A gentleman likely on call on a Sunday evening came all the way out to blow up my flat tire and find the hole, and upon deciding I would rather just purchase a new tire, he didn't charge me at all for coming out, jacking up my car, and filling the tire with air. Super kind and very fast.

I called them for a tow and they where able to get my car quickly. They had the problem figured out within 24 hours and quickly repaired my vehicle. Great customer service and will definitely be a returning customer.

I was stranded just inside Fincastle headed south, and SOS was able to tow and get me to the dealership in an easy and friendly manner. The driver was amazing and easy to carry a conversation. He asked the issue determined he could drive the car up instead of pulling and off we went. I would definitely recommend this company for all your towing services need!

Extremely professional/helpful. They communicate with you extremely well on ETA and give you a follow up phone call for extra details about the vehicles location/other information. They also allow you to pay by card which is nice. Won’t let you down, i’ve had to use them twice in a month and they’ve been great.

If I could give them 10stars I would. This morning, I sent out a couple messages and emails requesting a quote for a tow. We needed to move our dirty little broken-down car from the lake to Roanoke. Upon arrival my husband explained to me that Isiah, the young man who was driving the tow truck got out of his car, shook his hand off the bat and explained who he was and why he was there. My husband is hard to impress, so when he called me raving about this young man and how well he treated our car and him, I was relieved. I had spoken to this young man earlier when he explained that he had been given the run. He explained where he was, what the eta would be and collected other details about the trip. Isiah arrived at the destination for our vehicle, and he surprised me with being able to put our car just where it needed to go. Thank you, Kevin, SOS Towing and especially thank you Isiah for all that you did to make this experience worth the cost. Which by the way was fairly quoted with options for payment. From here on out, SOS towing is who we will refer to all that mention this need. Well done guys. Thank you again!

SOS offers an exceptionally professional and efficient towing service. When my son was in an accident, they responded promptly and helped ease a very stressful situation. Isaiah and his team were incredible throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their services.

Barely slid off the road, not even in the ditch. Just couldnt get enough traction to back up. They asked if I had insurance, and when I said yes, they took my car back to their lot and didnt let me drive it home. Just a day later they told me it would be $1875 to pick it up if I paid cash. They later charged my insurance company $4500 and made up fictitious charges. This should be illegal.

I highly recommend this company. I brought my car in to get a wheel hub fixed due to a broken wheel stud. They worked me in during their busy schedule. Everyone was so kind and helpful and the price was very reasonable for the work that was needed. They are a full service shop. If you ever need a tow, then they can handle that too.

Very fast and responsive HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My 2017 subaru crosstrek was brought in for an o2 sensor issue. After this was resolved, supposedly, the check engine light came on again, and the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. About three weeks after the c.c. was replaced, the check engine light came on again. After sinking over $ 1,600 in repairs at this place and then taking it to another shop to look at my car, it turns out I need a subaru-specific catalytic converter costing a ton more.

Requested Roadside Assistance from my insurance company, and SOS Towing was to the rescue. Isaiah and Kevin were a Godsend. What should have been a simple task, turned out to be a great deal. Throughout the process, they were understanding and professional. I am truly thankful for these gentleman and definitely recommend!!!

I used my Allstate towing policy to have my vehicle towed twice. They sent S.O.S. Towing and Auto each time and they were on sight and towed my vehicle within an hour. I used them for a repair on my Jeep and it was left this Monday at the shop and they had it done on Tuesday at at lunch time. The repair cost came in $85 less than a competitor. It was not a major repair, but to get a vehicle repaired that fast is amazing this day and age. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them for towing and auto repair work. Very polite and knowledgeable.

Talk about bait and switch! Called and was told $900 to tow our travel trailer to a dealer. After waiting 3 hours they wanted to cancel our tow but we begged them to get our trailer off of i95 in South Carolina. They requested picture of our trailer and then informed us that it was now $2,100.00 to tow this and promised to get it that night. After waiting for 4 more hours they changed the pick up to the following day. We had no other choice but to agree and said 10AM to meet us at our trailer. They called at 9:15AM to inform us that the tow truck was already there. We had a 45 minute drive but met with the guy who was nice enough but after he left they changed the price and charged us an additional $105.00. Ridiculous. Never again!

They might be better at towing than working on vehicles since they won’t respond to working on a vehicle but will pick it up. Do NOT shop with this place, they’re unresponsive and lie

We were on the side of the road with my 4 year old daughter and a friend. They sent an extra truck to ensure we all were safe. They also took my husband to enterprise and me to the shop. When enterprise had an issue and I was needed, they took me there with all my belongings. I was an hour away from home on the way to a concert. I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality and amazing business!!! 5 stars isn’t enough!!!!!

So thankful that Jonathan came and gave us a jump late at night. Friendly and quick! Would definitely recommend!

Got a flat tire on my lunch break. I just Google local wrecker service near me and SOS popped up. Gave them a call, talked to the person who answered, he quickly informed me of the price and said he would have someone out in 15 minutes. Jonathan and Hannah showed up in less than the time quoted, took my tire off, put my spare on and even put air in so I could get back to work. Jonathan called back to the shop, got a quoted price on a new tire that I will be having put on tomorrow. Very fast, super nice, and very professional. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Reasonable price and has repaired all three of our vehicles within a reasonable timeframe, as well.

Got my axle changed out in under an hour. Haven’t heard any noises since. Excellent and quick service. Will be my regular spot from now on
