It’s huge location was a bit intimidating and kind of disorganized but you can find all sorts of things in there!

This location has the best selection of tile I’ve found to date - made in Spain; Found a few very unique items that I simply had to have and the manager was so kind to work with me - they loaded my very heavy items with gentle handling, accompanied with a kind smile. They are simply the best! I’ll drive 40 minutes to support such folks! Definitely recommend!

For some reason, they’ve changed the way they find and stock a lot of their furniture (buying through auction rather than just restoring donations). This has caused a significant increase in prices that makes this location no longer an affordable option for a lot of families. I think the Manassas location retains the old business model, if that’s helpful for anyone.

I turned here looking for necessity furniture after my house burned down and I lost everything I owned, thinking it’s Habitat for Humanity after all. No answer at headquarters from any of the people supposedly in charge -for weeks- and no return phone call after many messages left. The manager at the store did help (?) by giving us a 40% discount on the 20% discounted furniture, all other discounts remained the same. Since the prices are in line with the antique store up the street we got better deals there and they even donated some stuff. Also, the discount was relayed to me through a woman who referred to us losing our home and all our belongings as my “little problem”. ? So my question is: how exactly is this a “charity” to those in need? Seems more like a goodwill retail for profit set up with nothing, not even empathy, for people in crisis.

Great variety of house hold items from furniture to small appliances and everything else . You can really find good quality items for really good prices if you know what you need . As the saying goes , one man's trash can be another man's treasure . Matthew

The past three times I've tried to come here, they are closed two hours before posted close time. I'm not sure if regular hours have changed or if I've just been unlucky the past few times, but some clarity either on social media or Google times would be helpful so we stop wasting the drive.

Use to love going into this thrift store. I have not been in a while. Went on the other day. It's no longer a thrift shop. Their prices are higher than furniture that you would find at TJ Maxx. Not sure who is pricing these items but they are so overpriced. Won't go back.

Great prices for budget minded families, helpful and friendly staff, great location.

They have raised their prices it's hard to find good deals. I tried to donate some stuff this weekend and they "didn't have room". Maybe if their prices were more reasonable their store wouldn't be so full. ?

This is a great place to find both new and used building and finishing supplies for your home.

A fun place to browse, best if you know what you're looking for because stock moves quickly and you've got to snap things up. I got a china cabinet for a really great price that I dressed up and now enjoy using as a pantry. Even if there's nothing there that you need, there are often neat artifacts of domestic industry like kitchen sets, clothing presses, old mixers and the like. Only problem is the rise of restore+flippers making nice quality budget items more scarce.

I donated a dresser. The people working in the back at the drop off zone were friendly and helpful. I offered to take the dresser off the trailer but they insisted on taking it off themselves. Hope this goes toward a good use.

We had a bed, A chest of drawers, A China cabinet, 2 bookcases. Called the restore asked if they picked up was told yes but to use the application online online. Used the online application to schedule a pick up was promptly called and told that the things had to be in the driveway or our garage or they would not pick them up. Very disgusted it's not the 1st time we've tried to donate to them Things we could not bring to the store. I guess if you're in an area where you get enough donations where you don't actually have to work too hard for them it's easy enough And you can refuse to pick things up. I don't know about you but when I have Furniture that's too heavy to move myself I prefer to donate it And have it be used again by someone it will be valued by. The restore it apparently preferred to see things go to the dump rather than um rather than come to the restore.

We love this place. It’s big!! The shop basically builds houses for those in need from the profits the shop makes. We love the concept. We didn’t find the staff unfriendly - quite the opposite The place is big. It’s good for furniture. It has other things too Really a great community shop - please support

Absolutely horrible customer experience when donating. My son tried to drop off an office chair and CD rack this afternoon and the gentlemen at the back door was rude and not helpful. I understand the chair has some wear and they would not accept it however the cd rack is in perfect condition. My son asked if they would take that and the gentlemen would not even respond. I have never had a problem with this location until now. I hope management determines who was working in receiving on December 16, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. and has him attend customer service training.

Men employees will take to the customers like poorly here. I watch this old man yell at this other man that did not wear a mask into the store. After the first time the old man Astec man to get a mask the man responded with yes I will go get one now. And then he started yelling at him about being 82 years old. Which yes it’s mandatory but he needs to be professional. Then when I asked for a self to a man he was like there’s one over there and walked away. I wasn’t even able to tell him I needed a wall self instead of a book self. Ever bad customer service here. I would not recommend to anyone

Nice store. If you are furnishing your house or doing a project, check here for supplies first. The staff were welcoming and helpful. However, one of them finished a personal conversation with another staff member as I was waiting to check out, probably not normal behavior here but it is still poor customer sevice.

You can really strike a good deal here if they happen to have what you need. Always fun to visit and browse around regardless. If you need even more be sure to check out the new ReStore in Winchester, fantastic selection there!
