I’m traveling about 850 miles with two bad windshield wipers and of course it starts raining on my way back to NC! While driving one of my wipers flew off so I had to make an emergency stop and Sean helped me out and even put both of my wipers on for me! He saved me from an impossible drive back home! Thank you Sean! You deserve a bonus for your expertise and hospitality!

Went in found what i needed..cataclean, told sales associate there about 2 dollars more than autozone.. he didn't match price.. bought anyway.. both young guys weren't very much help at all..8/31/20 @ 750pm

Called for a wiper arm and was told they had it in stock I tild them I wanted it and I would be there at 630 when I showed up they guy i talked to told me they didnt have it and asked what number i called I told him and he said it was their number but said that no one there had talked to me about it and wanted me to order it tho them won't be back

Sent me on a wild goose chase across town to another sister store. I showed the guy the pic and part number of what I needed and it isn't anything at all NEAR the same piece. And the price of what they said they had online was $10 higher at the store with the pic. (Of the part I needed that they didn't have). I won't put my confidence in a store where the employees DO NOT LISTEN to the customer and their website lies about availability and price of parts they don't have at all.

Replaced broken windshield wipers for us, in the rain.. So very thankful for them. We are traveling due to a death in our family. May God bless them.

Bought wiper blades 2 min before closing and the guy even put them on my car. Kudos

Completely saved my day when I blew a brake line on the highway. The cashier even cut and flared my new brake line. Absolutely above and beyond service from these guys

Item was clearly mark with a 3x4" tag " Buy One get FREE" after ringing up items double I ask about the price... Walked back to shelf and as he pulled the sign off shelf said ... This went out 3 days ago.. sorry about your luck.... Great customer service you got there.

On a road trip and needed window cleaner and towels. Not a big problem but annoying to have bad streaks, especially at night. The staff was very helpful with suggesting a good towel and glass cleaner.

The parts here aren't always the highest of quality especially if you aren't a car expert and don't know exactly what you need.

Had a brake line go while we were travelling through. Everyone there was super helpful and let me borrow loaner tools to get it fixed and back on the road. I cant remember everyone's name but I would like to thank them. The manager and I believe the other was Sohra (sorry if I spelled it wrong). But thank you again.

They will lie about needing a new battery and just charge it up. They will not honor the warranty and just replace it. The one across town is a better store.

Ordered a $1,200 Transfer case from them on a Friday. Was promised 2 day shipping and arrival on the following Monday. 5 days later still no Transfer case. Only ordered through advance to save a few hundred bucks. After hotel rooms and food for 6 days I spent almost double what I would have going through the dealership with GUARANTEED next day shipping. This place is a joke.
