The part we picked up was just fine, however, if you are quoted a price on the phone and given a ticket number be sure to take detailed notes on who your sales rep was. Once we got there, there was mysteriously no lower price for picking it up (over $40 more than quoted) They then proceeded to “help me out” by taking $10 off. Learn from my lesson and have facts if quoted differently via phone order.

Have called first, being asked to call for eBay department Zak, as he was in lunch brake, Called 20 Mins later, Zak answered, put me on hold and the phone was lost, Called again and AB answered and stated please hold the funny part is that I was told that zak is on lunch again, The bottom line is everybody has work and make money to live, please stop wasting people time, it is precious.

I would use the place again. The part was as advertised and packaged very will, with quick delivery. Salesperson was helpful and friendly.

They don’t even charge me extra money to take out the seat from the car. Usually other parts guy remove any parts from the car they charge you for that thank you lucky line auto parts you guys are the best.

I ordered a used engine from Mahdi for my business. The engine was to be installed in a customers car and upon arrival the engine was very poor condition. Obviously not a maintained engine. I requested for them to replace it . He said no other engines were available. I was expecting them to come get the engine and refund me. That never happened. I spoke with Alex about this and he is telling me its out of the 30 day warranty and there is nothing he can do. I am very disappointed and quite pissed to be ripped off by a supposedly reputable salvage yard. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I don`t normally leave reviews but I have found them to be dishonest and wanted potential buyers to know .

This is such an amazing resource to have nearby! The service people are really helpful and they really know what they are talking about. Parts are so much cheaper than buying new and they really work. Will definitely be going here for future replacement items.

My initial experience with this company was disappointing and unprofessional. I have decided not to do business with them again, and I have advised my coworkers to do the same. Mr. Haseeb frequently communicates with us using “all capital letters”, which is inappropriate and unprofessional, especially for someone dealing directly with customers. Additionally, after years of working with various suppliers, it is standard practice in this industry for doors to be sold with their hinges included. However, Mr. Haseeb provided the doors without hinges, forcing us to purchase them separately at an additional cost. While the amount is not significant, this behavior reflects poor business ethics and a lack of customer respect. The business owner should carefully consider who interacts with customers, as professionalism and courtesy are essential for maintaining good business relationships.

Buyer beware if you purchase a part inspect before the driver leaves because if not, they will charge you a restocking fee for accepting a damaged part smh

AVOID this seller. They lie about the condition of parts then blatantly lie about pretty much everything (size of refund requested, how soon refund requested, the photos they sent, what they said in previous conversations, etc.) when you file disputes after getting nowhere with their nonsense. Told me they were shipping four "perfect" wheels. I had them put "Grade A condition" on the Paypal invoice because the photos (obviously all of the same wheel though Lucky Line claims they're of three different wheels) were low in resolution. None are Grade A and two have damage visible from 10+ feet. The wheels were packed badly--face down and with no wrap to protect the finish--but I don't think this caused the damage. They will NOT exchange or refund unless the buyer pays shipping, which is $$$ with wheels. The tires I ordered have been sitting at the tire shop and the wheels have been sitting in the back of the car for nearly a month while I wait on Paypal to evaluate...

Lucky Line Auto Parts is an excellent place to buy quality used auto parts. The sales person I dealt with was Zack. He went above and beyond to make sure I get all the answers to my questions. Zack was very professional and patient and very respectful. I had purchase from him 2 wheel rims and made a payment with Zelle. Zack took care of the UPS shipping the same day and voila…. Three days later I got my wheels shipped from VA to IL. When I opened up both boxes, everything was nicely packed and protected from getting damaged. The quality of the parts matched the pictures and verbal information from Zack. Lucky Line Auto Parts is the place where you have a nice and smooth and pleasant buying experience. I highly recommend Lucky Line Auto Parts, professional friendly service and clean quality parts. I will definitely buy from this company again. Do not waste your time and money calling other rude and unprofessional used parts stores in the country. I am glad I have found Lucky Line Auto Parts. Thank you guys! You are the BEST!

This auto parts shop is completely unprofessional. The staff has no sense of customer service they’re rude, disorganized, and seem like they don’t care at all about helping customers. I waited way too long just to get the wrong part, and when I pointed it out, they acted like it was my fault. Save your time and money there are plenty of other places that actually know how to treat people right and run their business properly.

I bought the parts from here, but they didn’t work out. I drove over an hour to return them, and when I arrived, the guy in the warehouse checked the wrong code and accused me of returning the wrong parts. Once he realized it was actually his mistake, instead of apologizing, he started cursing and calling me names. Overall, be very careful buying from this place — it seems to be a family-owned business with unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. They’ll try to make you look wrong if you’re not paying close attention.

TOTAL SCAM, PAID 470 $ FOR A RACK AND PINION AND CONFIRMED PART NUMBER WITH THEM, THEY LIED ABOUT THE PART NUMBER AND WHEN I CALL BACK TO ASK FOR THE PART NUMBER I ASKED FOR THEY SAID IT DOES NOT EXIST AND RESFUSE TO REFUND ME (EDIT) THEY THEN DENY ANY WRONGDOING, I SPOKE WITH ONE PERSON WHO AGREED WITH ME THERE ARE ONLY 2 PART NUMBERS WHICH I CONFIRMED WITH THEM FOR THE PART I ORDERED AND HE CLAIMED HE WAS NOT MY SALESPERSON, THEN THE MAIN GUY CHANGED HIS STORY AND CLAIMED I ASKED FOR WITHOUT DYNAMIC STEERING WHICH I DID NOT ATTACHED IS PHOTOS OF THE RACK THEY SENT, NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT THE INNER TIE ROD WAS DESTROYED BEYOND USABLE LEVELS, AND THE PACKAGING WAS SO BAD THAT THE OUTER TIE ROD ON THE OTHER SIDE WAS BROKEN TOO, UNBELIVABLE THEY CANNOT EVEN OWN UP TO A SINGLE MISTAKE
