Ran in today to exchange a battery that died in this extreme cold. Luke was outstanding and professional, he jumped right on it and had me out within minutes.
I went to Auto Zone in Warrenton hours before the big snow storm started. It was very busy, but store manager Anthony still gave me his fullest, kindest attention. He made me feel like I was a VIP customer, and he didn’t even know me. He left me with the most warm, caring feeling that every person matters. This level of humanity and goodness is what this world needs. Thank you, Anthony.
We go to this autozone and have been for years- always excellent service. Came in for a dead battery replacement and Anthony and Christian were awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable.
So I'm new to the area and just started working at one of the local shops. I was told the guys up at Autozone were the best around, boy was that a stretch. When I called this afternoon I first spoke with a Luke who seemed distracted by something/someone going on in the backround. I had to repeat my vehicle information 3 times before he paid enough mind to remember it. Then out of nowhere I get questioned as to the nature of my phone number since it ALWAYS shows up as anonymous or unknown. I ask why that is important to buying parts but instantly get accused of being someone I'm not. After getting no help at all with this employee I hung up and called again. This time I got a Chase on the phone. Again I was instantly accused of being someone I am not without even asking how they could help me.... After realizing I wouldn't get help from anyone at the store today i hung up and called another local parts store. I don't know who trained these people, (if anyone at all) but how behavior like this is allowed to happen is beyond me. I can only hope management sees this and does something to correct this issue so other people don't run into terrible employees like this while doing business here. One positive note though. At least my phone calls were picked up within 3-4 rings and wasn't instantly placed on hold. Chase and Luke...do better.
I had some issues returning an item so the store manager Anthony resolved the situation and was able to get me my money back. He is very professional and helpful.
Kind gentleman by the name of Christian assisted us in the pouring rain with a set of tools and guided us to the most delectable windshield wipers I have ever purchased. He is a prime example of what a true Auto Zone employee needs to aspire to be.
I gotta say, Christian from the auto zone in warrenton went above and beyond for me. My sister hit a deer the other night and while I was on the way to help her out the cops stopped and changed her tire for her but broke one of the wheel studs while doing it. It was like 9:55 at night and AutoZone closed at 10. I called to see if I could pay for a wheel stud over the phone and just have them leave it outside for me but he said he wasn’t allowed to do that because of company policy. This man let me pay for it over the phone and stayed there after they closed for probably fifteen or twenty minutes until I could make it there and he could hand it to me personally. If that isn’t the gold standard for customer service I don’t know what is.
AutoZone Warrenton, Virginia is amazing. Was help today by a worker named Chase and he helped me with parts for my car and installing them. He was absolutely amazing and courteous. A true asset to the team. Even taught me a few things I did not already know about the car.
Thank you Warrenton for the drive belt and the excellent technician (Xavier) who installed it on our rv. The experience was magical instead of a nightmare. Y’all saved our trip!
I have dealt with auto zone in Warrenton Virginia for several years now. The staff is friendly, professional, and aggressively helpful. Their prices are good - and they readily take returns if you don't use what you've bought. They also have a program whereby you are able to borrow certain tools to use during repair and then returned them free of charge. I've used that service myself. I highly recommend this store to others.
Nice staff and well stocked for the vehicles that I need parts for! They’re just a little bit expensive compared to the options I can find online. They’re perfect though if I need a part immediately!
Great service all around! Raymond and a another gentleman (didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond to help me and my daughter yesterday. Every time I've shopped at this auto zone all of the staff have been pleasant and very helpful.

I must say that the superb service I received this evening, was out of this world! Thank you Jesus for Manager Leia's patience, concern and care. Out of five stars I would have to give Tyler a "10," for being able to locate just what I needed and then being willing to help me put them on in very frigid, 12' degree weather. He is an exceptional young man and I thank God for him and greatful for all of them.. This is definitely one of the best AutoZones you can go to, this side of the east coast. Hallelujah!
Warrenton VA - Had a great experience in the frigid temps with the Associate RUSSELL whom had the Best customer service skills and a laid back demeanor - testing the battery and installing a new one at 7pm in the frigid 12degree temps.

The professionalism at this location leaves a lot to be desired. I bought a part, got it home and realized it was missing a bolt. Took it back and was refunded because the part was not in stock. Okay, stuff happens. The part was ordered for a store-to-store transfer. Never got a call to say it was in and went by anyway. I was given the part and got home and it was a core deposite (used part). Called, brought it back and thankfully one was in stock. I asked the manager for a discount given this was the third time picking it up and he said it would be too hard because he'd have to process a return. Glad customer service is a priority.
Chris was super helpful and professional. He made buying new windshield wipers a breeze, quick and affordable, with free installation. Wish I needed to get windshield wipers on a regular basis just to get that exellent customer service. Go and see Chris for all your auto needs!
Wow! This AutoZone location is amazing! I just moved to the area and was having a problem with a really loose battery terminal that AAA couldn't fix. I discovered this pretty late in the day and had somewhere I really needed to be. I called AutoZone and they said they could fix it for me, so I drove over there and while installing the shim to tighten up the terminal turned out to be more complicated than expected, they figured it out and I was back on the road within minutes! Everyone between the woman who took my initial phone call and the two guys who helped with the repair were so helpful and friendly and nice. I am really so impressed. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I need something for my car! Unfortunately I was stressed and didn't get anyone's name but thank you to the staff of the Warrenton AutoZone who were working this evening.
Hey folks! I have GOT to let you know about Edwin. He is simply amazing! I went there after trying to be that “independent woman” but failed with changing my lights in my Pilot. Edwin understood and was patient with me. He told me exactly what lights I needed AND installed them……AND he fixed my foggy headlights as well! He wouldn’t accept a tip so I just HAD to leave this review. Hes a true blessing! Thank you Edwin!! You’ve got a customer for life! Customer service is on POINT!
Chris is the best!!!! So very helpful and helped me get home safely. Came in right before closing and it was raining and he put my windshield wipers on for me still. Seriously can’t say how thankful I am, thank you so much!!!
Kris is so helpful and kind! I needed my headlights changed and was only available today, but of course, it’s pouring rain and cold, but Kris was willing to change my headlights for me without even a second thought! Plus he was super quick and efficient about it and the headlights work great!
Edwin was awesome! He helped me pick out the right wipers snd then Installed them for me. We LOVE AutoZone. Very helpful and they go the extra mile! A+ in our book!
