I recently had the pleasure of working with Zack at Lucky Line Motors to purchase a car for my daughter, and I can’t recommend him enough. From the start, Zack was very attentive to what we were looking for and made sure we found a safe and reliable vehicle for her. He was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and made the process smooth. This was a great experience, and I highly recommend asking for Zack.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. On December 12th 2025, I purchased a vehicle from this "dealership" and had noticed some damages internally and externally to the vehicle. Those being, the inside lights did not work, minor paint chips externally, dents in the center console, etc. I told this to the man helping me purchase the vehicle, and they eventually got the lights repaired, and that was all. When purchasing this vehicle I signed an "As-Is" contract without being told I was going to be signing one, and had no clue what I was signing until after the fact. The car-fax report given to me for the car claims no prior accidents or damage to the car. This was a red-flag after the fact since why would I sign an "As-Is" contract if the car has never been in an accident or damaged? I took the vehicle to my independent mechanic, and within 10 minutes of looking at the car he was 100% certain that the car had been in an accident and at least broken into before. The drivers side door is chipped/broken, and every time I go above 10mph you can hear the automatic door lock trying to lock itself but it can not due to it being broken previously. Additionally, my front bumper is held together with dry wall screws on one side, my mirror caps and tires have been spray painted, the whole car has had a new "paint job" that is poorly done, I was missing a fender liner, and there are other damages to the car externally/internally that my independent mechanic says is due to a previous accident/damage. I was not made aware of these damages when purchasing the car, even though my paperwork says that I was explicitly told. Which means that the "dealership" knew about these damages, and chose to not inform me. On top of that, I was given another customers arbitration contract with their personal information instead of my own. This is a breach of security not only for myself, but the other customer. DO NOT TRUST THIS "BUSINESS", if you can even call it that, as they do not make you aware of what you are purchasing/signing, and do shady repairs to cars that have been damaged. This is not a a business people buying cars should trust. STAY AWAY FROM LUCKY LINE MOTORS!! Check the BBB website for them, you'll find a similar review from another not happy customer about them being criminals, doing shady backyard repairs, and are reselling cars that they know have been in prior accidents. I was told by the manager that they "trust Car-Fax", and only send the cars for detailing, and for the safety inspection, they do none of their own work to the car before selling it. I was even told that they "do not look at the engine". Isn't that interesting? You don't inspect a car for possible damage before selling it? To me, that's extremely shady and unsafe. ALSO, in my contract there is a "vehicle checklist" done by the safety inspection place that they send their vehicles too, and this checklist claims that my door locks work. However, I drive the car and the drivers door DOES NOT LOCK. When I told the manager this his response was that the car sits in the lot until bought/test driven, and that it's possible the key battery died, but here's the funny thing...the key fob works on every other door and they unlock/lock just fine, it's the drivers side door-that has clear damage done to it from breaking into it-that does not lock. I'd love to know what "safety inspection" place they take their cars too, cause they sound shady as well.

The service provided by Emran couldn’t have been any better. He really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and made sure all my needs were taken care of. The entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. If you go to Lucky Line Motors, I definitely recommend asking for Emran—he’ll take great care of you.

Everything that they said they did and they went out off their way to deliver the van to me with no extra charge. The van is perfect just what I was looking for, and great price. I always have had negative experience in dealers, but with them I only have positive things to say. I really recommend them. 🙂

I purchased my 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and this by far has been the best purchase I’ve made. Melanie was great and very personable. This dealership does honest business. There was a part needed for my vehicle and Zack assured me that they install the part and deliver the vehicle to me. They also gave me a “loaner” vehicle until mine was ready which was appreciated. Looked at a 2015 Subaru WRX online and filled out information online and got a text message about when I wanted to schedule a test drive I messaged Melanie back and told her I would be coming by after I got off work to look at it, test drive it, and possibly buy it. I test drove it and fell in love with it and I bought it that day. They are very great people and I had some issues with the headlight that night after I bought it and they are going to replace it for me. I'm very thankful they care about my kids safety just as much as I do. I love my car and so do my kids.

I recently purchased a vehicle through lucky line motors, I had the opportunity to work with Melanie as well as I’m assuming the manager or owner of the building they were very fast and efficient with getting me the right car for the price that I wanted. I was exhausted from looking at other dealerships felt like I had no more time to go look for another car and decided to stop by an hour before they closed they had me in a car literally an hour later. The process was quick easy and very fair!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler from Moh, and the transaction went smoothly. I had to change my review from a 5 star to a 1 star because I spoke to a very rude individual named Will that refused to cover the repairs on my Jeep. It’s only been about 9 weeks since I bought the Jeep and check engine light is on, radio isn’t working, traction control light is on etc. Will continuously cut me of during conversation and was extremely rude. I do not recommend buying a car from here because they sell lemons and have no customer service.

Excellent transaction . Bought this beautiful Prius from Moh after visiting twice. We knew it was the car but after researching and seeing so many we were sure. Moh is professional and right there to help. My husband owned a dealership for decades, and we recommend this one.

I saved up to purchase my first vehicle on my own. I bought a 2015 Nissan Frontier. I am by far pleased and thankful for the service they all gave me and made sure everything was perfect. Matt went miles out of his way to make sure I had the perfect deal and the lowest monthly payment. I then walked off the lot and finalized the deal and I couldn’t be more pleased with lucky line and the crew. I highly recommend you go AND ASK FOR MATT BECAUSE HE ABSOLUTELY CRUSHED IT!!!

Overall a positive experience. The inside of the truck was very clean and well detailed. They engine did an amazing job in the engine compartment. The outside was average but not their fault due to the pollen and rain from the days before. The buying experience was average but once the dust was settle I felt I got a fair deal in my new to me truck. It was exactly what I was looking for and better condition than I expected, which is why I paid the top end of the blue book scale. Thanks again.

I purchase a pair of headlights for a 08 Mercedes C300 from Lucky Line Motors , price was good , but allays surprises comes after. I installed left headlight yesterday guess what , all the wires inside are damage, insulation comes off (fire hazard ) and water is getting in. See pictures. I talk to the owner not ethical at all . Did not want to anything, not even offer me a better deal on a new one. I'm a business man myself I will never do that to anybody specially in the 30 days time from the original date purchase. Thank you for reading! BE AWARE DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
