Locked out of my car at a local restaurant ,after several attempts from some great people just trying to help. We called, he told me he would be there in 20 min and was right on time. He even gave me a Senior citizen discount. Unlocked my car and was done. Just wish l had called him earlier.
I was unfortunate to have my tire on my F150 punctured on my way home from work, but made it home. I call Roanoke Roadside they came out to my house. My tire could not be repaired so he put my spare on for me. The owner was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Roanoke Roadside.
I'm so pleased with Roanoke Roadside. I go outside this morning and I have a VERY flat tire. I got their number from Google and he was here in around 20 minutes. I can't remember the guy's name but he drove a Prius. He checked the tire, found the nail, fixed the tire, and then put air in it. All in around 25 minutes!! I wasn't even late for work. Highly recommend!
Was on the phone asking questions about a flat tire, asked a simple question about if they’d be able to put my spare tire on for me, the woman on the phone went “I can’t do this call you’ll have to take it.” in a pissed off tone, then handed the phone to a different employee.
Extremely unprofessional and I will never be giving them a chance if I need it in the future.
They showed up in 30 minutes, technician was very professional and had my flat tire changed quickly. Very reasonable price, would definitely recommend!
