Unable to look up inventory by item number. Edit: I am unable to respond to the NTB customer relations response, but that is exactly what I did. The rep on the other side of the phone refused to look up by product / item number listed on the website. I went to discount tire instead and conducted the exact same workflow and received my tire with no issue.

Jacob was very awesome with helping me fixing my tire. He was nice unreasonable & quick There’s no other tire shop that I know in Waco that’s open passed 7:30 pm

Great experience at this tire shop. The staff is friendly, professional, and quick to help. They explained everything clearly and had my car ready in a short amount of time. Prices are fair, and completely transparent about it.

Came in today for a set of tires and Paul was a great and knowledgeable guy!! He answered all of my questions and gave me great service!! I will tell you the truth. This place was perfect. Got tire front end alignment and found out my inner and outer tie rods were very bad . They did great my truck is in great shape now. The staff was very good. They done it all in around 3 hrs. Take your automotive to them. I went this morning on 2/14/26.

The staff is very friendly and polite. Answered all questions I had appropriately. I currently use a different business for oil changes but I am seriously considering changing. Brian was very helpful along with the rest of the staff. Was expecting the wait to be longer but was very surprised!

Not a good place to take your rims to have tires put on (21in rims). They scratched up the outer part of my rims (2 rims) and took paint off as well. They were perfect before I took them to NTB in Waco. They didn't even say anything. I saw it but thought it was grease marks until I got back home put them on and saw the paint chips and scratches up close, almost all around the rims. So if you have big rims take them to Discount Tire they wont scratch them up. 2/8/26.

I was in need of an alignment on my vehicle. I booked it at 11pm thinking they wouldn’t have a spot available for the next day in the morning but they did. I was able to come in and Bryan greeted me with a smile and helped me out in the front counter and get me situated. This is my go to place for all my truck needs

Brian was extremely helpful & courteous. He is an asset to your organization. Brian educated me about my tire balance even though I had a lifetime package with a competitor. He has me thinking that I will choose NTB for all of my future vehicle services.

Woke up to a flat tire this morning. Got enough air in the tire to make it into town to NTB on Valley Mills Dr. Brian, the Manager, got me in and took care of my problem at no charge. Great staff there and I appreciate these guys getting it done so quickly. Great service, go check them out.

Came back for another service. Ivan came out greeting me again and I swear that is the face I am blessed to have coming out!! I knew I was in great hands and guess what?! I was!!!!!! Paul is an amazing individual!! Can’t thank him enough!!! He is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ivan was extremely worth the money alone but he also helped me get exactly what I needed and was polite and kept me laughing. THey may have been busy but he made sure my time with him was my time and didnt rush me! he is def what this company needs 24/7!

I had noticed that my check engine light was on, and I was already down the street from here. I came in and was helped nearly as soon as I opened the door. Paul greeted me and took a look at my car. He was beyond kind and amazing. Highly recommended for your visits

Went in with my daughter to get her car looked at, and Paul was an amazing help. He was very kind and respectful, yet he was funny and friendly. Had us out of there in a timely manner. 100/10 highly recommend

OK, I want to start out by emphasizing how important a good mechanic is to me. I traveled the country in an older van in 1999 Chevy express that I have converted into a camper myself and my service dog travel together all over this amazing country. I used to have a regular Mechanic that ended up retiring so I’ve been searching for a regular mechanic. So on Labor Day, I wanted to go to San Antonio and I just felt my steering was off for some reason and I didn’t want to drive that far until I got it checked out Everything was closed my first stop was NTB However, they were closed. I tried a couple other places and they were also closed so I ended up going to goodyear in Waco. I told him my steering was feeling strange and it may be a little bit of wobble. They took it for a test drive and came back said they couldn’t find anything and I insisted that there was something wrong so they put it on the rack and looked around and came back and told me that these parts need to be replaced Pitman arm $393 drag link $779 track bars $490 and lastly but certainly not least steering year $1499. I don’t know if that included labor or not. It doesn’t say on this quote that they gave me so when I went to NTB They immediately put on the rack, spent about 30 minutes, looking at it and came back and told me that when my Pitman arm was replaced a few months ago from another mechanic, they neglected to put The cotter pin back in thus the boat backed out and was loose. They tightened it up and put a cotter pin in, and my problem was fixed and best thing is no charge. I am here to tell you, Brian is the manager there And is always very helpful and empathetic very professional and really knows his stuff and of course my old time new Besty Mechanic David. He put on some shocks for me the last time I was in there which that’s a whole Nother story goodyear couldn’t do. My alignment said there was something wrong with my pivot arms back then and yet David was able to do it. Bottom line is, I have decided to make an NTB my only mechanics for all my needs! Thank you, thank you thank you I finally found another Mechanic. I can trust.

These guys will take care of you. I came in to get my oil changed and after about 5 minutes the manager asked me to follow him to to my truck; both the manager and service technician showed me a soon to be serious issue. After extensive searching, they were able to find the only place in town that had the necessary parts for my particular vehicle. After having to choose between the more pressing repair and my oil change, the manager (without any request) decided to take care of my oil change. It goes without saying that the extra attention and care displayed by the team at NTB Waco, is exactly what is needed nowadays.

Great experience with repairing one tire and replacing another at excellent speed and price. Paul and the team were great with customer service. Thank you all.

Update: moved this from one star to three as a result of Matt (Regional Training Manager) and Brian (Store Manager) reaching out to talk. Im happy to give a business a second shot if they present a plan to make corrections, as I understand that even the best of businesses have a bad moment. I'm going back on Saturday to see if they can make things right. I'll adjust the rating again based on how that goes. ----------- I dropped off my Yukon at NTB in Waco yesterday for what should have been a straightforward service: four new tires and an alignment. The vehicle was working perfectly when I brought it in. However, when I picked it up, I immediately noticed a warning light on the dash indicating that the traction control system (Stabilitrak) needed servicing. Additionally, the steering wheel was visibly off-center — turned to the left even when I was driving straight. I called Paul to report the issue, and he was quick to dismiss it, saying that nothing they did would have affected the stability control. When I told him this problem didn’t exist before they worked on the vehicle, he doubled down and said it wasn’t related to their work. I’m seriously questioning whether the alignment was done correctly, whether the lug nuts were torqued to spec, or if anything else might have been done improperly. This experience left me with more problems than I came in with.

Traveling all the time. It's hard to find a quality tire shop and I've been impressed with Mavis brands. This NTB location really helped me out in a tight spot. I recommend them to anybody traveling or local. They really went out of their way to help me I cannot say enough about their quality service, especially the management team

I went in this morning for a simple flat repair or tire replacement. Told the technician that the tire was in the back of the bed that I wanted to have fixed. After pulling my truck in, they took every Tire on the truck off and started checking under the hood. None of these things of what I asked them to do. Upon asking them, they said this was her company policy. If it is, I don't like it, and I will never use NTB again. This is simple fishing looking for more problems to repair. I find it deceptive and unethical. This is not how you build trust with customers.

Love national tire and battery because they give great customer service. Angel was wonderful explaining things in a way for me to understand so that I can make an informative decision. Ladies, this is the place to go , for great customer service and honest people. Jacob was very nice as well.

I don't like giving bad reviews but I think NTB Waco honestly deserves this rating. I took my car to get it looked at in mid February and I was told that it needed a new wheel bearing, work on my lug nut / bolts, and more. I agreed to the services and paid a little over $1,600. I took my car in the morning and I got the car on the same day in the late afternoon. Six days after I get the servicing at NTB Waco I hear abnormal noises and talk to the store manager Brian, he's very professional and tells me it's normal and that when I get my next oil change I just need to add some lucas oil. I take the store manager's feedback and continue to use the car until it breaks down on the sixth day after I got it serviced. I opened the hood and noticed a tool that the mechanic(s) left in my car! I had to get it towed to another NTB locating in DFW and it took 15 days for my car to get fully serviced again. I've supported NTB for the past couple of years but after this $1,600+ incident it's made me reconsider. Long story short: Took my car in to get checked at, payed $1,600 for the servicing. Six days later my car broke down, I found a tool from the mechanic inside my car! The NTB in DFW took over two weeks to fix my car. Customer Service in NTB is good. Overall Satisfaction 2/5
