We were having issues with our transmission. We had the vehicle towed into Chicks. They did a diagnostic found a very simple fix and gave us a very reasonable price. This could easily have been an opportunity for an unscrupulous mechanic to bilk a customer. We have used Chicks for years and we know we can trust them.
Car issues are not something that is comfortable for me to deal with. When I call on Wes at Chick Service station, he is always positive and my mind is put at ease. The job gets done by good mechanics and I place my trust in them!
Chick's Services is the place to go for great customer service, repairs, and reasonable prices. I have been dealing with Wes and his staff for years and I have never been let down. Their website is very well designed and makes it easy to communicate and make appointments. I was able to request an estimate for auto repair and Chick's had the most reasonable price. The turnaround time for receiving the estimate was very quick as was the service itself. The drop off and pick up routine is very convenient and the website allowed me to pay before picking up. Outstanding job!
Chick's is awesome! I called them with about 15 hours notice and was able to get an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection on a used car I was buying. They fit me in, did a very thorough inspection - and identified a list of problems - including some that I never would have noticed on my own. Saved me hundreds of dollars - I will definitely be back!

Some of the work I had performed was done under warranty. A part that Chick's installed 1.5 years ago failed - they replaced the part and performed the work at no charge to me. Reliable, reasonable, professional work is why we bring all our family vehicles to Chicks.

Chicks is the most trustworthy auto repair shop I have ever used. They are always honest and fair. We have been using Chicks for all our auto repair and maintenance for almost 20 years.
Wes was great as always. Great customer service and they replaced my battery and tested everything quickly. My only negative is that they do not put the $77 diagnosis fee towards the repair. A lot of shops do credit it to the repair which I think is fair.

Friendly, knowledgeable and above all honest!! I've had dozens of vehicles serviced at Chick's over the last 10 years and each interaction is exemplary. Wes and his team know how to treat the owner as well as the vehicle.
Recently both of my vehicles became unsafe to drive within a 12 hour time frame. I got them into the shop and Wes, Tom and the team had both of my vehicles ready to go by the end of the day. They are a trustworthy shop, fixing what needs addressed at a fair price.

Wow. Great shop and amazing service. Had an issue at a different shop 4 doors down and they totally dropped the ball. Chick's picked it back up and got my car fixed right and got me back on my way. The guys upfront are all amazing and super helpful. Everybody there is super knowledgeable and friendly. Cant say enough good things about this amazing shop.
