Exceptional experience! Tyler knew his stuff inside and out. Super easy and nice to talk to, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell or rush anything. He does everything the right way, does not skip important steps such as cleaning and lubricating new and old vehicle parts. Just a solid, honest dude who takes a lot of pride in his work. Tyler has been amazing. My wife car has been having issues with her vehicle and the shop we initially sent the car failed to diagnose the problem, wasting time and money on unnecessary fixes. Tyler was able to meet me at our place and diagnose the issue without having to tow the car elsewhere. He is determined to find the root cause and will not stop until he finds it. Tyler was very professional when he worked on my vehicle. He installed my alternator and I pointed out other things that needed to be done. He was able to address those as well.
