Gas is good cause it's cheap but for state inspections don't even bother. It took over 1 hour (but the lady told me it would be less than an hour) to get it looked at and there was only 2 people ahead of me in the line. It is not worth the wait. Better off going somewhere else that's more efficient and fast.
I visited this gas station to have my car's inspections and emissions completed, but the service was far from satisfactory. It took an hour because the staff left my vehicle unattended to work on other cars. When I inquired about the delay, their response was dismissive, suggesting that if I was in a rush, I could leave. An hour of waiting is unreasonable, and I’m currently observing my car sit idle in the garage while they work on other vehicles. I do not recommend this place unless you have ample time to spare.
TERRIBLE costumer service! Don’t come for car maintenance. Save yourself some time and energy. The manager has an awful attitude. Doesn’t care about your issue. Absolute waste of time!
Do not trust these people! They put a $75.00 hold on your bank account for every gas purchase. I pumped $15 worth of gas and they put a $75 hold on my account. I tried calling but they don’t answer the phone, so I went in person. The woman manager informed me that the hold will go away in 24-48 hrs and said that it wasn’t them that put the hold, it was my bank that did it and that I should contact my bank. I contacted my bank while still there and my bank said that it was in fact the gas station that enforced the hold. The woman lied to my face and didn’t even apologize. She just disappeared to the back. I would never do business with people that is so deceptive. I also noticed several people paying with cash. I guess they went through the same situation previously. Gas price was great for the area but this scam to get you to pay with cash is deceitful. I wouldn’t trust them in a car repair situation. Next stop is the Better Business Bureau.
Called for a quote and was told something muffled and indistinguishable due to an accent, which is fine, but I was then hung up on. I had to call back to get a clear answer from the same staff member.
Had rear brakes and rotors replaced, good work done, honest staff. I have been going here for years, would be nice if they offered Military Discount but they do offer coupons on their website, just need to print and show them before paying.
UPDATE: Brought my car in for a brake inspection today - quick service, thorough inspection, no charge, told me I didn't need new brakes. These guys are quick, professional and honest.

Excellent service for my Acura TL, fast and professional. All customer service reps were courteous. Ana the manager was awesome, followed up, punctual, excellent price. Highly recommend.
Last week the Firestone service station where I work in Maryland told me I needed new brakes on my Prius, so naturally I brought the car to Ana's crew at Ravensworth for a second opinion (I live nearby). I pulled up, they immediately raised the vehicle, removed the wheels for a proper inspection and informed that the brakes were fine. Took less than ten minutes and didn't even charge for the inspection. This place is awesome, honest and quick and Ana is a great manager.
The manager and head mechanic was extremely polite and very understanding of the situation. She let me know everything that was wrong with my car upfront and did everything for me at a great price! Would highly recommend you give them a shot they have great service and my car drives so much smoother now .
Absolutely love coming here! The staff is pleasant, straightforward and no nonsense. They don’t try to add additional service to your car because of your gender and just genuinely care about the status of your car.

Great workers! long lines due to lowest price on gasoline but worth the wait... cash price is lower than $4 per gallon... and even if you pay with credit/debit it's going to be lower than other gasoline stations in the area. The owner is so kind that he even pumped gasoline for my car and NO extra charge.... Let's buy gasoline for a caring business owner.... happy driving!
My car overheated due to leaking hose, I stopped there for repairs. I got a call from Ana, she said hose was replaced, but now my timing belt was making noises. I thought it time to replace the belt anyway, so told her to go ahead and replace it. I didn't get it back until a week later, costing me $600 in car rentals. Four months later, something didn't feel right, there was hesitation when I push on the accelerator. I took it there, Ana told me it was my transmission, which would be $2,000 to repair. She warned me not to drive it. I decided to sell the car as it was old, not worth spending $2,000. I sold it to a auto body repair professional.
While driving it to his shop, the timing belt broke on him. He said given the wear, no way was it replaced with a new belt, it had been only 4 months after I had it "replaced". So either they never replaced it, or replaced it with a very old belt, you decide which is worse. Apparently they got a new owner, so reviews prior to 2020 are no longer relevant.
Amazing patience to find the true issue after a different repair business had failed to fix the issue and wanted to have us spend thousands of dollars to replace something that was working just fine. Thank you. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked.
This past Sunday. I called to find out the time they closed. After the young lady answered She told me they closed at 10pm. Wonderful. I was 5 minutes away and it was only 9:30pm. I pulled in went to pay (inside) Cash (it's 5cents cheaper). It was locked. I knocked on the window. To be told by the young lady "No I won't let you in" as she stayed playing with her cellphone. Then I watched as she opened door for a young man. Locked door and he stayed in the office. Very upsetting
Yesterday our 18 yr old son decided to make a road trip from DE to VA to see some friends. We were apprehensive to give our blessing but he had our support. He made the drive, conquered the Bay Bridges, met the friends, had fun and was noticing his car was losing power. He pulled over in a parking lot and called home. He said his brakes were smoking & wheel were hot. What do we do? He's 3 hours away? A quick google search of the area & I called Ravensworth Service Station and asked if they could possibly be awesome for us... and they were. They have kids too & knew what I was going thru! He got his car there, it was diagnosed, they actually found parts & replaced the brakes, rotors, calipers & took care of the brake lines on the front, both sides and got him back on the road. They didn't even take a look a the car until 5:30 last night! The crew worked hard and stayed until the job was done... just to get my son back on the road. I'm not sure what time he got in but he's asleep in his bed right now. We are so incredibly thankful that they truly were AWESOME, kind, considerate, professional.. I just can't say enough. So many thanks to them!!
Called ahead for inspection and they said they do inspections - then the girl inside said to wait by my vehicle - which I did - nobody even spoke to me for five minutes- this place looks like a dump and no one seemed to be very happy working there.
I got here around 7:30 pm since my front light beam burned out. My car is old, a Toyota Camry 1999 so other auto part place said only Toyota sealer has it. It’s after work time so the lady at cashier said the people in charge are left, which made sense. She did write me two names, “Ana or Karine” that I can call in the morning.
Right about when I turn to leave, a lady walked in which turned out to be one of those two people!? She came to the back and looked for my light bulb for more than 10 minutes! Then she came out, said she was able to find the last one in stock and said I could take it for free!!!
Of course I insist to at least pay for it since all mechanicals are left so they couldn’t fix it for me. The lady and the cashier said I can just take it home, showed me where to hold it properly and put it a paper for me even!!!
So writing an honest and positive review is the least I could show my gratitude and appreciation for this Auto Repair shop. They operate not only for business but for lending a helping hand to people who are in a pinch like me. I had my grandpa help me changed that light bulb since I have classes for the next two days and don’t want a ticket from police officers in case they see my lonely light.
Their gas price is the cheapest station in a 20 miles radius in the area. With such good people like this, I highly recommend for people to have their cars repair, knowing your cars are in good and integrity hands.

Unprofessional. I don't want to give any shop 1 star except this one. I got my tire flat and went here. The staff couldn't find any problem and they talked to me like i was lying to them. They blamed me that my tire got flat because of the way i do air pump. It got flat again that night so i have to take it to another shop, then they find a nail on it.
Actually this station does sell gas. Today regular is $2.02. Not sure why anyone would say otherwise. I only stopped by to put air in my bike tires today but the guys there did it for free and were very friendly so... yeah, buy yer gas here!
Auto services operate by the onwer, trustworthy, fast services, and reasonable prices. never charge for systems diagnosed, never pressure me for any services.
I call there 1/13/16 afternoon, just to ask a quote on brakes. I bought my own brakes and wanted to know how much they charge to put. Guy answer phone we busy and hung up. I called back no answer. Bad customer service not good for the community.
