Cortez was helpful and courteous. Explained everything clearly and was very thorough. Made me feel comfortable and at ease in a process I wasn't completely familiar with.

I've used Mr. Tire many times, each time receiving great service. Most recently, Rolando was wonderful working with me on a tire valve stem issue. Highly recommend!

Honest, competent, and genuinely customer-first. Cortez and Rolando are the reason people become loyal customers. Highly recommend. I had my car towed here after hours with a flat, and Cortez was already waiting when the tow truck arrived. The next day they replaced all four tires, did a wheel alignment, and Rolando correctly diagnosed a wheel bearing that another shop in MD had botched two weeks earlier at an outrageous price. Fixed right, no price gouging, and the car is whisper quiet. Thank you!

Review for 4160 S Four Mile Run Dr, Arlington, VA 22206 This is the worst place to service a car. They canceled my appointment more than three times at different times. There is no respect for customers’ time, and the service is very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. Very poor customer service.

Excellent. The gentleman in the front desk was extremely pleasant. Prices are reasonable. They went over a beyond to return my car in the same day. Super!

Cortez at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. I had a leak on a tire I had bought at a Tire Barn in the Midwest last summer. They had immediate appointments and repaired the tire honoring the warranty. Very positive experience. Appreciated the WiFi!

I had a leak in my left rear tire for about 4 months before going here. The tire would lose between 2-3 psi per day and I was just reinflating the tire every 2-3 days before I decided to try to get it fixed. I took it to Mr. Tire and told them LEFT REAR. They check all four tires and tell me the left rear is not the problem, but the front right is. I tell them I had been filling the left rear every time my sensors went off and it always solved the car's error code. They implied that I was stupid or lying by claimed the sensors were paired incorrectly when my tires were installed (by my dealership back in May). When I pick up my car, they claim they were mistaken and that the problem was the left front (which has NEVER given me issues) not the right front nor the left rrear. So I paid about $56 to be called stupid and my problem not to be fixed because the next morning, I started my car and saw that the LEFT REAR tire had once again lost 3 psi overnight. Also, my car's "optimal" tire pressure is 34 psi for all wheels and when they returned my car to mez they left all tires overinflated between 38-40 psi. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and will NOT do business with them again.

I meant to do this a while ago, but back in December I came in for an oil change before a big trip. They got me in same day and Kyle and Cortez were a HUGE help. They also quoted me a reasonable price for brakes that I will be soon taking them up on. Friendly humans and a really great experience. Thank you!!

Took some time to get done as they were short staffed but Cortez was very professional , courteous and kept me informed about the status of my vehicle . Thanks again Cortez

Amazing service! I called and scheduled an appointment around 9AM, dropped off my car and had it back by 4PM. The service advisor assured me I’d have it back same day, even though it was a Saturday. I told him I live nearby so I could just drop my car off and walk home. I had my dog with me and he even let me bring her in to complete paper work and hand off my keys. They called me when my car was on the lift to let me know my brakes would be due in the near future, they weren’t pushy about selling me anything I did not need the time. They did not use “scare tactics” to sell anything. I purchased my tires online and brought them in for installation and a 4 wheel alignment. I was impressed with their work and communication. Mind you, I worked in the auto industry for 11 years and have experience with selling service. I will most definitely be back for any future repairs or maintenance. Highly recommended, I’d give more stars if possible.

I DO appreciate all the team members of this store! The manager, the mechanician Robin etc etc. They get everything done professionally! I will go see them for my car in the future!

The center went over and above to help me with my tires and lug nuts which had rusted in place. I had to come twice because they didn't have the right equipment but I can completely understand that. I however did not appreciate the front desk person asking me to buy pizza for the team because they worked hard. In my mind I paid for the service, and this distracted from the overall positive experience that I had from the center.

I had very satisfying conversations with the people at the Center. I appreciated and accepted the thoughtful recommendations and the fact that nobody made any hard sale pitches. The installations of the four tires was efficient and I have been very pleased with the smooth and quite ride I now experience. I knew in advance that my car had indirect tire pressure monitoring. This means there are no sensors attached to the tire valves. So i was very pleased that nobody tried to sell me expensive parts that had no function on my car; that gained my trust with the staff at this Center.

The shop was disorganized and poorly managed. I called to make a same-day appointment and clearly explained the service I needed, which was confirmed. A second employee later called to say the shop does not perform state inspections—something I never requested. I restated my needs, and the appointment was confirmed again. At drop-off, I explained the service for a third time to the same employee, Cortez. Hours later, Cortez called to say the shop does not offer the requested service. Store associates should probably understand customer requests before confirming appointments, this was a waste of a day. This location clearly requires improvement.

Had a nail in my tire and since I live down the St. I was able to get the car there. They were able to plug the hole and get me out in about 1 hr. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Would recommend this location for work.

No stars! Dishonest front desk ( Cortez). They don’t go over pricing and claim tire is not able to be patched. Simple chatGPT search clearly states otherwise. Also would not give me an estimate of putting my spare tire on when I realized this place is a scam. Multiple people came before me and they were charged outrageous pricing for their tires. Non were given estimates.

Grateful for such a positive experience this evening! Kyle and Cortez were not only very helpful but incredibly kind. We also enjoyed good conversations while my car was getting worked on. I think one of the most important things is feeling like you can trust the recommendations provided you about your automobile. They were honest from the start and I will definitely continue working with them.

Rolando was personable and not predatory in his approach to car services needed or recommended. As a single woman this is much appreciated. Ruben did a great job with my car and it rides well. Any future repairs that I need I will be returning due to the service, kindness and integrity I received from management and the service tech.

My oil change has gone from $150 to $185 going here. $15.91 for a “shop supply fee”, a $4 “top off fluid fee”, and they charged $4.99 in labor to put on the $5 oil filter! $9.99 for filter + labor? They STILL managed to charge another $2.90 for “recycle oil fee”. So what’s the shop supply fee for? And worst of all, Cortez the manager reviewed none of this with me. By my count that’s $33 in phantom fees I paid there. That place is a ripoff. Go next door to Jiffy Lube!

I had a really good experience with Cortez (i hope i memorized his name correctly). He had a warm personality, matched my sense of humor (LOL) and helped me find an excellent solution to the issue i had with one of my tires. I will continue keep coming back to that Mr. Tire location. I think today was my third time in the last 2-3 years

Everyone was so nice and very professional! My car was towed here with a flat tire and they couldn’t have been nicer. Communication was great and prices were reasonable.

Staff is nice and respectful. I was out in 1 hour 20 mins. I was told 40-50 mins waiting time but it's fine. They patched my tire. I also overheard how accommodating the staff when there was a senior lady seeking clarification on the breakdown and explanation of her car's bill.

This was my first time going to Mr. tire on recommendation and my experience was great. Jason at the front was very helpful with explaining to me what I was paying for and what all I needed done and why. When I scheduled my appointment online, I selected a specific tire, but it ended up being discontinued. The manager roland was very helpful and ordered me replacement tires that were similar to the ones I had picked out and also made sure that I was still able to have the discount that i had with the original tires. Definitely will come back.

Mr. Tire replaced my vehicle's 4 tires at a reasonable price and great timing. The customer service was superb from the first phone call with Rolando to the day of service. Many thanks to their service team, especially Rolando!

I’m very disappointed in the service at this location. From the moment I walked in, the lady at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming. I barely stepped through the door before she said, “I’m busy right now, I can’t help you.” No hello, no offer to check availability—just attitude. Meanwhile, the garage was practically empty, and one of the workers was literally laid back in a chair doing nothing (see photos). They claimed to be fully booked, but it didn’t look like any real work was happening. Unprofessional, unpleasant, and completely disrespectful. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I went to Mr. Tire having ordered a new set of wheels and tires online. They were delivered to the shop, and I requested that the shop transfer my OEM tire pressure monitors (TPM) to the new wheels and tires. They did this for three out of the four tires. But on number four, they BROKE the TPM, tried to spackle it back together poorly, and didn’t have the guts to tell me about it. You can imagine I was pretty surprised when I started getting TPMS fail lights on my car. When I finally brought it to a reputable repair shop, they showed me the piece, which had remained, broken in my tire since Mr. Tire on Four Mile Run Drive so badly mutilated it. Want to know how much a new one costs from a reputable repair shop? $250 plus labor. Mr. Tire, through their complete incompetence, broke my car parts, and didn’t even have the common decency to tell me. I caution you to stay far, far away from this shop if you value your car and its OEM parts. In the photos, you can see the technician’s shoddy attempt to cover their tracks.

I was on a trip from out of town and got a flat tire. I made it to the closest shop which was this one. It took 3 full days for the right tire to come, which is strange in a major metro area, and one that has 8 other Mr Tire locations. They tried to add brake fluid for $120, when I just took it to my Toyota dealership the week prior for an oil change and they said all other fluids were fine. Why were they looking at other things when all I needed was the flat tire replaced? When I went to pick up the car, the hood was left unlatched. Good thing I checked before I drove off! I was not aware that changing a tire required going under the hood. And on top of that my steering is tight and the steering wheel is now off centered- it's now noticeably turned to the right when driving straight. See photos. The final bill for 2 tires and an alignment was insane. I get there's "inflation" but I might as well have been robbed. Don't bring your car here. Get AAA and have it towed to one of the approved facilities. This shop isn't one for good reason :) Update: Just got back from my Toyota dealership and had to get another alignment done. They said it was done completely wrong and that some components were left fully loose which is why the steering was tight and not balanced. Basically I was lucky that the wheels didn't fly off :)

I almost lost my car's engine On October 3rd, I went to Mr. Tire on Four Mile Run Drive in Arlington, VA, for an oil change. The next day, a warning appeared on my car's dashboard indicating a problem with the engine oil. I hadn't driven the car much since then, but suddenly, on October 17th, I received a warning that the engine oil was depleted and I needed to stop immediately. Fortunately, I stopped at a nearby mechanic, who added oil and informed me that “the previous shop that did the oil change did not replace the oil plug and that they found it damaged”. When I returned to Mr. Tire to ask for clarification, they told me that they do not change the oil plug during an oil change and that there was no evidence the oil plug was damaged during that process. They said this could happen at any time after repeated oil changes. However, I still have a lingering question: why did this happen immediately after I had my oil changed there? I asked a third technician for their opinion, and they responded: “Yes, a technician can cause damage to the oil drain plug during an oil change. This can happen if the plug is over-tightened, cross-threaded”. Fortunately, I didn't lose the car's engine after all this.

I have never given a google review but this was too much. If i could give zero or a negative rate I would for this place. Very unprofessional people, requested a quote online, then visited the store. The lady in the front desk gave me false information about the Service center being closed on October 10, 2022. Still I ended up going on sunday to place the deposit for the tires I needed. Having my rims being in PERFECT condition (just had them refinished by a professional shop) was the first thing i mentioned and asked if they have capable technicians and machines to perform the job. The answer i got was yes. Took my car for the tires to be replaced today, during drop off they mentioned they had to charge me more for the installation given the type of tires even though I had a quote for a lower price, I accepted and hoped for a professional job to be performed. The technician damaged and scratched the 4 rims of my car. When I brought this to the staff they gave unconvincing and pathetic excuses. I called MONRO to report this inadequate service. I still payed full amount for the service. Additionally when I was paying the bill and asked about the damaged done to my rims the person at the front desk told me it wasnt his problem and i should talk to corporate, he was rude and disrespectful. Staff at Mr Tire, getting angry and being unprofessional with a customer is not the way to fix the problem. Please find attached pictures of the damages made to my rims. If youre a person that expect to have a professional and clean job done dont go to this place, they are far from giving a good service in all aspects.
