Staff was very friendly and the process of buying the car was fine. However since receiving the vehicle I have found many issues that were either hidden from me, neglected, or lied about.
I had set an appointment to get the car checked out by a mechanic of my choosing, I told car bargain which shop to bring it to and they told me no problem. The following day I called the mechanic and was told the car never came in. Turns out car bargain had brought the car to a different shop, somebody they use frequently "to save me money". The mechanic was very nice and sent many photos and plenty of info of what he inspected, so it seemed fine. When I finally got the car, I found blatant parts completely missing, loose, or improperly installed on the car. I was blown away to find parts of the air filter housing not installed, missing, and the air filter itself was completely rusted through and looked to have spent the last 10 years in a pile of leaves.
There was no coolant.
Steering and suspension components were loose.
Batter was loose.
Battery terminal was busted with no hardware and constantly the battery would disconnect and car wouldn't start when turned off.
Oil was NOT okay.
I am savvy with cars so these were all things I have fixed myself and didn't need to bring to a mechanic, but I should have absolutely payed so much less for this car than I did. If I wasn't car savvy this car would have had severe critical failures and would have cost me thousands to repair.
If you are going to buy a car from here and you know about cars and you may be fine, but bring it to a mechanic of your choosing, do NOT let them bring the cars to their friend.

2016 TLX V6, compared to other prices with about the same mileage, year, and condition, it was such an amazing price. Alex first greeted us, got straight to the point when it came to showing the car, and was super kind. Dorota (the lady at the desk) was honestly the star of the show helping us with the entire purchasing process, there was a lot of waiting on our end but she was patient until the end. She was overall very helpful.

I've been waiting 30 days of my purchase( to make this review) of 06 Chevy Silverado that I purchase from Car Bargain. And I must say. The Truck is AWESOME!! I purchase this truck online. I live 3hrs away. Never been on the lot, never seen the truck until it was delivered to my from door. With all that uncertainty.. Lucy was OUTSTANDING!!!! I don't even know or ever seen Lucy. If she walked up to me I wouldn't know who she was. She made this purchase easy, comfortable and mentally satisfying. 1st time buying a car online and Lucy did a Great job!! I have been on a journey for over a month to replace a vehicle that had a specific use and it was sudden and during the holidays. I was told to use only franchise dealers so I chose not to look at the dealerships that were not. I cant begin to tell you the # of nightmare situations that I encountered....I remember seeing the vehicle that I was looking for, out of town at a dealer that wasn't a franchise. I cannot explain to this day why i pushed the button to get more information from the dealer. I received a call from a young lady named Amanda. I apologized and told her that I don't do business with dealerships that aren't franchise. This sincere young lady told me the story of the business that one day will be a legacy for her son. She told me her dad's history in the business and that their cars did not come from auctions. I was impressed. Long story short...this transaction was the rainbow at the end of a really bad storm. I was car shopping because my truck had blown the transmission for the second time and I wasn't dumping another 5 grand into it for it to run again. I called Car Bargain and talked to Amanda. She told me to come on in and look around... see if I liked anything they had. When I went in I was warmly greeted by Alex and a woman that I will call Mrs. D (as I cant pronounce or even begin to spell her name. They took their time with me and I test drove several cars. I absolutely fell in love with one. They took my truck as a trade in and put me in the car that I had chosen. There wasn't alot of haggling and back and forth. They were fair and up front and I respect that. The price of the trade in and the price of the vehicle that I bought were very reasonable. I am very happy with my experience with them and will be back in the future.

When I called, I explained my situation with Ray and I get a call back from Ray and Lucy that they was able to work there magic and get me approved for a car. I have been shopping for a car for my son. I've driven past this lot several times and saw some pretty cool cars on the lot. I stopped by with my son and cruised the lot and saw a pretty nice Camaro that only had 7k miles on it. I spoke to AJ and Alex (I hope the names are correct) who were both incredibly nice, genuine, helpful and transparent. We took the car for a test drive, and while it ended up not being a car that my son preferred, both gentlemen were extremely gracious. They weren't pushy, but appeared to be sincere in helping us find the right car. It was a good experience and I would offer to engage this lot if you're looking for a car. Bought a 2017 sierra GMC for a fantastic price. The whole team was so willing to help and even stayed after hours so i could test out the truck. Ray was so friendly and lucy made the paperwork process so smooth. Would highly recommended
I just purchase a 2017 Chevy Traverse. My experience here at car bargain was smooth sailing. AJ was my car salesman and a very wonderful young man. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I really wanted and made sure to even keep in contact with me during my process. Everyone here at car bargain was nice. The admin staff were great !!!!!!!
Sold me a 2015 ford f250 king ranch rides great was dealing with Adam and Ray they are a small family business with a lot of choices and trucks, they walked me through all of the inventory until i found the right one. Very good people would definetly recommend to anybody looking for a car or truck .

Please do not buy a car from these people. I tried to buy a 2012 tundra through them and paid a down payment of 2 thousand dollars. The loan was predatory of 23% percent and eventually got denied. When I took the truck back ALSO for having several cut, frayed, and exposed wires in the engine bay, rusted out suspension with black spray paint on top, rusted wheels with black spray paint on top, a leaking head gasket where you can see oil at seal where the gasket should be, transmission slipping, check engine light, and the light for the 4WD blinking, pretty much blown speakers, and the headlights didnt even work. I had the truck for 5 days and returned the truck because the loan got denied and for all the issues stated above. They are currently refusing to give me back my down payment stating there is no refunds. This car will not pass a safety inspection with the rusted suspension and the clear electrical issues. Please please please do not fall into the same trap I fell into. I have all the pictures of the issues and I will be meeting the police there to get my down payment of 2 thousand dollars back.
We ran into this family Owned business on accident while looking for a truck and I his was a great experience! They were helpful and friendly but never pushy at all and Very knowledgeable. I would recommend and come I would Back again if I ever need anything else!

Really good used car dealership, bought a 2014 ford f-150 in pretty decent condition and good miles for its year, some rust but nothing I cant take care of. They were really helpful and worked with me to get the truck, bought my trade it for a great price and an overall smooth transaction. as long as you are overall a good person these people can work with you to get your next truck!

I went there yesterday with my son and his girlfriend, it's a family business, and they are all very nice and personnel. They all made us feel welcomed. The owner, im sorry I'm bad with names, was fantastic. His wife is a very sweet person, and Amanda was great! His son knew what he was talking about as well. They made the whole experience very easy and fast. I definitely recommend going here for a vehicle.
My husband Mike and I went to this car lot. We purchased a 2013 Chevy Avalanche Black Diamond addition. It was very clean, Ray, Adam, Lucy and Alex was very accommodating. This is a family owned business and they take pride in all their vehicles. They went the extra mile to please my very picky husband. I highly recommend.
This is the best easiest car buying experience ive ever had i recently purchased my 2018 traverse AWD here and Everyone was so helpful and went out of there way to make sure the car was perfect for us exactly what they said to us and kept very amazing communication We were hesitannt at first because it was a used car dealer and we dont typically trust just any dealership but they are by far amazing . Con artists watch out for these guys, they will lie to you to make a quick buck. Just purchased a lemon truck from them when they told me it was a rare find and excellent condition but the vehicle failed inspection because the frame is totally rotted. Do not buy from them. It’ll cost $14,000 to rebuild the truck and the truck is now only worth $5,000 in present condition. Total scam artists!
