I love this place! They replaced my car battery in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. Another time, I stopped in and they replaced my key fob battery for $10 in less than 5 minutes! Efficient, affordable, great service.

I’ve had some various needs for batteries that I thought would be difficult to meet. Battery Warehouse in Leesburg has always had what I needed. The customer service is excellent. They are very knowledgeable.

Motorcycle batteries come in all shapes, sizes and reliability. I know a thing or two, cuz I've seen a thing or two. Saturday mornings right before a long ride are NOT the best times to find out your battery won't crank your motorcycle. I started calling places from closest and working my way out. Battery Warehouse in Leesburg was my second call and after 2 questions answered I knew I had the right people on the other side of the phone. They had the right size battery with the posts in the right place, activated from factory (ready to go NOW, not pour the liquid in and wait for it to activate) and they even had two choices of battery type! (yuasa will get it done but...) The best part was, when we arrived at the shop, one of the employees was out in the parking lot with a customer and patiently talking through longevity, charge levels, and the best way to keep a battery tended when the vehicle sits for a long period of time. Calm, patient, respectful. Absolute rockstar. Thank you for taking care of your people like that. Needless to say we had a 2 hour delay before we got in the wind, but I know where to get great service and a battery ready to go the next time I need one. Well done, team.

Make the Battery Warehouse your 1st stop for any battery you need. My family and I have been customers for years. For a recent car battery issue Matt and Daniel were terrific in diagnosing the battery, offering several options and getting me the right solution for the battery.

My car left me stranded in the Food lion parking lot after a 12 hour black Friday retail shift. I called the shop and was able to get a great deal on a battery! They held it for me until i could get a ride to the shop with my old battery! The staff was great and i will definitely continue to shop there!

When I first went to buy the battery I thought the place was great because of the options and the great customer service. A week or 2 later the battery no longer held a charge. The car sat until we could tow it over to the dealership. They charged the battery and it simply didn’t work. We ended up buying a new battery from the dealership and returned this one back to Battery Warehouse. My car had no electrical issues. The dealership replaced the battery and reprogrammed the key fob. My car had no issues ever since. They refused to refund me which was very annoying but fine. They charged the battery for 2 days and called me to pick it up. Since I purchased the battery and paid the core charge because I didn’t have a battery to exchange, I asked if they could at least keep the battery as a core and refund me the $18 core charge which they refused. So now I’m stuck with this battery that doesn’t work and I will avoid this place altogether. In all fairness, I got the cheapest battery that they had in stock for my car. I left the place I usually buy my car batteries from and came here because it was half the price. You get what you pay for. Again if I didn’t have any problems with this battery or if I feel it was remedied better this would’ve been my new spot. But the way they handled it just didn’t sit well with me.

Battery Warehouse in Leesburg is my go to place for batteries for anything. I have purchased motorcycle batteries, car batteries, all the way down to little one off weird batteries for random items in the house. They either have the battery or can tell me where to get it. They are always eager to help without being asked. Highly highly recommended.

This business is awesome. I have a power wheels car and my guy Sawyer always knows how to diagnose the problem and fix it immediately. He has helped me with this car for years now and is amazing. His customer service skills are 2nd to none and he is more than fair to recommend an economical way to keep this car running. Is there a million star option? Beyond excellent customer service and beyond excellent service! Sawyer and Angel truly deserve way more than a 5 star rating. I was told by a well known local dealership with auto services that I needed to replace my 2018 1.5 year old Toyota RAV4 battery. This dealership also “measured” my CCA at 426. Needless to say this seemed odd and I called Battery Warehouse to see if they had any availability to check my battery for a second opinion. They were very accommodating and told me it would be no problem and would take 5 minutes and that I could bring it by whenever I could before closing. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Sawyer & Angel. Sawyer checked my battery and immediately told me that due to the corrosion on my battery, he would need to clear it before getting a proper reading! He cleared the corrosion, measured my CCA which was over 600, checked my alternator to make sure that wasn’t causing my battery to overcharge and in turn cause the corrosion, and then sprayed my battery to prevent further corrosion. He walked me through every test (which all passed with flying colors) and confirmed that I did not in fact need a new battery. The level of service and customer service was remarkable and I definitely would recommend anyone and everyone to Battery Warehouse! Ask for Sawyer or Angel. Thanks again, guys!

Our van needed a new battery. I know nothing about cars and they were able to guide me in the right direction on which was best regarding quality and price. Awesome customer service, friendly , and got me in and out in no time. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and go back for future needs.

Needed golf cart batteries. Sawyer was very helpful and did a nice clean job. Price is what you would expect from a small business as opposed to Walmart but install fee was fair and the customer service was worth the extra cost on batteries.

I've been using Battery Warehouse since they opened in Leesburg. Their customer service is always excellent! They have tons of inventory and always have what I need or are able to quickly get it.

My husband's phone wouldn't turn on. Naturally, my first stop was the big Verizon store, where I received almost no help. I needed to find out if just the battery was dead, or if the phone itself was dead. Waited in the queue for my turn...had to give my own cell number about 5 times. Finally got to the counter, where the guy exclaimed over the age of the phone...5 years...SO OLD! No, he couldn't check the battery. Definitely need to buy a new phone. I left there highly dissatisfied and stopped at Battery Warehouse. Paul quickly greeted me and listened to my dilemma. He cheerfully took a new battery from the wall, checked that it did have a charge, and installed it in the phone. The phone buzzed, but didn't turn on. He took the battery out and tried it again with the same result. "I'm afraid it's not the battery. Your phone is dead." The whole encounter lasted about 5 minutes. It wasn't the news I was hoping for, but at least I had an answer. Will definitely go back to Battery Warehouse for my battery needs and will recommend them to all my friends. Great place to go for a replacement car battery. Sawyer (one of employees) is top notch and definitely knows his stuff. Look into their house brand batteries that pack a tremendous punch (cold cranking amps) for a very reasonable price.

This Battery Warehouse in Leesburg is an excellent organization. I brought a power wheels car there for warranty service and Sawyer took great care of me. He's very professional, got back to me promptly and handled everything with Fisher Price about the warranty and got my little guy back in the car very quickly. I want to thank Sawyer and Battery Warehouse for the excellent service he provided.

The owner, Oleg, helped me with a battery replacement and a battery charger for my boat. He went way above expectations by spending 15-20 minutes with me installing the equipment. This guy is the definition of customer service. Check these guys out!

Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Doesn't matter if it's the key fob for your Accord or the battery backup system for a server array, they've got you covered. It's sad that stores like these are mostly a thing of the past.

Amazing selection when I went in to look. Batteries for anything you could imagine. But beyond that I had the pleasure of dealing with one of their newest staff members. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful even though my issue ended up not being battery related. Moreover, I was having a very stressful day and in the moment of dealing with things, I left the store and forgot my debit card on the counter. He called me back before I got a mile away and let me know in time to get back before the store closed, thus saving me a night of stress and inconvenience. Even though I had not ended up buying anything (device was dead not the battery), this guy treated me like I was their best customer. If this is how they hire people then clearly *this* is the place I want to shop. I will definitely return and am telling anyone I know about this place!

I came in with no idea what kind of battery I needed for my 07 Volkswagen rabbit. Steve was quick to help. He gave me a few options. Was a lot less expensive thank most big retailers. All the guys in the store were friendly with myself and other customers. Very happy with my new car battery. Steve was quick to install it for a very fair fee. Thanks guys!!!

Great and Knowledgeable staff. In today's day and age when know one at big box stores know anything about what's on their shelves or how to use it. It's refreshing to walk into a local shop , call on the phone and receive the knowledge and customer service to ensure you are buying the right size battery. To boot - I love to support local businesses in my community.
