1/10 experience. Did not actually remove the junk and hid it in some bushes for me to find later.
I was quoted $150 over the phone to dispose of some old doors. They texted me telling me they could pick the doors up the same evening for $175. I agreed and one guy showed up with a proper heads up and ETA. I tipped and paid $200 cash total.
About a week later I found the same doors in the bushes behind my condo parking lot. I texted and called the business. I was told this was an accident and the doors would be picked up that same evening.
Later that evening I noticed they still hadn't come, they updated the ETA to the next morning. That would've been today, the doors were still in the bushes when I got back from work.
They are not answering calls or text messages.
I work for a small business and wanted to give them the opportunity to correct this issue in private. They don't seem interested. Not sure if my experience is unique but I am out $200 and have to deal with disposal myself. Do not use this company.
Professional and courteous service. Yusef did an Excellent job. Cleaned out and organized my garage. Its great! I can get my car in now. Everything is in its place. I HIGHLY recommend using this company.
Mr. Trae and Brooks were extremely transparent, helpful, and clear with everything. They communicated with me through every step of the cleanout process. I had several pieces of furniture being donated and other pieces needing disposal and once I made my request both gentlemen arrived and took away what I needed hauled away. I let Mr. Trae know he relieved a lot of stress. I am grateful they helped me.
This company did an excellent job hauling out an old sofa, and old fridge, and a couple of old TVs. Quick, friendly, and reasonable pricing. I will be hiring them again to take care of some tidying up in my backyard. Accommodated my friend for same day service, and then I decided to hire them for my own junk removal needs just a couple days later. Truly a class A service. Look no further if you need junk removed.
I had two portable wheelchair ramps, 8ft long, I bought for my Dad but never used. I tried for six months to find them new homes. Finally I heard about them, contacted them and the next day they came and got them and gave me a tax receipt for them. Awesome!
They arrived exactly when they said they would and began moving things immediately. Furthermore, they successfully moved a full-sized elliptical down 8 flights of stairs.
This business removed an above ground pool within a deck. Perfect job. Reasonable price. Can't say enough and I am a hard person to please so I highly recommend this company.
Brooks was very helpful and efficient removing a recliner sofa for donation. He was very understanding and patient with all my condo association rules and he even sent the donation receipt the same day. Recommend!
