Our experience with Battlefield Towing in Leesburg, VA has been absolutely unacceptable. Our vehicle was towed from our own community despite a valid parking tag being visible in the window (it had simply slid from where it was hung).
When we picked up our vehicle, the company told us they don’t tow unless they receive a complaint with a photo. However, we later learned that the same person who took the photo — appearing to be from Battlefield itself — returned over an hour later to tow the vehicle. That means this wasn’t a legitimate complaint at all, but a predatory setup created to justify a tow.
Even worse, this pattern of unethical behavior seems to be taking place with the HOA’s knowledge, targeting residents unfairly and damaging trust in both the towing company and the community leadership.
No one in Loudoun County should have to live in fear of being watched, photographed, and towed by the very people hired to enforce parking fairly. Battlefield Towing’s actions are predatory, unethical, and a disgrace to this community.
Battlefield Towing is one of the worst towing company's in Virginia. They like to prey on the weak and are rude. When they tow your vehicle they cause damage, over charge on all prices and customer service is half ass on the phone and in person. Their build looks run down and their lot is over grown. They are just robbing people. Don't recommend for anything!!!
Called to have car in my reserved spot impounded. Tried to get ahold of the owner and no answer at the door. Dispatcher, no name, black lady voice, would not take my home address or cross street. I live in a townhouse in a sq street. She wanted a neighboorhood name, there is no plaque or sign with that name here.
Shame because I know the auction staff by name, theyre good people, good auction. Hung up and called roadrunner, no bs there, got the address, description and sent a wrecker.
Bad service, there was no one in the office and I was waiting for more than 15 minutes. The place smelled of marijuana. Apparently they don't care. It's the first time that an establishment smells like it. I'm not surprised that the secretary smokes her weed. Terrible place. I don't recommend it.
