in the parking lot. Greg came out and helped us in-between customers. He helped us replace the line that was leaking. They let us use their tools ours where all at home.

Awesome team here. I bought a set of calipers and had everything stripped down, and what do you know... I had the wrong parts. The team at oreillys offered to drop off the parts on their noon run near my place. It wasn't necessary, but the offer was above and beyond.
Everything worked out, and my vehicle is back on the road.
The gentleman who closed the shop 12/15/23 showed fantastic follow through and ordered a part we needed from the Madison store. THEN today we called Greg and picked it up from him and he was a total GEM too! Thanks for your rare & excellent customer service to make a "broke-down car work weekend" less stressful!

Drove from 250 miles away for car show in the Dell's. In a 73 amc hornet..broke. Called 5diff places portage oriellys was THE ONLY PLACE who had the part in less than 22 hrs. And on the road again! Great guys!
Normally I get good parts for my truck, always the right parts, but recently bought a starter for my truck (got the re-furb) and took it back under warranty twice due to the solenoid misfiring. Most things are overpriced if their not housebound products though, my only real quam.
O'reilly's ordered the car part I needed and it was not only there the next morning but $50 cheaper than their competition. Friendly and helpful staff that were knowledgeable and not just a paid employee, huge bonus! Highly recommended. They even had a tool I needed and let me change the part in the parking lot.
Check your own part numbers and make sure they order the right ones. Oh and they only hold special order parts for one week not one month which they state. Biz and parts are great, staff isn’t up to par.
Guys in Portage are super helpful and knowledgeable. If they can help you they definitely do, even if it isn't for the benefit of the store. They will tell you if you can get something cheaper. Only reason I give them four stars is because the service is slow because they are understaffed
I've been going there for more years than I can remember & it is had almost all the parts I've needed & also a lot of good helpful people working there!
Although in America prices need to be lower everywhere
They saved us during the Polar Vortex by installing a new car battery right in the parking lot. I watched the installation from their heated display room. Friendly and helpful!!
I needed my car fob battery replaced. Pat got my fob open and replaced the battery for me, and my twin pack was under $10! It was a quick and easy in and out process. After a long day, it really meant a lot to me that I didnt have to struggle with the fob myself. Pat went above and beyond for me, in my opinion. Thank you!
They are simply the best parts store in town. Most there employees are well informed and get it right the first time. There midgrade parts are reasonable priced and they usually have a part priced for your budget. They are comparable to NAPA when not buying the cheap budget parts. This is my first choice of part stores locally
We ordered parts from this store, to be delivered to our repair shop, 4 hours later I had to go pick up the parts. I get there and 4 employees are there. 2 are leaning on the counter, (1 eating while leaning), 1 on the phone, and 1 helping the only customer in the store. No one could deliver the parts? No one could be bothered to pick up the phone and call us to come get the parts in that 4 hour time frame? I'm reasonably sure if I spent any amount of time leaning I'd be looking for a new job.
