This public parking is the Town Hall parking garage. Free on weekends, this is a solid place to park in downtown Leesburg. A bit tight, so drive slow when inside.

Free on weekends, but hard to find a space after 10AM. Very tight turns required to navigate your way around. Go slow and watch for cars backing out because they may not be watching for you!

Fine garage, but new ticket system? Wouldn't accept my ticket that was needed to lift the barrier bar. There are other places to park in town with less egress hassle.

The parking garage has multiple places to scrape and damage your car from every angle. Super tight and crowded, curbs come to points at weird angles for no other reason than damaging your car. All in all parking garage for jerks and parvenus. If you are neither, would not recommend. Added one (1) star for free parking if you leave within two (2) hours.

Clean and well maintained parking garage. Plenty of information signs. Usually free for short periods of time, currently free due to COVID 19. Weekends have always been free of charge.
