Not only was Allstar lockout a fraction of the cost for a new key fob and reprogramming they came to me and when he didn’t have the exact fob I needed gave me one to atleast lock and unlock my doors until the new one he ordered came in he then came to my job as soon as he got it in and reprogrammed the key fob I needed no extra charge his customer service skills were amazing and he was kind enough to help us and work with us to make sure we had what we needed 10/10. Thank yall so much for your help!!!

This place is trash. They replaced a fob for me few months back and it stopped working already. I called Saturday to get it replaced and the guy wanted me to find the receipt as if they dont keep any records on their jobs. I told the guy that I dont need somthing for free but I do need it fixed. He asked me to send text with my info and someone would get to me as soon as they could. No show at all on Saturday so I called back on Sunday the same guy answered knew who I was and asked again about me finding receipt. He said he didnt have a fob that he was trying to find one and would call me back on 20 mins. Here it is Tuesday still no call no fob no service just bs lies! Never depend on this company Im glad I wasn't stranded waiting on the side of road
These guys are amazing!! The lock on my camper was jammed and my dog was stuck inside. Called them and within 10-15 minutes he showed up. Was very nice and efficient. I definitely recommend All Star Lockout!
when ever we have a rush key that needs to be cut they are there!!! They did everything for me from car keys, house keys, replacement of a front door lock. They are Awesome////

This is the second time we have used these guys. The first time was for a new key fob after our housefire and this time our dealership got them to come out to our house to get us a secondary keyfob. Both times they were very prompt and professional and was in and out within 20 minutes. The great thing about this company is that they are 100% local.

I made an appointment to have a key fob replaced. He asked me to confirm our meet a few hours before the time we agreed. Called to find he had taken a job at some place where he could not possibly meet at the agreed time. Said he was on his way back to Waco and would text me. The time for our meet came and went and no text. I cancelled the appointment and he never apologized and just did not seem to care that he failed to keep his word. I do not think he is reliable. I think if he gets an appointment that will pay him more money than your job he will blow off his commitment to you.
They were referred to me by the dealership. I bought a used car that only has an ignition key that does not fit into the door lock. They came the next day and fixed it in half an hour. They made complicated problems look so easy. I appreciate them for their excellent service.
I have several issues with both of our vehicle keys. The all star lockout team was fast to come to us, had everything we needed, and fixed 3 key fobs and changed 1 battery. All for a fair price.

Locked my keys in my trunk. I can’t recall the gentleman’s name that came out but I live in the speegleville area and he made it out in less than 15 min and handled business. For a weekend call I think that’s amazing.
My husband locked himself out of his truck (he locked his phone and keys in the truck) and walked 4 miles home. We called and the number and the person was thorough and quickly dispatched someone out.
The locksmith called and confirmed details and the time it would take to meet us. He had us in our truck in under a minute, no key needed!

I needed a backup key for my car. It took one call to set up a meeting, waited maybe 5-10 minutes while he made my key, and the guy that took care of me even tightened my car’s key fob at no extra charge.

I had been trying to find someone for two days to help me with my businesses magnetic door lock and he was the only person who knew exactly who I should call and my door was up and running within a few hours. Keep up the great customer service because now I will be calling you for any car lock issues!
They were amazing, polite and professional. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone. The ignition on my car quit working leaving me stranded at a gas station. Every repair shop I called had a 2-3 week wait or didn’t do “dash stuff”. All Star Lockout beat the tow truck to my location and was able to rebuild my ignition on site in less than an hour.
We were stuck after realizing our friend took our keys home. All Star Lockout was there to save us and under an hour we were able to head home! Could not be more thankful for their services

I can not express how GRATEFUL I was for this company as well as how easy they were able to get me into my rental car. I called one competitor and they made the situation worse, by not unlocking the trunk, which is where the keys happened to be located.
This started a chain of events while in the parking lot of the Silos. The Silo’s security guards couldn't get into the car. A detective from the City of Waco could not get into the car. I called Enterprise AND the Hyundai Dealership, they could not get me into the car.
Finally, I called a tow truck and was going to get the car back to Enterprise so we could continue our vacation, albeit without our wallets, my new wedding ring (which I lost while trying to get the trunk open), and our daily bags.
When the tow truck driver suggested calling All Star, I looked at it as a last-ditch effort. I was able to reach them, and he told me the price, I said, I will gladly pay you that plus some if you get it open. He got there, and within 5 minutes he had the trunk open, and we were on our way!
Mind you this was nearly 4 hours of trying to get into the trunk. All Star saved our vacation, and I wish I would have called them FIRST!
