I am a single mom on a very tight budget. I needed assistance removing a sectional from my basement but money is tight. Lion strong quoted me the cheapest amount of the 7 companies I contacted. When I spoke to Will I asked if he would be able to help me move the new sofa into the space for an additional charge. He offered to do it free of charge since they would already be here, BUT when he found out I needed to pick up the couch myself to get it to my home, he generously offered to drive to fairfax to pick it up and deliver it for me. I was blown away. The communication has been amazing in coordinating all the moving parts of the process, everyone was on time, early even! I am so glad I reached out to this company and I’m honestly shocked that companies and people like this still exist in the world today. If you need help, call them. You won’t regret it.
