The selection of parts and supplies is great. I like dropping off my used oil. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they added self service checkout!

It was a cold Martin Luther King Day. I had gone to a battery specific store with negative results for my motorcycle battery. I walked into this AutoZone in Leesburg VA, and was immediately greeted by an employee; Liz. I showed her my weird special battery, thinking there was no way a generic auto parts store would be able to find it. Liz checked the specs of the 18 year old motorcycle and went and go get the battery. Liz compared it to the existing battery. I asked about a military discount.... thinking again there was no way they would allow for that.... Again I was wrong. I was in and out of the store in less than five minutes, with exceptional service.

Thomas from Leesburg Autozone was very efficient, professional, knowledgeable and worked throughout the cold weather to patiently install a battery. Autozone reps such as Thomas wholeheartedly deserves recognition, a raise and more. I will refer this autozone to friends, family, neighbors and co-workers all because of Thomas. He was reassuring and proved beyond capable of helping and a willingness to help without a thought. Thank you so much Autozone all around for employing excellent reps like Thomas. He is amazing!!!

I had a Duralast car battery that was going dead. Brought it to the Auto zone in Leesburg today and they replaced it with a brand new battery once they confirmed that it was dead and still under warranty. I appreciate the folks that work at this store. Customer Service means a lot to the Store Manager and his team! Thank you Auto Zone Leesburg!

Jason & Liz really do an amazing job running this store, and keep a very sharp team that works with them, to really deliver a 5-star experience for all. I have been coming to this store since 2019, and it has really improved noticeably in the last few years since Jason & Liz took over. It's always been a pleasant experience, no doubt, but they really go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Any time I walk into this location, I am always greeted by name and even the new employees are taught who I am. It really is a great feeling and makes me feel more than valued as a customer. I will continue shopping at this AutoZone location and would recommend it to anyone with any sort of automotive needs. THANK YOU!

My windshield wipers needed replacing, and he went above and beyond to make sure I got the right ones and even helped install them. It is rare to find such great customer service these days — I really appreciated his kindness, knowledge, and willingness to help. Highly recommend this store and team! They don't know how to refund for the life of them, they'll lie right to your face just to do a refund. Happened to me three times. Litterslly pack of fat penguins who are too busy gouging down fish. "Hello can you refund this" "nope I'm a fat penguin and loveeeee fish" Okay bro? That's not my problem?

Will was awesome! We bought a new battery and when he came out to install it, he said ‘oh you’ve got a popsicle battery. Let’s check it first.’ And, it was fine, just had been run down. Saved us $200!

Autozone is always a great place to go for your car needs and the folks are pleasant to work with and very helpful ! The technicians are knowleggeable and Thomas was extremely helpful in helping select some products I needed for the car.

I went to the Leesburg, VA location on 1/7/2025 to get my car battery tested and most likely buy a new one, as i had to jump start my car into work that day. I ask them if they can test it and install the new one and the employee tells me it's too cold. It's in the 20s. I asked him, since it's winter, how warm does it have to be? He states, "in the 30s." I want to argue with him but leave in frustration. (Btw, I get to my car and it's 34 degrees outside ?). I head across the street to advanced auto parts and they gladly tested and installed my new battery. I, along with my 300+ coworkers, will no longer do business at autozone anymore. I hope their pockets get as cold as a winter day in Leesburg, VA. Advanced will get my business from now on.

Finally! My seatbelt no longer strangles me!! Thanks to the kind assistance of the tall, patient associate at AutoZone here in Leesburg, we found a seat belt adjuster clip, different than the one I found online, that works even *better* at a great price – thank you for the help! AutoZone, Leesburg – always there with great customer service ??

I’ve been to this Autozone multiple time, and the staff has always been helpful. One particular time a car that my roommate had just bought a car and the seller had hidden an AirTag in the door of the car. Chris Zanassi helped us get it out. He even stayed open a bit late, so we could buy some safety gear to keep her car safe.

Very good customer service. I was only in a few minutes and asked twice if they can help. I also heard and saw the manager check in and communicate well with his team.

They seem understaffed but Mark and another guy with red hair..sorry I couldn’t see his name tag…are so calm and delivered great customer service. I didn’t mind the wait at all! Awesome guys.

Gerald was AWESOME, friendly, welcoming and great customer service. I needed a light bulb for vehicle, and wanted to get it before driving back up the road, sense it gets dark early. He had me in and out and replaced bulb all in literally under 2 minutes. He really made my day. Thank you so much for your awesomeness ☺️

This place is so cool and the customer service is exceptional. I came here because my headlight was out and yes I know no big deal however for someone who has zero experience with cars any help is valued. I told the gentleman what was wrong and he asked if he could take a look, so he came out, took out the light in a matter of seconds, we went back inside found what I needed then came back outside and put it in for me. All within a few minutes. Just wow. Not only did he do it with a smile, but just had a great attitude. Shout out to Christopher Z. Bro you are the bomb. Thank God for people like you.

I just went in to buy bulbs for my taillights and the guy that helped me pick them out offered to help me install them. I didn’t catch his name but he was very kind and helpful so I wanted to tip him but he wouldn’t let me. I hope he’s getting a livable wage <333

A big thank you to Gerald Hickman, store Mgr, for taking the time to track down the transaction numbers so I may return some exhausts that were advertised as universal but just didn’t ultimately fit my vehicle. I lost the receipts but he was good enough to take the time to search through hundreds (a few thousand?) transactions to find my purchase so I could get a refund. Thanks for going the extra mile!!

Initially I really liked this place, when a woman comes in and wants attention or help- maybe one person acknowledges you are there. And when you are ready to pay for your items no one helps you- they’re either restocking, big picks up phone and clicks on the keyboard. I drop 80$ worth of items. I won’t return!

KYLE has EXCELLENT customer service skills, he went above and beyond in helping and explaining things in great details. He was able to help me understand what I needed and why. I was really impressed by his patience with me. We need more people like Kyle. I am clueless about parts but he patiently explain everything. There was even a customer waiting patiently for Kyle to help him. I give him a 100% rating in his overall performance today. All I can say is wow. Truly a happy customer. ?

Selection is okay. Service was super friendly. I didn't need much assistance but other customers needed a lot of attention and received more than adequate customer service. Could have done a bit more with balancing checking out waiting customers, but in a world when attention is fleeting, it was nice to see customers getting face time.
