I've been a customer at the Annandale Tires Plus for at least 20 years. They have always been reliable, affordable and have always listened to my needs.

Kendall was very helpful. Excellent advice and care taken to get the car in great shape.

Went into Mr tired today, looking for tires and more work that needs to be done to my car and Kenneth was great very professional with me very patient will definitely be doing business with them soon

Worst Coustmer service & lack of workers at front desk The black guy on reception desk is absolutely rude guy i ever met on reception desk He didn’t even acknowledge that am one of Coustmer as well This is honest review bcz i attach my profile picture as well so that he can recall the incident Shop owner please get some manners in your staff

The owner is kind and filled the air in my tires for free! It set me in a really good mood that day! Little kindness goes a long way. I will absolutely come back for future services.

I had 2-tires replacement for a front flat tire. No problem in the transaction, but they did not place the new tires in the rear of the car - and they had a poster in the lounge area that says the newer tires should be placed in the rear (but also, all the mechanics I know advise this).

I came here a little bit after 6pm last Thursday with a leak in my tire. I was stressed and overwhelmed as I had to get home to Manassas. Kendall was empathetic towards my situation and, despite it being so close to their closing time, he asked the mechanic to take a look. Upon checking, there was, in fact, a small hole in the tire. They tried to patch it, but the patch didn’t hold so they put my spare on so I’d be able to get home safely. Kendall ordered a new tire for me since they didn’t have one in stock and told me it would be in the next day. I work nearby so after work Friday, I stopped by and they put the new tire on. The kindness and willingness to help me without an appointment and when I was in such a panic was a reminder that genuine, caring customer service still exists. I am beyond grateful and will be returning for future services on my vehicle as needed. :)

I did not have an appointment but the store was able to get to my car for a flat tire check within the time they told me and while it was a bit disappointing that the store did not have the replacement tire in stock, they were able to get one and have it installed within an hour or so.

Their auto mechanic technicians do excellent work, are professional, and thorough. Management team is professional, empathetic to client concerns, and polite. Their facilitates are clean!

Just wanted to say Steven was the best he treated me fairly and did not disrespect like most shops do when dealing with a woman I will be definitely going back to get my tires done great business.

Got my wheel alignment done here. They finished really quickly in less than 30 minutes and I am happy with the results. Would recommend

I can’t say enough about the staff at this location. I have been here twice. Once to check an AC leak and once to have my tires replaced. Most mechanics aren’t customer service oriented. They are just there to get the job done. The people at this location are all friendly and are happy to help you. When I had my AC done, they checked for leaks and didn’t find one. They charged my AC for me and they put a dye in the system and told me to come back immediately if my ac went out again and they will be happy to help further. You hear nightmare stories about shops ripping people off and taking advantage of you. I really felt I could trust the gentlemen working on my vehicle and that I would get honest feedback and sound advice. I don’t know why the reviews aren’t higher for this location. I don’t usually leave reviews but as someone that runs a business, I know unfortunately people are more apt to leave a review when they are mad or don’t get there way to harm a business rather than to give credit when it’s due for an outstanding job. Thank you again guys! Will be coming back for all my vehicle needs!

I was very happy with my visit. The different people I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. I generally do not refer others to any business because that can come back and bite you in the butt. I think everyone needs to do their own research to find what is suitable for them. Each of the young men I interacted with on the phone and in person were all very personable and professional. There is a good change I will return for other services when needed. Note: I do not usually leave reviews so that should say something about my experience.

It's Sunday and I am doing a mercy ]mission to pick up a boxer dog in ])?)southern Maryland. After I left my house, I realized I had a flat tire! Luckily, I went to TIRES PLUS on John Marr in Annandale. They were terrific. Wonderful customer service. AND, I even got a new tire at a reduced price! THANK YOU STEVEN OF TIRES PLUS. I will be out there singing your praises for anyone who needs tires!!

Went to MR Tire in Arlington. I had selected tires online and was quoted a price with installation. When I got there the attendant seemed like he had no interest in talking to a customer. He was hard to hear / understand. When he rang up the invoice for the tires I had selected it was significantly higher than the quoted price. He shrugged it off . I left & went to Tires Plus. Attendant was super nice guy. Explained everything clearly and gave me the pluses & minuses of several options. When I selected the same tires I had seen online the price was the exact same. No upselling, no deceit, no BS. I highly recommend Tires Plus.

I was a walk-in, with a leaky tire. Tires Plus tried to fix the leak, when that did not work they installed a new tire. This was all done in a space of a few hours with no appointment. I believe I got honest advice, quality service and parts, and a good price.

After taking my car to do a check up. These guys finished with the car and didn’t fully close my hood. I was driving in the highway luckily I noticed and wasn’t going too fast this could’ve caused a serious accident. That’s really unprofessional of them. I never left a review on anything but this was the worst place I’ve been to. They tried to overcharge as well.

This location does not seem to understand what a "scheduled appointment" is. Had an appointment at 4PM and arrived 10 minutes early to check in. Was told it would take about 30-35 minutes. At 4:40, my car was still in the parking lot and hadn't moved. Had to leave without the service for a 5PM appointment. Forget about trying to make a scheduled appointment; or, better yet, go someplace else and save your time.

I bought the lifetime wheel alignment here because it seemed like a great value. I couldn't have been more wrong. After the first time a brought my car here, I notice a ding in one of the doors was not there when I dropped it off. I figured accidents happen and Steve got me a paint kit to help minimize the damage. HOWEVER, after we took the same car there on Monday, one of the mechanics let us know that our front brakes needed to be replace. Thanks. So today I start to take off the front driver side wheel and, not one, but TWO of the lug nut studs snapped off. As far as I know this only happens when the lug nuts have been over torqued. After I get this issue resolved, I'll never bring another car here again.

I visited Tires Plus today around 12:30 P M to get the rear Brake pad along with Brake fluid top up. Technician Jorge was very good and got everything done in less than 3 hours. This was without any prior appointment. Everything seems reasonably priced in this store. I rate Only 4?, coz they don't have any beverages in their store ?. Hope they get one installed when I visit for my next service.
