Had amazing experience with Justin. My car died a couple buildings away from this Autozone and Justin was so kind to walk all the way to my truck and help us test the battery and replaced the battery for us. We were lucky to have met such a nice employee like Justin!
This is best customer service I have ever received. Justin was so helpful, and I learned a lot about my car from him. He really went above and beyond making sure my battery was working when I had no idea what was going on. I highly recommend this Autozone and will be back.

Jonathan and his team were very helpful. They caught an issue my mechanic had apparently been missing for years. Even though it was about to be closing time, they waited for help to come, and still took care of replacing my battery. Most places complain that they need to close, but not these guys! They went the extra mile and put the customer first!
Came into AutoZone and Jonathan helped me out with the Fix Finder for my car. He was really helpful, friendly, and made everything super easy. Great service overall, definitely appreciate the help. 5 stars.

I’d like to shout out and leave a good review for Jonathan, He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help Me out with checking if my battery was the issue, and went above and beyond. Super friendly, highly recommended you ask for his assistance.
After waiting an hour or so, the store manager seemed to not know what tools he needed to install my battery. Once I figured it out for him, he told me he no longer had time to install a new battery I had wanted to purchase and he seemed overwhelmed by other customers being in line waiting in the store. He was prioritizing them over me. There was also 3-4 other employees there not doing anything.
I went to Tires Plus and they took care of me immediately and without hassle.
This store manager is not capable of managing his staff nor handling the workflow of the store.
I went to Autozone and Johnathan helped me change my windshield wipers that had gotten ruined with the snow and ice! he was so helpful and kind and funny! we talked about our kids driving better cars than us! the next day it snowed again! thank god for johnathan being there to help me that day! will def look for him next time I go in!

Justin, the store manager was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what kind of parts I needed as well as help me understand my vehicle and help me understand how to fix my spark plugs. He took his time and help me as much as he could. I do recommend this AutoZone since they’re very knowledgeable and very helpful! Extremely helpful! My car stalled right before intersection to their location and 3 attendants helped me push the car in neutral from the intersection to their location.
Justin, the Store Manager at AutoZone, delivered outstanding customer service. I visited the store in search of a specific brand of antifreeze/coolant for my 2006 BMW. Not only did he locate the correct replacement, but he also went above and beyond by checking my coolant level, adding the product to my car, and ensuring the dashboard warning light was cleared. His professionalism and dedication were phenomenal. Whenever I need parts or assistance for my vehicle, I will absolutely return to this AutoZone and seek out Justin’s expertise.
I urgently needed to buy brake pads, so I called the store. The employee I spoke to was extremely helpful. Before hanging up, I told him I’d be there shortly, and when I arrived, my package was already ready. He was a middle-aged employee and he really knew his job well.
