Very Rude unprofessional people this place should be closed there scan yes look the money

Extremely incompetent employees. They are all very rude and aggressive. They will hang up the phone when you try to call them. They do not provide any kind of customer service. You will have to get the police involved just to get your car back. Please continue to report them to the county so they lose their licenses, they already have several reports out.

Unfortunately I have had my vehicle towed from my own property at least 4 times by this company. All 4 times my vehicle had it's sticker clearly visible and properly registered to my HOA and property. Predatory towing is illegal in Virginia and towing companies should not be patrolling and only called by a resident or the HOA. Here's some helpful information on how to protect yourself. By the way, I was charged at least $250 per tow even after picking up my vehicle within 2 hours of towing.
