Over this past 4th of July weekend everyone in this store helped me and my dad get back on the road and make it 8 hours home after we broke down thanks to everyone that me meet and that helped us get everything we needed everyone in this store is amazing
My car was in a world of trouble last Sunday, 2/10/24, and two guys at this store literally saved me and kept me from being stranded miles from home! I wish I knew their names, but they went above and beyond to keep my car from overheating so I could drive the 150 miles home… I ended up having a hole in my actual radiator but it could have been a lot worse if not for the outstanding help I got at this shop! I highly recommend and if you’re reading this thank you!
The staff is always pleasant, helpful, and pleasant. Always greeted when walking through the door and the staff is always willing to help resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. Very respectful and extraordinary service.
Helpful staff. Usually has what I need. If not, the warehouse 10 minutes is likely to have what's needed. One of the better auto parts stores in the area.
I love O'Reilly Auto parts, the guys are cool, knowledgeable, quick to get you in and out, and always down for a good laugh!

I had to go pick up some light bulbs for our delivery trucks needed two different kinds they are very helpful and met all our needs will definitely shop there again

The first issue I encountered was they sold me the wrong part. I called the store immediately because I requested a Power Steering Fluid Cap and was given a Radiator Cap instead. This was very inconvenient for me because I had no power steering fluid and could barely turn the wheel to drive, it took all my muscle to turn it around a corner.
I certainly hope no of you have this problem because it's very straining on your arms ! Then I called the store and told them about this issue, the man proceeded to say, but we close in 17 minutes ! I was getting very upset and told them I'm sorry but I need my car to use in the morning and will be right there. When I got the about less than 5 minutes later, the man tried to say it was my fault because that's what I ordered, to which I explained what I had ordered and know what I said. They found the right part and told me the difference would be more money, so I said what about a senior citizen discount and they both said oh no, but if you were in the service you can get one. Next I took my part wished them a good evening and neither one offered to assist me. I started opening my hood and one of the two was there and said can I help you so he opened the hood as I opened the cap poured in the fluid and replaced the can, he then took the trash. As he left I said thanks so much have a good night and left.
This was very poor customer service and don't plan on returning there ever again. This was such a frustrating interaction that I will not bite my tongue about it, thanks for listening to me and my ranting.
This was my first time coming to O'Reillys and the man (darin) that's what it says on my receipt. Was VERY HELPFUL. I went in for a blower motor replacement and he took a look at my fuses and other stuff to make sure that was what was actually broken before I bought the part!
The battery in my car literally died in their parking lot. I did not get the names of the two men who helped me. However, they went above and beyond to not only install the battery, but after the vehicle would not start, they continued to help try to get it started. This happened right at closing and they stayed after that time to help me. I want to say thank you to those two men. They are to be commended, recongnized, and given a salary raise for their efforts in providing exceptional, outstanding customer service!
Mr Donnie Sleeper helped me out of a difficult situation yesterday after being shunned by a national chain in Burlington yesterday.I have to mention that everything I bought was 18 to 20+ % less than the lazy chain.People.should take lessons on professionalism from Mr Donnie he is great at what he does.Idoes.I would like to mention this is my first review I've ever written....sos impressed wow...I am now a customer for life thanks
Recently changed to Oreillys From other parts store id been with since 2007 for my small auto shop. Donnie is very knowledgable and by far the best customer service. Also has a good crew under him. Id reccomend any person or buisness contact Donnie to set up your account. Couldnt ask for a better guy to do buisness with.
This is the worst restaurant ever, when i asked what is todays specials, my "waiter" donnie said this isnt a restaurant, please stop eating the paint sir.
I asked for the manager, he called me mr. Karen, and then said my mother smelled of elderberries.
Dont order the fish amd mushrooms.
I have had nothing but great experiences when I've had to buy parts etc.. from here. The employees are very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing about the products/parts that they sell. It's very nice to know that if I'm not sure about a part, an employee will. The store offers free windshield wiper installation when you purchase them, That's always a plus. All in all this is a great place to buy parts or anything to do with interior, decals, etc... they also have very fair pricing. I would most definitely recommend this parts store to anyone needed parts, wipers, oil, etc...
