Needed a front tire replaced after it blew and Rafael took excellent care of me and my car. Agreed that it would be best to replace both front tires for balance and alignment. I was in and out within an hour, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I will be back to One Stop for my other service needs!

2025 Model Y 19" Tires. Had a nail in my tire that couldn't be fixed. They thankfully had a used tire. Had me ready to go in under 25 minutes. Checked all my tires for good pressure while they installed the new tire as well. All for ~$100. I will definitely use these guys for future maintenance if possible. Really friendly and honest and willing to work with you if possible.

when i suddenly got a flat tire and costco couldn’t take more walk-ins, i looked up places nearby and found one stop automotive. i’m so glad i did! the service was amazingly fast and price fair. i couldn’t believe my luck that i found a place on such short notice and with amazing service, too. thanks one stop!

Stopped in after work for a mystery banging noise. They were fast, efficient, and straightforward. Luckily it was a quick fix, but I’ll definitely be going back next time I need some work. As a customer, I felt listened to and respected, no run around like women sometimes get at other auto shops.

I’ve been meaning to review One Stop for a while, they’ve been my go to for a couple years living in DC. They’ve done a great job each time I’ve come in - they’re efficient, friendly, and have been patient answering my questions about their repair recommendations for my 2002 Toyota Camry. The last big repair I did with them was a little over a year ago and I was seriously considering just looking for a new (used) car because of long-term wear and tear on the engine. However, I’m glad I ultimately had them make the repairs even though they cost a bit because the car has been running without any issues since then and should hopefully have a lot of life left. Lastly, from reading up on the costs of similar repairs online they seem to charge solidly within the going rate.

Every time I come into this place I’m met with a warm smile and amazing professionalism. The people here do a really good job at making you feel welcome and that your car is in good hands. I’ve been here sporadically over the years, and every instance I’ve needed their help they’ve been right there and I couldn’t have found a better place.

What a gem! Johana and her team took excellent care of me. Within a couple hours of my first call, I had a very competitive quote for a full set of new tires + mounting and balancing. Less than 24 hours later, the tires were at the shop and ready for installation. Fast forward a few more hours and I am a very happy customer with a quality set of well-installed tires!

Went in to get muffler checked because I noticed it was leaking more water than what I was used to seeing. They explained to me exactly what my out of state mechanic father of 40+ years exp had explained and recommended that I do not change anything because it honestly didn't need it free of charge. Honest, polite, and informative. No BS. Will use this shop for any auto issues that arise in the future. Very satisfied with my experience! -Updates: Have had 2 unlucky screws in my tire within the past 12 months. Taken my jeep to them each time and the turn around is quick, reliable, and they know exactly what they are doing. I couldn't be more thankful. Also Johana rocks!! Any outside maintenance I don't normally handle on my own, this is the shop! 3rd Update 04/4/25 Right front caliper frozen on me and was able to get it to the shop by noon on a Friday while they were pretty busy. Knew I needed new front rotors, calipers, and brake pads as I scorched the other ones having to drive on a locked caliper. Joanne is always professional and extremely courteous/helpful. Picked it up 30 mins before close with exactly what I expected to pay without my own garage to fix it myself. Best in Arlington hands down and will continue to choose them for car repairs outside of basic things that crop up moving forward. Thank you all very much!

I literally got scammed today!! I went to change all 4 tires, the lady at the office told me it would cost $100 to change with weight and adjustment!! And they could make it $80 as long as they keep the old tires!! I told her I wanted the tires and I would pay $100, I was surprised after the installation that they took the tires and when I asked her she told me they threw them in the trash!! (I had 2 tires in good condition!!) Even though she knew I wanted the old tires!! She made me pay $107 and I am completely unsatisfied, this is unbelievable and illogical!! I was taken advantage of and scammed and the tires were kept maybe to sell to someone else!

I recently had a flat tire and was fortunate enough to be able to drive to this place. As soon as I arrived, I was attended to promptly, and the team had the problem fixed in under 10 minutes. The service was efficient, professional, and reasonably priced at $22.50. Definitely worth it, and I would highly recommend them for quick and reliable service!

I am so much more confident owning a car in the city and knowing Rafael and his team are there to help with oil changes, new battery and new tires etc. when needed! I have been coming here for years and always am taken care of. Good pricing and very honest, Rafael always takes the time to explain to me what needs done and why.

Excellent customer service from the time I called to inquire about services to the time they were completed. I got a fresh set of Michelin Pilot Sport All Seasons and so far they are proving to be quality tires and what I was looking for. I drove almost an hour to this business because of the great reviews and I was not disappointed. Support this great small business and get your vehicle taken care of. Was looking around for a reliable shop to replace the rims on my Model Y. Keeping the tires of the 19” Gemini’s but mount and balance on new set of rims. I luckily found this place. Super stand up dudes. The owner, Rafael took good care of me. They were quick and did a really clean job, rims look great and perfectly mounted. They even helped me pack up the old ones. Highly recommended spot. Won’t be going anywhere else.

There is a reason One Stop Auto has 5 Stars! Brought in my vehicle cause I had a nail in my run flat. Unfortunately I learned that a run flat cannot be repaired and thought I would have to buy a new tire. Rafael took a look and saw that the nail hadn't gone through. He pulled the nail out and one minute later I was on my way. Great, honest service! Thanks for saving me some money and not being ripped off by the dealer who would have just changed the tire!

Raphael is the best. Not another more knowledgeable tire guy I can think of. Certainly not another that is as helpful or cares as much about his clients. He even hooked me up with some great used tires for my girls playground project. Raphael and his crew continue to be consistently awesome. At the new location off Columbia Pike they have even more room and offer even more services . Complete car care. Just had a new set of tires at Raphaels recommendation(last ones he picked got me 60000 plus miles of amazing traction). Getting new brakes put on tomorrow. You won’t regret stopping by. You can wait all day at Costco and get shoddy service and time degraded tires or get a better price, better service, better tire in less time at One Stop on Columbia Pike.

The owner went above and beyond to assist me, locating rare tires i needed for my MX and was kind enough to clean and shine all my tires at no cost! Highly recommend One Stop Automotive and tires. They're Tesla friendly, COVID19 guidance approved, and their quality & customer service is absolutely stellar!

No frills or salespeople here. Drove right over and I was greeted by several people along with Rafael, the owner. I desperately needed 2 front tires, and they agreed. Nobody tried to upsell me to get the 2 other tires done. I was in and out in about 45 minutes even though 6 cars had pulled up to get worked on as well. The tires I got installed were USA manufactured. It came with a 2 year warranty if anything happens. The tires took about 25 minutes to be installed. I also got a full synthetic oil change and it took about 20 minutes to get done. While waiting Rafael checked on me few times asking if I would like any water, tea, or Gatorade. He also asked if I wanted to sit in an area with AC but it was a nice day and it was interesting watching the guys work on all the different cars. All the staff speak Spanish. Rafael and three other gentleman spoke English as well. This place is tiny and hidden behind the Liberty gas station. Overall great experience, genuine people, and reasonable prices.
