Terrible experience. We had Brian Rocabado notarize our document, only to realize that he filled out his section incorrectly which made a legal document void. If you need notary documents, don't use this location and be sure to triple check their work if you must. We had a very time sensitive document that needed to be notarized that has led to significant monetary damages because it had to be kicked back through the legal process.

I had a great experience at this UPS Store. The older gentleman working there was especially helpful, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my options and made sure everything was done correctly, which made the whole process quick and stress-free. Excellent customer service like this really stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Yet another complaint about the older man, he’s straight up rude and nonchalant . I enter the store this morning to ship a package, I stand there for a good minute waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Dude looks at me straight and says rudely « what do you want » and proceeds to ignore me

Usually enjoy the services at this UPS location (e.g. Amazon drop offs for returns and sending packages). Today I went to print a few pages in color and specifically asked help to do so because I never printed stuff from UPS before. No help whatsoever as I printed it. When I was using their computer to print out, they didn’t give me any instructions, so I navigated the printing page as I would normally do with any other printers - check if this will be printed in color or not. There was a box that basically, if ticked, would have the papers printed black and white. So I didn’t click that. After I hit print, it got printed black and white because turns out they had a separate printer for color which was an option I couldn’t see in the printing setting box unless I clicked the drop down menu for the printer. Naming the black and white printer as just BW printer isn’t enough - how am I supposed to know that immediately? Why did they not point this out to me when I asked for help with color printing? Had to pay $6 extra for this. I’d recommend better service/support for printing at this location.

Fantastic customer service. I was in a hurry and forgot to put the prepaid label on my Rent the Runway return. Called the store and they found the package for me and said they would hold it until I could get back there. Then the associate called me back and said she would put the label on for me, saving me a trip. Thank you!

Everyone in the store is great and super helpful. Except this one guy. Unsure what his name is but he’s an older gentleman. I’ve had two encounters with him and both times he’s been incredibly rude. I’d ask him a simple question and he replies in an arrogant manner. I would avoid this UPS

I visit this location relatively often (3-4 times a week) and they never fail to disappoint! I talk to every worker here because they're just mad cool (shoutout Rob, T, Javier and Brian!!!!) they always welcome me and my bunches of packages with open arms and smiles no matter the time. ALSO SHOUTOUT JOE!! always remember to be kind and treat people with the respect they deserve. i am team UPS all the way, especially at this location. They're kind, always helpful and they love to chat! (way better than Fedex, I'd barely get a hello)

Charging $2.75 per page to print black and white documents is predatory and pathetic. I hope the high level executives are enjoying their yachts and I doubt the store workers share in these profits which are likely in the ballpark of 2000% or higher (operating costs to print can't be more than 10 to 15 cents per sheet). And the location is a franchise which means the workers are likely not part of a union. If the aren't unionized then they should organize and unionize.

The worst possible service I’ve ever come across. All they gave me was a price of paper with a tracking ID on it. There was no email or text or confirmation of any kind. I misplaced the piece of paper, but I provided them the date, time, store name, sender and receivers address, PIN codes, emails and phone numbers. But they couldn’t help me locate my parcel. I spent 3 days, was on with customer service for 4 hours in total, and spoke to 17 different customer service operators who did nothing but transfer me to another line. I emailed them, got in touch with them on twitter, but still nothin. DO NOT USE UPS, literally any other option would be a better option .

The best customer service in Arlington. I was bummed the UPS store closed down that was closer to me stopped operations but once I went to this store I was amazed by the customer service and problem solving mentality of the associates there. Especially the front desk person named Mo. He really took care of me and did an excellent job. Even if it's out of your way go to this UPS store they are exceptional and do an outstanding job!

The employees at this location of late are fantastic and so helpful. I especially want to shout out Mo! He is so kind, helpful and wonderful to interact with. I echo all the positive things others have said about him in the reviews. Give this man a raise!!

This store is well run. The clerks are efficient, professional, and customer service oriented. There is seldom a long line, and when there is a line, it moves swiftly. The clerks are cheerful and have gone above and beyond to meet my needs for service.

The staff here is so helpful! I recently had a package stuck in international customs and Mo and Brian completely turned my day around by being friendly, understanding and by immediately doing all they could to help get me more information/resolve my issue. Thank you to Mo for providing excellent service by greeting me and making me feel heard/understood and to Brian for immediately contacting counterparts to get to the bottom of the situation. I truly appreciate it!

Do not use this store. On two separate occations, they added an extra charge to my pre-paid package claiming the weight and/or dimensions were incorrect (even when what I submitted was verified by another UPS location). This past week, I paid for next day service and they kept my package for 30 hours before it was picked up by UPS so it was delivered a day late. When I try to resolve my issues, the manager gets defensive and angry.

I need a stamp. He charged me a dollar 23 for stamp. I didn't know you PS the Maryland service till today. Depending on how fast my post gets to his destination I might be using the service for now on mailing

Came in Monday to ship last minute gifts cross country. Although the store was full of customers, the staff handled the lines in a quick and professional manner. I was really impressed by the service Ashley provided. She made sure she separated each of my shipments and I was in and out with my packages taken care of in just a few minutes!! She literally cleared the line by herself! She was quick and efficient yet kind and helpful. Thanks a lot Ashley!

This location is wonderful and essential to my business. I send an average of 20 packages a week and they are one of the only locations that have hours every day (yes, including Sundays). I have been dropping packages with them for over 10 years and the staff has always been helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient with my shipping needs. I've never had a problem with my packages getting to their destination. I'm usually one that is in-and-out but I owe them my sincerest gratitude for all of their help through the years.

The manager Richard is phenomenal. I do all of my business shipping and personal shipping at this location even though it isn’t the closest location to my house because they’ve made the process so quick and easy. They’ve really set a new standard for customer service. Everyone is very personable and it seems like they’ve really cultivated a fantastic work environment. They’re happy to be there which makes the drudgery of having to run errands something I even look forward to. Thanks guys!

I had gone to the store with the intentions of just printing out my resume and leaving. I needed help with the computer and David, one of the associates came over to give me a hand. He looked at my resume and politely asked if he could offer me a hand. OH MY GOODNESS! Not only did he help me with the computer, but he also cleaned up my resume and guess what..............I GOT A JOB!!!!!!!! I could never repay him for his help. This is what outstanding customer service is about. Going that extra mile when you really don't have to. Love you DAVID!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived abroad for over four years. Jay and his team are fantastic! Excellent customer service! I can have them check my box via e-mail, so I can time shipping my mail so I have everything I am expecting. Sometimes I ask every day for a week, and I get the same courteous service. When I do ask to have my box emptied and the contents sent to me, they wait until the day's mail comes in, just in case. The I get an e-mail with all the shipping details and a link so I can track the package. Anyone considering living overseas for awhile, or just will working out of state for a period, this UPS store is the one you want! These folks set the world standard for Customer Service!

We had an excellent experience. We were overseas for 5 years and during that period UPS received all our mail and forwarded internationally. Customer service was impecable, time frames were always met, really, everything was smooth and very very easy. Over the 5 years we dealt with every member of the staff and each and every one of them was professional, friendly and accommodated to all of our requests. Thank you guys (#311)
