Great place for your towing needs and Ian did an amazing job! Would recommend to anyone in the area!

I had to have my car towed after it was backed over by a school bus...and needless to say, Ian was absolutely wonderful! The battery had died due to it sitting for too long, waiting for a spot at the body shop. It had completely died and he had to pop the lock to get in. Mind you, it was residential street parking, which always complicates things. He got it on with ease and took it to the body shop. He was superb, and thanks to him, my car is now fixed and back home with me! Ian is the best!!! I highly recommend!

Good people to do business with and they get my full recommendation!! Edit and update: on more than one occasion, I have used their towing service and Ian their driver (Spider Man Truck) has been amazing. Timely. Quickly able to load and unload the truck - even in tight spots, without damaging my vehicles. He helped me pop a lock when my battery was dead and I couldn't get access. All in all, my review from before still stands and I wish I could give them 6 Stars!

I had a flat tire and need to be lowed. Ian with One Stop did an amazing job. He was extremely kind and caring. He mad sure I was okay. He took great care of my car and me. 10/10 recommend.

Ian is amazing! I ran over a chunk of concrete on the highway in a construction zone (great job DOT) and it literally tore a hole in my right front tire. I was forced to stop my car as close to the concrete barriers as I could on 81 and was stuck. Ian happened to be headed to another job and stopped to help me. (None of the construction workers bothered to approach and a police officer just drove right past me). Anyway, Ian was so kind, calming, professional, and just seems to be a truly decent person. I want to thank him for reminding me that some people really are still good in this world and for making a real bummer of a week slightly less dismal. Thank you soooo much!!!

I had an excellent experience at One Stop Automotive! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process.

Bought a vehicle in may…day 2 of having the vehicle the check engine light came on. I called the shop back seeking some kind of assistance but none was given. I put the car in the shop (one of their recommended shops), they completed $1300 worth of work, only for me to pick the car with check engine light still on and me unable to drive the vehicle. The shop said there was a major computer problem. I put the car back in the shop a week later, for them to not only call me and say there is an electrical issue, but also to say basically they have replaced everything but they can’t figure out the issue and recommended i take the vehicle to GMC or Burgland. So with down payment and repairs, im out $3,000 and STILL can’t deive the vehicle. I honestly feel like i was completely scammed. I went there with not a lot of money, but i was trusting. I should’ve known better.

Bought a 2020 Nissan Rogue today, very nice car! The process was super easy in and out process! Also very friendly! 10/10 recommended!! Thank you all for such a great experience

Bought a vehicle in June 2024. Less than 3 months after it was losing oil pressure and got stuck on the side of the highway. Figured out the oil had not been changed and the oil filter was completely stopped up and felt like it weighed about 5 pounds. Johnathan at the Bedford location said that oil had been changed while I was looking at the car. Another three months later the timing chain broke and the car is now inoperable. Tried contacting Mr. Thornhill several times with no response back. At the time of purchase, it was advertised that it had a 2 year warranty but after I had been signing everything, Johnathan said it did not actually have the two year warranty. Would not recommend buying any vehicles from One Stop.

I have been buying cars exclusively from One Stop for over a decade! The folks in the shop are kind but firm. They have also always been truthful with me. Upfront about cost and expectations for a vehicle. If I hadn’t moved across an ocean, I would still be buying my cars from this mom and pop shop so I highly recommend you shop there in my place!

Literally the BEST car lot I’ve been to. I have now purchased two vehicles from here and will continue to do so! Not only are the vehicles worth it, I love both of mine! But the employees and owner are also amazing! Lilly in the office is super friendly and so helpful while you shop around the lot for a vehicle. She’s very knowledgeable about the cars available and works with you to find the best fit for you. The owner is great as well. He has a very positive attitude and will always welcome you in with a smile! Not to mention the tow truck driver Zach who is extremely helpful and understanding when you catch yourself in a bind and need a quick tow. He works fast and efficient! Very professional establishment that is understanding and has great compassion and love for what they do! I will ALWAYS recommend ONE STOP to anyone! Go check them out!

I have used One Stop Towing for all my cars on a few different occasions. They were very respectful to my wife when she broke down, and they arrived quickly to help her. When I needed assistance with my race car and my Alfa luxury car, they did a great job—I even watched them load both cars up! Their pricing is competitive as well.
