Found some of the best items I have discovered at a thrift store here. I love that all the items are standard priced which is fair to the community and also people who thrift as a hobby. Overall the staff were great and it was easy to navigate the store. Definitely worth a visit!

This is my favorite Goodwill in the the area. I find that items are more affordably priced here compared to the the Goodwills in Falls Church and Arlington. There are only few items behind the counter so even brand name items are on the floor without any special pricing. I have found Yeezys, Vejas and other high quality shoes for less than $20. Books also have a standard price $0.99 for soft covers and $1.99 for hardcovers. Furniture here is also extremely affordable. I have seen a sectional prices at $30. Can't beat it! Unfortunately I often see resellers here who hoard items into carts and pick at bins before the are put out. The store should definitely regulate this

There is an employee named Hayward I believe who is always extremely pleasant and helpful. The whole team is great and I really enjoy coming to this location.

They usually have a good selection but they have no control or care over the people that come in and their behavior. There are many people who come in and fill up carts to the brim and rummage through not-yet set out bins which is a typical no-no in all other goodwills. One even walks around with a large knife on his belt...

I go by hear to find hard to find iteams like LP's (Records) and other iteams. You never know what you may find, i always find a lot of good deals and some rare/or hard to find or unusual old items cheap some of which still in very good condition. You never know what you will find give it a try you will find some things you like. You can also donate to them they can use all they get.

Well laid out. Clean. Organized. Friendly staff. They don’t make you feel like you’re in their way like other locations. Lots of clothes. Mostly clothes. Which for me was preferred. Was just at another location. Disorganized there with a boutique rack with jacked up prices. Higher then TJ max. This place didn’t appear to have a boutique rack and had high quality clothes all mixed in. The prices were very reasonable.

Another awful Goodwill. Elevated prices, empty shelves and inventory that’s the equivalent of a what’s left at a yard sale at the end of the day. Goodwill needs to restructure their corporate and go back to whatever previous model of business they used to have. Selling the best stuff online and elevating the in store prices on items that were donated to them has made them greedy. Ridiculous.

Thrift shop that has wide variety of used items such as shoes , handbags, jewelry, dresses, furniture, and other household items. Great place to support since it helps employ people who are less fortunate. Customer service great and prices are reasonable

Disrespectful of donors! My wife called ahead to say we were interested in coming over to donate some furniture and to ask until when they accept donations (7 p.m.) and whether or not they indeed accept furniture. They said yes. I then navigated a U-Haul in rush hour traffic for more than half an hour to bring the furniture to the Goodwill donation center in time. When I got there, the guys at the loading area said they could not accept the furniture because they were full and had been for three days. He was unwilling to compromise at all, be flexible to accept part of the load, etc. It did not seem to matter that their staff had just told us they could accept furniture just an hour before by phone. While I understand occasionally needing to pause furniture donations because of limited space, it is disrespectful of donors' time not to tell us that when we directly ask before spending our time to bring the items over.

Avoid at all cost! Worse than you would think. I specifically called this store before we went to drop the furniture, but arrived 45 minutes in the traffic, they told us that no, they don't take furniture! That communication style should not be used by any human beings.

It was under remodeling but open and all shopping open and neat. ( Books weren't out) I always enjoy looking over the vases and pottery. The prices were good and I will be back.

ok well actually I want to give my opinion I'm an honest and hardworking person I actually felt very uncomfortable now that the manager is oj I'm not referring to race or color oh religion actually unfortunately there is now a manager in that store who is dark-haired and wears glasses and he is manager today and whenever I go since he is there he treats me badly he goes there at all times he says obscene words to me spoiled and he is not a person really fit to be in a store of such prestige as he is It's goodwill, I really miss both the other employees and the manager who were there before that person arrived. Now it's an environment that hurts you because it's not nice for someone. treat you like this

Of monitor was purchased here that turned out to be quite useless. My companion and I did not make it to the store in the required time for a return but returns are available for store credit. My companion got a wonderful pair of gloves for about a dollar. Along with that they got decorative rock sculpture that glows in the dark when connected to a USB port. I was perfectly happy with my experience here. It's not Stellar but it's a good store and it certainly saves money. A week after our purchasing visit we brought donations to the back of the store and got a receipt for our donation quickly and easily and safely.

My little boy and I came shopping about 2 hour before closing but when we got home he realized he had left his own toys behind. He was sooo devastated because that was his gift from Santa. I came over the next morning and I explained to the manager and she let me look around a few minutes before opening and all the employees were super helpful and we found them! I cannot wait to see my boys face when he sees we found them!

Like any thrift store, the selection is of course dependant on whether there is a good run of donations; but, the inventory seems to remain pretty consistent here. I will say that the one area in which the selection is lacking is BOOKS, which is personally my first go-to at any Goodwill. If the genres of pulp fiction and surface-level politics/spirituality are your thing, then there are scores of somber mystery thrillers, kitschy christian fiction and nonfiction, reactive pop-politics, and Tom Clancy-esque (you know what I mean) paperbacks for you to enjoy. This is common to many-a Goodwill, unfortunately. I've been told by employees at various locations that the reason for this is because it is believed by those who decide such things that any "real books" (exact words) simply would not sell. This seems to me to be a serious underestimation of the intelligence of their clientele, all the while depriving those who could benefit the most from quality scholarship and literature of the joys of some of the greatest achievements of mankind... But anyway. All other sections have a wide variety of quality items, including electronics and furniture. The staff is generally friendly and the prices are, as always, better than decent. This location should not be avoided by any thrifting enthusiast-- because what it lacks in the department of literature it makes up for in its wide variety of other treasures.

Fairly typical Goodwill shop. Lots of used clothing of wide ranging quality. Staff seems unable to distinguished between women's and men's shorts as large-sized clothing, clearly marked with women's branding, often is found in the men's clothing racks. Also questionable is how they determine prices on items of whose value they are completely ignorant. I've found a $150-$200 Mil-Spec MOLLY pack at $4.99, a $90 musical instrument called a "Rain Drum" for $3.99, and a broken automotive bicycle carrier that was missing essential parts for $9.99. On the other hand common items, clothing and household goods especially, are very low-priced. One thing to be aware of: once you've paid for an non-electronic item, it's yours regardless whether it turns out to be defective or unusable for your intended purpose. No returns unless the defective item is classified by them as "electronic." Then you can bring it back in its original condition with your receipt within a week for A STORE CREDIT only. If you are a careful, knowledgeable shopper, you can find real bargains, but you need to examine your would-be purchase carefully to be sure of its condition before you olunk down your cash or credit card. You can also register to be a member of their shipping club if you think you'll be a frequent visitor. It used to be that 10 purchases in one month get you a discount. Now they offer daily discounts depending on the color of the price tag, 75% for members. On the whole, I've come out ahead, gotten some decent secondhand shirts, pants and a leather coat, a really fine back pack, a wonderfully amazing rains drum that can make sound like surf in the beach, a gentle rain or a thunderstorm, and a terrific collection of toys and games for my grandkids. Lately the assortment of goods has diminished significantly and prices seem to have gone up. I'm not sure what's going on...

This place really needs to work on their customer service. I've been there twice and have had 2 bad experience with drop off. The individuals I dealt with twice were rude and obnoxious. People are donating for a good cause so how about you guys knock off the attitude and be a little bit respectful.

I found an almost new Kenneth Cole complete suit and a Saks 5th Avenue tie and paid only 10.05 tax included for both together in 1 purchase. Wow that was amazing. This week the tab is yellow for the 50% off hurry up and get your good deal!

Their store is very organized. It was easy to shop. They have very stylish clothes. However, when I went to ring up the lady just threw my clothes in the bag.

So I just bought a big teddy bear at your store, and when I was checking out, 2 of your workers laugh at me and say that I was crazy. Your store was such a mess, I think they should be nice to me by bought stuff at your store, not just say that I was crazy and laugh at my face. Thank you for your kindness, I would never going to your store anymore

Great store. Pretty clean and organized, and I have come away with some great deals on small furniture items and excellent book selection. I've been going there for several years now and have scored excellent finds. Not all that happy about their new "sale" idea with the colored tags. Would much rather have them revert back to their Tuesday and Friday set sales with specific selections, (such as furniture 50% off) on sale. It was easier to find items that you knew were on sale. Overall though, a pretty good place to find unique and everyday items for a fraction of the price. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful, and always willing to assist you.

Items are well stocked and relatively well organized. Most of the staff are friendly, but not the lady who is at the register and makes announcements. A bit pricey for a store that's based on donation if there's no deal.

MUCH smaller than the Unique store in the Merryfield area, but more convient donation drop off in the rear of the building. Most of the staff is nice, but has a couple of rude and snippy ones. Mostly neutral experiences here. Found an occasional neat find, but would not go out of my way to stop. Unlike Unique, they don't sell computers and have a very limited electronics area.

This Harris Teeter is great. Parking is good, but the turns are tight. The butcher is good, the sushi looks fresh, the hot bar is good, they have a lot of selection. The cashiers are helpful.

This store is great. So much more organized than any other Goodwill store I've been to. I really appreciate their children's area. Nice setup for kids to play while shopping in the kid's section. Employees were friendly and courteous. Great store. Especially in comparison to others in the area.

They make you feel special. The cashers and few floor associates give serve with a smile even when stress on the work load for the day. They're proud to help find items or prices that I may not see. And pleasure to chat as they continue to work. Just old fashion hard work service is offer. Some other store should take notes. By the way love the clothes and household deals. Different every time I go, but I love the extra savings!!
