Had car in for a collision repair- did great work and were great communicators. Cannot recommend highly enough

I’ve never heard of a tow company who does not change flat tires.. I called for service around 3:30p for a flat tire to be changed or possible tow. The first guy I spoke with Mina Aziz called at 4p said he was a hour away, he then calls back to tell me he received a new ticket for a lockout so he was going to go to them before coming to me because if he has to tow my truck it’s going to take him out of the area. He tells me he will arrive within a hour & half (6p basically) 6p rolls around I call him, he then says it’s going to take him 1 hour & 45 min to get to me or he can send another driver who may be close. I let him know I’m fine with either one just need to know if someone was coming tonight. He then tells me he has a driver who is 45 min away. The new driver calls to give me his ETA. Upon arrival Abdul (the new driver) who arrives in a pick up truck then says he doesn’t do tire work.. I questioned him & said did the guy who sent you know you don’t work on tires? He said he doesn’t want to be accountable for what may be wrong with the vehicle. I let him know there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle so he could change the tire. He states he’s going to call dispatch to confirm he can change the tire. Dispatch answers but then shortly disconnects & Abdul states he’s leaving without completing the work. I did call my insurance company back & made a complaint about him. Also wanted to make a complaint to the business he works for “Warrenton Auto Services”. If the case is true please let me know since when does tow truck workers don’t change tires?

Every person we have encountered at Warrenton Auto was extremely friendly and helpful. We have done business with them before and have been totally satisfied every time! Seems to run like a well oiled machine! The adjuster that looked our truck was thorough and explained everything to us in detail. She did great!

We are traveling with our camper and our 3 dogs. Our truck ran hot on I-66 near Front Royal, Virginia. We limped into Warrenton Auto Service. We were advised by, I believe, the owner, to continue into Fredericksburg to the dealership. He explained he couldn't get to us for 2-3 days and the parts would come from the dealership. 'm certain he could have been unscrupulous and kept us there. I believe he was being honest and honorable. That goes a long way these days! Thank you!

After my vehicle experienced a blowout on Rt. 29, two wonderful individuals came to my rescue. They assessed my situation and helped get me to the dealership. Thank you for outstanding service!

Incomplete estimator prefers insurance claims Front staff the best. Work is quantity over quality thus the need for warranty blocked out dates. Warranty manager unprofessional condescending and dressed for the beach. With the perfect quantity over quality values. Considering my repairs incomplete paid for by insurance so who really cares. There will always be unsuspecting clients.

Our experience with Warrenton Auto was excellent. We have decided to take our car there from now on for all of the oil, changes, maintenance, etc..

Quoted price( with VIN)- wrong, Estimated time to work on vehicle - wrong, Mechanic - wrong, Follow-up customer service- non-existent. All for a simple battery and an appointment a week in advance....just wow. Going elsewhere in future.

Brian and crew did a great job on my Chevy Tracker 2001. I have been on going here for 15 years or more. If it is not right they will ensure it is corrected.

Fast easy and simple. I've been going to Warrenton Auto body and service since I moved to Warrenton in 2022. I never had a single problem. They are polite and pretty quick on service if you schedule an appointment.

This shop does a great job with collision repairs. I've had two so far, and both experiences were excellent. If anything comes up later, they're willing to fix it. The whole process is easy and stress-free, with a lot of updates while your vehicle is being worked on. The color match is spot on too. I also wanted to recognize Rose. She truly goes above and beyond for every customer. You can feel her genuine care every time you speak with her. She's super helpful and always treats you like a person, not just another customer. I initially brought my vehicle in for a cracked windshield replacement on an insurance claim. The repair was not done correctly and water leaked from the top of the windshield. Warranty repair was scheduled a few days later. I received a call that it was done. When I arrived to pick up I was brought outside and told for the first time that one of their customers backed into the front end while it was there and they gave me the customer’s insurance info. This was the second time on the same claim that I received the vehicle back in worse shape. Now I’m having to deal with a new claim and front end body damage. I’ve used this shop in the past for mechanical and body work but will not be returning for any reason. Basically - your vehicle was damage while in our possession, but you deal with it. UPDATE: after all this, the windshield is still leaking. My insurance is sending me to a different shop to get the leaking stopped. This is a 2024 vehicle.

Warrenton Auto is a good company to deal with. They are very respectful and it is easy to get an appointment. They will also give you a quote before they for they do the work. I will continue to be a customer.

Just picked-up my car today after having collision work done, after being rear ended by a tractor trailer on 29N in Gainesville, VA. Grateful that the damage wasn't extensive, and I wasn't injured, however, the repair was $5G, which was paid by the company owner of the truck. Warrenton Auto made the process so easy, which greatly calmed my frayed nerves. The rear end look brand new, and the paint job is absolutely SUPERB!! Warrenton Auto Service gave my baby a top notch detailing finish, inside & out, after they finished their work. My headlights were polished, and my wheels almost look brand new...They haven't shined like this in YEARS! I couldn't stop smiling, and I'm STILL smiling now, hours later! Warrenton Auto Service fixed my car's rear end after it was hit in October. They did a great job, kept me notified throughout the whole process. When i got my car back, the whole thing looked great, not just the last they worked on. They even polished the headlights!

The best auto service I’ve ever received! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. They kept me well informed on the status of my car and provided great service. Absolutely recommend.

Pros: The repair shop was excellent. Repair was done properly and I liked the repairman. 5 stars. Explained everything and did a great job. Cons: The estimate was significantly reduced once they talked to our insurance, which was odd. We took the car in for the estimate, so it wasn’t as if they never saw the car. Magically, the price reduced once they talked to the insurance company. They do not respond to emails. My car was never calibrated after the repair, I emailed asking why this was not completed, no answer back to date. UPDATE: Brian from the Repair team did email me back, apologized, (which He shouldn't have had to do for the front desk girls due to them not responding to emails, but I appreciated it.) and offered to schedule the calibration for me.

Amazing place. Amazing people. Amazing service! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Our truck started shaking violently at 70 mph 5 hours into a trip from NY to OBX. We limped it about 10 miles at 20 mph to WAS after a quick google search and based on previous reviews. Smoke was rolling out from behind the tire and the caliper had stuck to the rotor by the time we got there. They were sympathetic to our plight and replaced the rotors, calipers and pads at an incredible speed and price. (And they didn’t even have the parts in stock but had them delivered quickly). We were back on the road in less than 2 hours! We had 4 more hours to drive before we got to our non refundable hotel for the night. Everyone was so friendly while we waited, they felt like family. The lady at the front desk offered us soda, water and she even brought us her homemade cupcakes which were bakery quality frankly. We are so so grateful for all of them. Absolute angels. If I lived here I would never go anywhere else! Highly, highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to use Warrenton Auto Service to repair my car following a sideswiping incident. Because the car is 10 years old I did not want or need new panels, etc.I just wanted the finish to be restored. Another shop gave me a $2000 estimate. When I went to an auto supply store for paint to fix the finish myself, the salesman agreed that I did not need body work but thought I should get professional work done on the finish. Warrenton Auto repaired the finish when I went in for the estimate and saved me another trip since it took all of about 20 minutes for the repair. And, it looks like new! They were even reluctant to bill me. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

I was amazed at the outstanding customer service along with a great job done on my vehicle. Someone had hit my car on the right side, leaving damage that came to almost $4000 for repairs. The shop went to bat for me as the driver’s insurance did not want to pay for needed repairs. All was taken care of. It was seamless. At every turn they went above and beyond to help me. My car was returned to me beautifully repaired and thoroughly cleaned inside and out. I will return to them for future needs.

I recently had some metal panels for one of our airplanes prepped and primed at Warrenton Auto Service. Shawn was great to work with and did an awesome job. The front desk staff had excellent communication throughout the process and services were timely as well. It is great to have a shop such as this in the area. I highly recommend Warrenton Auto Service.

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone was courteous, polite and friendly. Though it's difficult having to deal with a vehicle and accident situation the staff and communications conveyed kept me up to date in a timely manner. The quality of the work is 1st rate and attention to details highly appreciated. I'd definitely recommend Warrenton Auto Service for your business.

Fast service, very reasonably priced. I have mixed reviews about this place. The service was UNBELIEVABLY FAST. I had an appointment and I was out the door 45 minutes later. One shop wouldn't help. Another said it would be 2 hours. My issue would be with the one employee who kept talking the entire time on the phone. Please keep your personal calls elsewhere.. I really don't want to hear your conversations. Take a break, and converse elsewhere.
