10 out of 10 experience. My first time to use them and it will not be my last. They are attentive, fast, and communicated clearly from start to finish. They understood the issue right away, explained how it would be fixed, and went out of their way to accommodate me in every possible way. They even offered to source the parts for me which saved me money and effort, This made the whole process much easier. It gave me real peace of mind knowing my car was in good hands, Great customer service with such competitive pricing on both parts and labor. This will definitely be my go to shop for repairs.

I recently had my car serviced at Barcroft Shell, and the Service Manager, Ahmed, was absolutely EXCELLENT and a joy to work with. I planned to drop off my car and walk home since I live nearby, but Ahmed kindly offered me a ride despite the busy shop. The price was reasonable, and the service was done competently—my 'Check Engine' light is finally off! Even the woman working the register was great. Barcroft Shell is now my go-to for all auto service needs.
A plus plus plus service, with friendly people, and very fair prices. Used to take my BMW to the dealer and had nothing but aggravation and was charged way more than I should have been. I'll never go back to the dealer. Barcroft Shell is now my go-to place.
