Every day I go to this facility and it is kept up and so clean I don’t have to worry about things puncturing my tires or where to put things cause it’s clearly marked
Dan runs this place tighter than Fort Knox. After making us get out of our car to explain the rules to us, we were informed that we would not be dropping anything off today, and had to go ten miles north. No money exchanged here. Dan needs to calm down. Getting out of the car to read the sign to us is a little weird.
The manager Dan Was so helpful on my first time coming here. He explained everything clearly. I don't even want to call this place a dump because it is so clean and neat and organized. Dan was awesome.
Before today, I would have given this place 5 stars, but stopped off just now with an 8 ft rented U-Haul trailer to get rid of a bunch of yard waste and was turned away. Said I couldn't come in with a trailer over 8 ft. I live less than a mile away and I have come here at least have a dozen times with the very same sized trailer. I'm now on my way to the other dump, 10 miles north. Very disappointed.
Dan is always SUPER helpful for any question or problem I might have. He is ALWAYS so professional and so friendly. I wish everyone could be a little more like him!!!!!
I recycled some cardboard today. It was quick and easy. This place was clean and well organized. It was my first time recycling here so I really liked how they had instructions/information on what to do and what was acceptable/unacceptable. AND the manager gave my dog a treat so it's safe to say the dog loved it here too 😅
Always a great experience dropping off! Gentleman that work there are very friendly and very helpful and always there to assist and answer any questions I have!!
Convenient for Fredericksburg residents. Staff is very nice and helpful. Dan helped me get the final brush off loaded and cleaned up after I dropped a mess.
Today I came to the Recyling facility with yard debris and
4 aluminum fence post. The gentlman told me about the coming 2 days weekly opening soon and was very helpful showing me where to put stuff And with the largest poste, he put it in the dumpster for me.
The guy at this gate was pleasant but you don't find out till you get there that you need a ticket to dump there. Also they do not sell said tickets there. So if you're hauling, I don't know, let's say a couch... then find out you can't drop it there. It's a little upsetting. Also the phone number for this place goes to a fax line.
Who doesn't like to get rid of trash or brush and all that? This place is well organized, I rarely have to wait in line and folks who work there are funny and friendly. Thumbs up!
