Awful. Car was found online at a "too good to be true" price. So I called and they confirmed, and then drove 2 hours to the dealer. Turns out, the listed price ASSUMES a $1500 trade in AND a $1500 credit for financing with them (with high fees). And of course didn't include the $999 "bonus dealer profit" that most dealers charge. Sure, all of this was buried in not-too-clear words in the fine print. Oh well. Argued down a bit, and agreed to a price. Then, after all paperwork was done, and they were putting tags on the car, they put another piece of paper in front of me to sign. A disclosure that the car had a "branded title" and the odometer reading was incorrect. I tore up the paperwork, walked out, and called the 7 hours of my day (and $47 in tolls!) a lesson in car buying. Who here thinks that disclosing UPFRONT that the 75,000 miles on the odometer is NOT THE ACTUAL MILES is sort of mandatory -- in the listing, not in the last 5 minutes of the transaction?

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership, specifically with a salesperson named Kevin. I inquired on Friday about a specific vehicle and asked for the processing fees. Kevin replied but completely dodged both questions. I followed up via text on Monday and was ignored again. Suspecting I was being ghosted, I called from a different phone number—Kevin answered immediately. Only then did he admit the car had been sold since Friday and finally disclosed the fees (BTW it was $999, unusually high). It felt like he was intentionally avoiding putting the fee in writing and wasn't straightforward about the car’s availability just to keep me on the hook. It’s incredibly unprofessional to ignore a customer on one line only to pick up for a "new" number. My time was completely wasted. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you value transparency and honest communication.

Fawaz was GREAT!, awesome communication and easy to work with would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a vehicle, he hooked us up with a great deal.

First off i want to say is i was a little sketched out by where they were located and being such a small dealership but after this weekend and visiting multiple small sport/ performance car dealers, they are ABSOLUTELY the way to go. I was looking for a specific audi S4 and i came across this one and feel in love. I was able to get in touch with Kenny and he closed this deal for me before i even left my house and sent me the buyers order. i gave him a number i needed to be at and he got the deal done despite him selling multiple other cars while also making this deal happen for me within hours. I drove 3.5 hrs to get this car and when i pulled up it was sitting out front waiting for me. it took about an hour from when i first walked in to driving off in my Beautiful S4. I just can’t thank Kenny enough for making this the best and easiest car buy experience i’ve had. I 100% will recommend this dealer and Please go see kenny for any sporty/ performance/ luxury car needs. He will get it done no matter what!

Very honest dealer and a very expansive inventory. They worked with me for 5 hours to find the vehicle I wanted and were able to get me approved on the first try even with troubled credit even though a few hiccups were encountered along the way. Fawaz was helpful and very try knowledgeable about all vehicles on the lot. Another gem of the company is Aladdin the vehicle transporter who definitely has the chops to work in sales himself one day. The dealer works like a team and I love it. My father was upset he didn’t find them before he purchased his F150. 10/10 will be back in the future and will send referrals their way!

Bryan provided top tier service. He was friendly, informative, and never pushy. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the process enjoyable. I will be recommending him to friends and family.

Edit #2: 4 months out and no reimbursement for tags. Had to go to the DMV myself. Called warranty company to file claim, the warranty is invalid bc they sold us(knowingly) a vehicle with modifications, and a warranty that was void with any modifications. Just to clarify, that’s $4,085 that was in undisclosed overcharge of vehicle, tags, void warranty. And just to note, I’ve had the car 4 months and have not been able to drive it but a few times. POST EDIT*** they are the worst. I’m 2 months out from purchasing with no tags. They also filed them for title only. I have to go do it myself. They lied about everything in the sales contract. Purchase price was $9987 and he changed the document for over $12k. Tried calling 3 days after the purchase in regards to an oil and coolant leak. No returned calls. Had to show up in person. Then we were told that they don’t handle any issues with the cars after sales, they are wholesale and our warranty starts 45 days after purchase. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE CONS AND DISHONEST. I will be filing with the better business bureau next week. Mike was the the easiest to work with. Got us taken care of from phone call to driving away. Made the transaction painless.

The vehicle was exactly as described, clean, and well-maintained. The paperwork process was smooth and efficient, and everything was transparent with no hidden surprises. We bought a 2013 Honda Odyssey. Mike was helpful and patient and worked with us to get the monthly payment down to a price we could afford. Everyone was friendly and laid-back. Just an FYI, the price listed online is a wholesale price, so you'll end up paying more than what's listed. Mike was great to work with!

My husband and I are very pleased today with the help of Mike. Mike was very professional, kind, very knowledgeable with everything he treated us like family . Mike explained everything well and made sure we understood everything. Mike made all the process fast and smooth and gave us time to bring the down payment to him which was in the evening and close to closing time and still had a good attitude. We were skeptical at 1st but we did buy our 1st van from here before and now this is our 2nd van. Don't be afraid to come here, come and ask for Mike and you won't regret it.

1/6/26: Edit. Changing review from 5-star to 1-star. Car is fine, but I found out about their deceptive service. Here's a summary: During purchase, they said there is no negotiation and the price will be the list price. OK. I was shown a printout with the list price + 999 processing + taxes, fees, etc. It was all good. Next day I realized that they never gave me a copy of the docs I signed, I texted them, no response. Later when I received the Title in the mail, I went to the DMV for plates, they asked for sale copies. I had to call this dealer and they emailed me the copies. Surprise! The sale price listed in this doc was $500 higher, it didn't make sense, now they are telling me that its for 'no trade-in fee', makes no sense, it was never disclosed to me during the purchase. And it's not even listed as line item, they conveniently added it to the list price, this is a clever tactic because they know it's not legal to charge this. And don't get me started with the complication of missing 'bill of sale' and tax payment at the DMV. If you purchase cash like me, make sure to get the 'bill of sale' during the day of the purchase, because this dealer will just hang up on you later on since you're a 'waste of their time' after the purchase is already done. 12/18/25: Mike, Bryan, and Fawaz were all amazing. I brought a bmw a couple months ago. During the final paper process it was made known and written down that my tags would be part of my final price. Two months later no tags and i had to pay 1,300 to get tags. When i brought the issue to them they tried blocking my phone number and not answering. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. FINAL PRICE WILL BE MORE THAN WHAT YOUR CAR IS WORTH. DONT BUY!!!!!
