Extremely rude driver blocking road into neighborhood. When asked to move I was given an attitude, cursed at, and told to wait for him to finish.

I just wanted to thank JkJ Transport for the amazing service they provided today. William Acosta was fantastic, very customer friendly polite, and professional. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again for my towing needs. Thank you so much. You were a pleasant life saver for me today.

Car broke down in Dumfries and they were the ones sent out when I called triple a. Their response was super fast, and luckily the tow driver, Joshua, was willing to wait by my car until my uber was able to get there. He was very knowledgeable and respectful, and great to talk to on the drive to the repair shop. I think for the first time ever this was a towing experience I actually enjoyed.

The driver Kevin was exceptional. He knew what he was doing, approached the situation professionally with a plan and executed it. I hope everyone gets him or that all the drivers are that good.

Wrecked a rental car in Woodbridge that I had picked up at BWI. Rental company contacted JKJ Transport who sent Josh. He was wonderful. Before we left the crash site, Josh told me that he was directed to take me back to BWI for the exchange and that after he finished with me, he was to go somewhere else in Maryland to drop off the vehicle. I was in Woodbridge for a specific reason and a return to that airport was not what I wanted. He stayed with me for over 2 hours while I dealt with the rental agency. We had to go to Fort Belvoir and try 2 different gates before we got on base only to find that we had been misdirected by the agency. Ultimately, we found an agency office that was open and actually had a vehicle available. Josh then had to head off to the Maryland drop off site extending his workday well beyond his normal 12 hours. Josh was professional, but concerned and compassionate. If I still managed a business in the area I would absolutely try to recruit him. He will go far!

Kevin is Awesome, first thing he did was offer me a cold bottle of water. Loaded my car and got me to a repair shop near my home. Best towing experience I've had. Kevin, Thank you very much for your exelent service!

I was stranded at my buddy’s house wondering if my car was going to make it back to my house without breaking down. I called AAA and they sent JKJ Transport to tow me home. I received great, friendly and fast service and he had me home in no time. Thanks JKJ

Just ended up getting JKJ for the second time via AAA and I got lucky enough to get Kevin again. I have him saved in my phone now for future tows, not only does he know his sh**, he’s the friendliest guy and making jokes to lighten the mood of a broken car the entire time!! I can 110% recommend Kevin and JKJ transport. Also if you have a modified/low car he has the skill to be able to take care of you, my vette is LOW and he was amazing at getting it up on the flatbed.

Josh Shomo came and picked me up for my AAA road call he was extremely quick and professional very nice and friendly. He saved my butt with how fast he came and picked my truck up cause I needed to get it to the shop before they closed so they could lock it inside the garage so nothing got stolen out of it. Fantastic driver!

K. Moten & his coworker showed up MUCH faster than I expected this morning. He called me before hand and was professional and kind thru the entire experience. I appreciate the safe tow and friendly service. Highly recommend!

My car had a flat tire. I called AAA and JKJ came. The owner and his brother came. I will use them in the future.

Rooster is awesome, I was stranded on I 95 for a hour because of another tow company. When AAA gave him my order he came and picked me up super fast up well as recommended a place to get my car repaired. He truly turned a bad situation into a good one thanks to his positive attitude and love of helping people when they are in need.

I locked my purse with my keys and cell phone in my trunk at the Dumfries Walmart parking lot. My husband was away for the weekend. I had no cell phone to call for help, no jacket on and it had just started to snow. I wax screwed. A JKJ Transport truck was exiting the parking lot. I flagged him down and explained the situation through my tears. Kevin, the driver calmed me down and told me he was running to another job but that another tow truck was right behind him and he would help me. He radioed Mike and two seconds later, the other truck arrived and Michael had my car opened in 5 minutes. I asked him for the charge and he said no charge. Amazing! These guys are like angels. I could have been out there for hours.

Never used them for a tow but I promise they will get to you quickly however it probably won't be safely. This morning I got my nephew and was driving with the flow of traffic at 75 miles an hour in the far left, when a JKJ Towing truck decided his phone call was more important that my life or my nephews. Without warning or signaling he sharply cut in front of us missing me by about a foot. Maybe even less. I went into the right lane to speed around him and low and behold he's talking away on his baby blue iPhone case.

I want to complain! I can't say the whole business is bad! But I called AAA! Since I am a member but the person with the name of ray who came to tow my car was VERY RUDE and in a hurry! The customer service he gave me was unacceptable !

I would like to thank Chris the dispatcher and the gentleman who towed me today (sorry I didn't get your name) on Christmas for helping me in a quick and professional manner. I would recommend these guys for your towing needs. Pricing is reasonable and was clearly stated to me before I was picked up which I greatly appreciated. Quick hook up with no issues. Thanks again guys. Would use again no hesitation
