I had a great experience getting my car serviced today. I came in for a wheel alignment, tire rotation, and oil change, and everything was done efficiently. The manager, German, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, he took the time to educate me about the diagnostics and needed repairs. I truly appreciated the honesty and customer care. They also offer amazing coupon deals, which made the service even better. Highly recommend!
This place is great!! They helped me replace my Tesla tires so quickly. Even though they closed, they were able to continue working so late to get my car back to me which was really so appreciated. The workers were really friendly and helped make the service experience really great for me, especially Steve!! Even after his super long day, he was personable and great to chat with.

I had a great experience at NTB in Arlington. I brought my car in because it was making a noise when I turned, and they ended up being super thorough and quickly figured out the fix that I needed.
They also found that a previous tire shop had put the wrong size tires on my all-wheel-drive car, which could have caused real problems down the line. I originally had told NTB I needed three new tires because that’s what I’d been told before, and NTB initially said I didn’t. While doing the repairs for the noise they noticed the sizing issue They explained everything clearly and helped me get the right tires at a really good price.
They also noticed what might be oil leaks, but instead of pushing a big repair, they suggested cleaning it up and checking again at my next oil change to see if it was actually leaking or just spilled oil. I really appreciated that they were trying to save me money and not jump straight to expensive fixes.
Overall, they were honest, patient, and really knew what they were doing. German, the store manager, helped me understand everything and explained things really well. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Purchased tires less than two months ago under warranty and they are already faulty. Managers refused to work with me after calling around to several stores including the NTB I purchased them from. Will not be back ever.
Today I was driving and my tire light came on. As I was driving I heard the tire going flat. I initially stopped to get air, but was unable to fully reinflate the tire. Unsure about the condition of my tire, I eventually ended up at NTB after driving around for a little bit looking for help. The manager German went above and beyond to help me. He came out into the cold to carefully examine each of my tires. He presented me with my options without pressuring me to make an expensive purchase. He invited me to bring my car into the garage right before closing to take an even closer look at my tires and make sure that everything was functioning properly. I am truly grateful to German and the team for his exceptional kindness and service. This experience truly stood especially in light of the impending snow storm. I recommend NTB and will return.

He took the time to talk me through all of my questions about my car, explained things clearly, and checked in on the process to make sure everything was going smoothly. A couple weeks ago another car shop told me that my alternator went bad when I went to do a battery check. They really gave no solutions and were not helpful. I went to NTB for a second opinion. German was very helpful and did a full thorough battery test to tell me both my battery and alternator are good giving me peace of mind. German was very nice and I enough my experience with the Arlington NTB
Great service and friendly staff. They saved me a thousand dollars by not having to replace all of my tire sensors as recommended by the dealership over 6 months ago. Turns out only one valve stem sensor was bad. $0 cost due to buying the tire protection plan when I bought the tires a few years ago.

The gentlemen in the office were so kind and courteous! I came in with a flat tire and they were quite accommodating. While my size tire wasn’t in stock they readily assisted with putting my spare on - in less than 20 mins. Great service and will definitely be back!
I stopped in today to get a battery changed and the excellent staff tested my car’s battery, starter, and accelerator and they were working fine, so they actually saved me money I was planning to spend replacing a battery that didn’t need replacing. Professional, efficient and honest. I would go back there any time. And Steve taught me about how government backed mortgage corporations operate while i waited, also free of charge! :)
The team here is superb! Taj is welcoming and knowledgeable, and gets you in and out quickly! This shop always does reliable, excellent work. I wouldn’t take my tire problems anywhere else!
