Super good experience. I needed a new battery for my truck but I was unable to change it out myself due to an injured arm. I went to O'Reilly's and asked them if they would install the new battery and Jake was more than happy to help me with it. He was a very nice dude and I greatly appreciate his help. I recommend this O'reilly's because of staff and they seem to have everything you could need.
They were extremely helpful. They tried to solve my problem using their own tools. When the tool I bought failed, they immediately offerred warranty. I will be back, good guys, great culuture of customer service.
If they don't have it in stock they can get it in a timely manner unfortunately I would not buy mix paint their again as not only did they mix the wrong color two times they decided to charge my account for all of the paint that was mixed wrong after I was told I would not be charged
Not sure what these other reviews are talking about, I've always had an amazing experience with Bond and went out of my way to choose them over other auto parts stores. They are always kind to me and everyone I know says they are amazing. When I went there to pick up LED lights to replace all the cabin lights in my car, I realized they were very expensive and said "I'm not sure I really need them that bad, considering how expensive they are." The employees all went out of their way to discount the price of the items to something very much more affordable, so that a young high school-aged guy like myself, who has little money, can afford to repair things on my car. I'll choose Bond over Advance Auto Parts any day of the week, month, or year; they've earned my business and the business of anyone who will listen when I tell them they're awesome. I hope that this will not change now that Bond has been bought by O'Reilly.
My experiance was terriblethey close at 1 and i showed up at 3min paat one as my car is broke so had to run there and the guy behind the counter was very rude..he acted as if it was my fault he worked there and as if i was in the wrong for getting a part.keep in mind i called half an hour before to let them kno i was on my way..i have a 2011 wrx and needed a camshaft position sensor and he sold me the wrong one and had a attitude the whole time.selling me the wrong part is one thing but where i work customer service is everything.this guy made it so i will never go to a bonds again
