Are you guys not intelligent enough to understand times and dates? It’s not rocket science. Update the times so people are aware of the open and closed times. Not hard. Not like you don’t have the time for the community.
It's easy to get in and fairly easy to get out. Some people like to block the flow of traffic which is why I gave 4 stars. The staff are friendly, and usually ask if I need help. Being disabled and having the staff offer help for the heavier items is very helpful. The location is also very good.
Clean, really helpful friendly workers, small but has most options. Only downside is the hours all over the place. Hard to remember which days close at what time. I hate the hours closing at 3:00, makes it impossible to get there sometimes.
Proximity is nice, yes, as is the low traffic, but the ease and organization of the facility as well as the friendliness of the staff makes this a great neighborhood secret.
Always cleaned but the tall male attendant is no help at all. When I pull up to the container he will walk away. Last week he stood right at the other container and WATCHED me (82 year old female) manage to unload 5 kitchen size bags of trash.. when I got finished I said “ thank you for your help” (NOT) I don’t know if that’s in his job description or if the other attendants have a little more compassion. This is at New Baltimore collection site.
The site is well maintained and easy to get to. All bins are clearly marked so you know where to put your recycling, large materials, and garbage. They even have a little bin for battery disposal. The staff workers are also really nice folks.
