Big Scammers..they pretend to install used tire but when you service call they will bring brand new tire and said omg we have only now new tire. Then you dont have option after 4 hour of service call.. pls avoid them.. totally bullsit

This is the service I will rely on again in case I have any issues with the truck or trailer. These guys were impressive with their prompt arrival and quality of work. My truck had a coolant leak, and I thought this would be a tough issue. They arrived, found that the leak was in a hose near the APU, repaired the hose, conducted a pressure test, and then left.

At the travel plaza in Beckley WV, found a broken spring on my 5th wheel. Here is where I met service tech Mickey. He looked at and said they can do repair and gave me a business card and to call Joe. Joe got on it they didn’t have the right part but he tried and called everybody close no luck. I was able to get to a campground with no damage. Joe got me the right part and of course no fault of him the shipment got delayed. But the next day he got the part and sent 2 people Micky and another tech. To get me on the road. All were friendly, respectful and most importantly professional. As for the cost, I feel was very reasonable for being a broke down response. I will definitely keep his number close for myself and friends if your in the area and need service give Joe a call and get on his schedule, you may have to wait but it will be worth it.

Great service goes above and beyond for the truck driver. This man literally fixed my problem while on the phone with me and I am grateful. He’s earned my business and hope through my story he earns yours.

Our truck encountered a radiator leak issue near Ghent city. We called for a service, which included a new radiator and all necessary coolant supplies. The total cost was $2,500 (USD). We had a positive experience with this road service provider, as similar services at Loves or TA repair shops would have cost $4,500. Best wishes from Peace Transportation. Last Saturday, to be exact 03/15th I had driver that had issues with Def pump and couldn't start the truck, mechanics from this shop came out (he was parked on side of the road on a very steep hill), and stayed there for 2 hours. Pump was totaled so they could not do much about it really. They gave me phone number from towing service, and advised about Peterbilt dealership that is nearby. They didn't charge us, not even a penny. If you ever have a truck that needs maintenance call them, good people and good mechanics. (issue couldn't be fixed on spot but they found what was the problem and helped us out loads!) 10/10 would recommend. MC:089505

We are a small trucking company rush trucking. We had a drive blow a tire and needed it repaired on the road. ATTR got there fast and had it taken care of fast and the price was great. Would use again.

This guys are real and they do great job and really affordable, but in my case it was a bit pricy but it’s worth it, they fixed the truck quickly and my driver was able to roll forward to work. Thanks.

I got my tire fix from them they are nice and affordable in price and they have used and brand new tires and they 24x7 available near exit 28

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. $3600 for a radiator repair with no tow. Truck broke down with cracked radiator less than 3 miles from their yard. “Affordable” in the name but they wasted 6 bottles of coolant when the truck had already been at rest for an hour on roadside. I drove my own truck for less that 3 minutes and all the coolant was wasted obviously, they decided to charge me for their poor decision making. No regard for cost since they just pass on all the expenses to you. They also charged 2 hours of labor (100 an hour) + a $75 service call) so $275 just for me to drive my own truck 2 miles to their shop. Then charged 8 hours of labor to replace a radiator. I’ve replaced 2 radiators in my career and both of them combined cost only a fraction more than this one. Terrible business practices. Loves 80 miles in Max Meadows would’ve been cheaper ironically!! Edit: they offered to give me a ride to a hotel because they were “going that direction anyways” to pick up parts for other trucks and then charged for tolls!!! Go figure

I experienced a tire blowout accompanied by an airbag deployment. Their service was remarkably prompt, with a technician arriving within 30 minutes. Fantastic service. TRUCKER FRIENDLY!!! It was snowing and extremely cold and he got to us as soon as he could. Went to get us a new Air Dryer and replaced it for us. Very Affordable mechanic!
