He told me he’d refund my money that it might take 3 days to get it back or give it at least a week. Now mind you I’m setting in the truck and I said but don’t I need to give you the credit card to get the refund. He’s like Na I’ll give your money back So my husband comes back to the truck and asked if I got a receipt. They had already taken it off at this point. Thank God he did because I would have been out of a lot of money. So I go inside with him and the same young man asked for the credit card after he just told me he didn’t need it. There’s no doubt that he was trying to scam me out of a lot of money. I’ll NEVER go back to this place again and if you don’t want to be scammed you won’t either.. If I could have given them a zero rating I would have..
I had a bearing blow out on my 2021 6×12 utility trailer purchased new at the Leonard Store in Beckley. George Duarte, Store Manager, took my call on a Sunday so that I could drop the trailer that day for repair. It's that type of customer service that keeps folks coming back.
Totally dissatisfied. I brought a 10x16 shed, expected it to be delivered but the driver they have can't back up a backyard alleyway.. Totally incredible!! Had to go back and cancel the whole order.. went down the ave and got a shed 10x16 cheaper and delivered by a professional driver this time.. You guys need help!!! I had an appointment with them to install a Tonneau cover on my tundra! They were very friendly and professional, and got me in and out very quickly! They did a great job and I highly recommend them!

I wouldn't leave one star but it is set up that you have to. After waiting the estimated nine weeks, I called and they claimed they hadn't even received my order it would be an additional 12 weeks before I would receive my carport. After going back and forth with the Beckley, WV location and American Builders (unprofessional) I requested a refund. It's a joke!
Eric was awesome. He talks to you not as a salesman but as someone you know. Told him what I wanted and sold me just that with no haggling. Highly recommend
Very professional. I ordered a shed specially fabricated and it was delivered only one month later. The team at the store and the delivery driver were both very friendly and informative. The price is kinda steep but the work is very good and it comes with a quality inspection label. I opted for the first year same as cash financing.
The staff was very knowledgeable and took their time answering questions and giving me advice. Every part that i ordered came in a timely manner and they installed and showed me how to do it myself.

They may help you if you've purchased a Leer top from them, but good luck if you're new to the area and need a part for your top that was purchased in another state. I stopped by in person and allowed owner to secure photo of the top id tag and the part needed. He researched the part, found at warehouse, and advised he would follow up with me once it arrived. I had to call two weeks later, and I was told the parts would only come once they order a entire top for a customer? Then I received a telephone call a few minutes later advising they would take part from display model, and they would contact me first of week to schedule. I called last week and left a message for Tim to call back, but no response week later? So, I’ll get the part from another Leer dealer because this was a waste of time.
I've visited 4 times and never received service. This final time, I went inside. The gentleman could answer none of my questions, never left his seat behind a computer, and had to make a call to find out how long it would take to get a building that took a little more than 5 minutes. I question. >5 minutes. I can build one from a Lowe's kit for 1/3 of the price, but was willing to pay their rate so I didn't have to do so. Guess I'll build the kit.
Stopped by the shop and these Guys hooked me up with a great Leonard top for my 2019 F250. From order time to install was less than 3 weeks. Great customer service.
I don't normally put up reviews on the internet but these guys were great! I just had a tire come off my trailer last night and needed to install a new hub for the trailer before I could my new tire. They were only ones to have the tire bearings I needed. They have great service and are very knowledgeable as well.

I had recently purchased a new truck and came up to the area to pick up some things. Naturally, it was pouring rain and showed no signs of stopping. I happened to pass by this location and turned back around to see if he might have a bed cover in stock. Not only did they have a bed cover in stock - they had the exact higher-end model that I would have purchased anyway and had it installed for me and ready to go in less than 90 minutes. Excellent and much appreciated service.
I had decided to enclose the back of my truck with a cap and throw in a bed rug to make long hauls across the US a little smoother. Ken helped me build out what I wanted, and I managed to fit the installation in on my wedding day of all days. Unfortunately the cap was defective from the factory. It needed to go back. It was a few months of working with Ken to get the cap back and the bed rug in. Ken did what he could throughout the process but the supply side and manufacturing issues were simply beyond his control. He cut me a deal on the bed rug when it finally came in months after the cap was finally installed. If the supply and shipping issues resolve, this place is THE place in the region to get your accessories. Until then, you will need an over abundance of patience and Ken will work the whole process with you.
Very satisfied with my experience at the Beckley location. Went yesterday on my lunch break and spoke with Ken Parent about a specific trailer I wanted. He didn't have it in stock, but assured me ordering would be no issue. I called later to see if I could come after work and order one, to discover he had gotten a shipment of trailers in not long after I left. He stayed late after work to finalize my paperwork, and I brought home the trailer I wanted. They were very helpful. While I was doing paperwork, another employee installed a new ball in my existing receiver, and put my tag on my trailer. Very quick buying process. Would recommend this place to anyone interested in buying a trailer.
Just bought a replacement trailer hitch from these folks, and I am extremely satisfied. The hitch had to be ordered, and I was informed it would take about 30 minutes to install. The hitch came in, and they installed it in 30 minutes. Friendly staff, and easy to do business with. Very pleased! Thanks!
These guys are fantastic! Got the new topper for my truck there. It arrived in less time than they told me it would, the paint match is perfect, and they installed it quickly. These guys are super helpful. Found a couple small leaks around the seal at the topper and the bed once we got some rain to drive in. They fixed the leaking seal and got me back on the road in no time. All the staff is very helpful and straight forward with any questions and I will go back there for a building or truck accessories when I need them. Great business to work with.
