Stopped in to recycle a container of used oil. Super friendly staff and immediate service. No hassles and a really good vibe. Told them I will be back, next time I need parts. Highly recommend.
I needed two dozen Dorman lug nuts. Autozone had five, O'Reilly's had 17. That's an example of the difference between the chains. Liz was very helpful and friendly; I wish O'Reilly's had more locations in Northern VA. More satisfying to deal with than the competitors.
Had a starter (off the car) that we had taken other places for testing. The staff here seemed more sure in their testing process and results. One major store couldn’t even test the starter. Thanks to Jordan, one of the clerks, who was very helpful. In fact, I was impressed with all of the staff that I saw. Thanks for helping us solve this problem. Installed the new starter, and everything is going well.

Friendly and helpful service by store Assistant Manager, Liz, today. She sold me a running headlamp for my old car and then offered to install it!! While waiting for the engine to cool off she cleaned corrosion off my battery. Just above and beyond, in my book!! I left her store in better shape than when I arrived. Thank you Liz and O’Reillys!!
I was stranded across the street with a dead battery. Jordan was my hero! He was so helpful, he didn’t talk down to me and went above and beyond (literally walking across the busy street) thank you to Jordan and the team at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts in Warrenton VA.
I just had the best visit to an Autoparts store. Liz is the manager and was an absolute delight to work with. The best customer service I've had in long time. Price was good, service Great.
Oh my heavens did Elizabeth White, Assistant Store Manager, deliver along with her clerk. Since my son is always working we brought in his Hummer for possible battery replacement. They came outside, determined the need and in less than 30 minutes tops the battery was replaced and I didn’t have to get my hands dirty. If you are having car issues run it by there and see if they can help. They were not only efficient but friendly and made you feel right at home.
I would like to thank Hollis for over exerting himself assisting my wife and daughter in changing the headlight tonight. Your lack of customer service skills speaks and reflects negatively on how O'Reilly treats its customers.
Very knowledgeable on parts, everything I needed was in stock. They do commercial sales to businesses as well, the shop I use was able to buy parts from them same day. Very helpful staff, nice store. Will definitely be back.
This store's customer service is fantastic! I stopped in this morning with my kids to get some spray paint. I asked Liz (assistant manager) if she had any extras in the back.
Instead of brushing me off (which consistently happens at AutoZone and Advanced in Warrenton), Liz immediately searched the area and offered to get me 5 additional cans delivered to the store in the next couple of hours.
I consistently point out customer service to my kids. Sadly, it's usually in the negative. But I've been highlighting to my kids that the way Liz took care of us is THE way to do it. I'll be stopping by this store for the foreseeable future and looking forward to it!

Prices are very good compared to the (many) local auto parts store in this area. The items I purchased were several dollars lower each than the next cheapest. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that are even willing to help you apply purchased items in your vehicle right outside if requested. Going to make this my default for auto parts going forward.
A young lady named Neya was working the counter and really helped my father, he said she went above and beyond to make sure he got the parts he needed.

The counter parts person was really helpful and I was very impressed with the quality and the way he did his job. From looking up the correct parts to offering to order them from the vendor, since they don't have the parts in stock.
Very helpful and friendly staff. I came in looking for one part, and they helped me understand that I needed a slightly different one that cost the same. I really appreciate that they took the time to make sure I got what I really needed, not just what I asked for. As a result I was able to make the repair the right way.
Clean and organized store , Nick was pleasant and happy to help on the phone and my battery was on the counter with my name on as promised when I arrived.There was another gentleman with Nick too but unfortunately I didn't catch his name but 5 stars goes to him as well. It was a team effort.

Darius is so helpful here. I swear he has the best customer service and patience with people. Very knowledgeable and will be returning just for his experience. The store itself is great, clean and always stocked with what I'm looking for. Such a helpful and easy experience. Cannot say enough great things. 10/10 recommended
We were traveling from out of town when my alternator gave out. We stopped in here to have the battery charged and buy a new one. Ron and Liz were so nice and helpful! They let use use the tools we needed so we could get back on the road as quick as possible. On top of that, the store is clean and well stocked. If I didn’t live out of state I’d definitely come back.
Outstanding staff and super clean store!!! They are all professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Needed a special part for my truck and they went out of their way to locate the part and have it ready for pick up the next day.
