Been looking for a part for several days called multiple places that said they had it. They didn’t went there and they had it and knew what I was talking about great people
Fantastic people, hard working, dedicated to serving there customers. We limped our tandem axle trailer in there unannounced this morning missing a wheel. These guys not only had what we needed, they helped us pack the bearings, put a new wheel on our tire and got us back on the road...thank you Leggott trailers keep up the good work.
You will not find a better shop in Waco! I should have called them first; they saved my bacon on a Friday afternoon and I cannot thank them enough for putting me back on the road. FYI, I had a drum assembly go out on my pop up A frame camper
This guys is AWESOME!!!!! I would give him a 10 ⭐️rating if I could. We are from out of town and our trailer broke down. We had been calling to see if someone was open on a Saturday much less Saturday afternoon. Low and behold he called us back and was able to help us. Then he even followed up with us later pto make sure we were OK. Thanks so much for help! You are truly AWESOME!!
I had a tire shop maul one of my wheel studs on my 28'×102" car hauler ?♂️? during routine maintenance. So turns out my studs aren't readily available. I stopped at 4-5 shops prior to my visit to leggot trailer shop. I came in& within 3 minutes wasn't told wht they couldn't do or wht they didn't have on hand...
But was helped wit exactly wht I needed to get back on the road, the young man tht was there knew exactly wht I had& needed to get up& running. To my surprise after buttoning up all the parts I was sold, I've never experienced a repair where I didn't have to return to shop at least twice to get the proper parts?? This place has a "Real Gem ? " in this employee who knows his stuff!? Great service, great job ? ? ? I can't express that enough. So much I had to call the owner& say so..
If your having trailer issues?? Come to this place 1st, you won't regret it...
You say that you're open till 5 pm. I drive 18 miles, get there at 3:15. Locked up tight. Thanks for nothing Leggott Trailers. I rated you 1 star because it wouldn't let me rate you at Zero stars.
Leggot Trailers was incredible, went above and beyond to help my family after we were stranded in Waco. Truly a God thing those guys being there to help us. Can't thank them enough.
I've shopped at Leggots pretty consistently over the last couple years and just now writing a review.
Tom is a stand up guy who took my call after hours, to guide me on an electrical issue I was having with the trailer. A man who backs his parts, and his customer service is a great man, so thanks again Tom for your help.
Id also like to add, Jamie and the other gentleman that work in the shop (i didnt catch all the names), but every single one is always willing to help, and know what they're talking about. Truly a one stop shop that you can learn from.

I needed a very specific trailer repair part and the young men were super helpful in making sure I left there with what I needed. Fairly priced as well.
Most amazing owner!! Opened his shop to us on a Sunday. We lost a tire and hub without hesitation he helped us out even on his day off. Thank you so much Tom!!!
Superb customer service, the owner went out of his way to get the parts I needed to me and wouldn’t allow me to pay any extra for his trouble. Everything was in stock a true one stop shop. Believe it or not he even told me where I could go to purchase a couple of things I needed (PARTS THAT HE HAD IN STOCK) cheaper than he could sell them to me. It’s just near impossible to get that kind of customer service anymore.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. I rented a trailer for a week to move my wife here from Michigan and the price was half what I would have paid for a uhaul trailer that was smaller. The trailer I rented was easy to pull and came with a spare, even though the tires looked brand new. It was well maintained and I had zero problems with it. All the lights and brakes worked perfect. The staff was very knowledgeable and the owner was extremely nice.
Highly Recommend Leggott Trailers of Waco! Recently used Leggott, for the third time, to work on my trailer. They did a great job, were cost effective, and with a short turnaround time. These are good folks to work with on trailer repair and maintenance.
They are top notch. They had the parts we needed to get our broken down rv back on the road. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and very polite and friendly!
7-5-19: Absolutely all star customer service!!! Mr Leggott came to me road side to see what i needed, and within an hpur was back on road!!! Great people and great service !!!! My LQ horse trailer broke down in Waco. It needed a torsion axle. Tom and his people took great care of me. He explained the whole process and got my trailer up and running better than when I took it in. They do an outstanding job. I was so pleased that I took it to him and no where else. Tom is also a very personable and friendly guy. Really enjoyed talking with him.
Had a bearing go out on lawn trailer. Buddy was fixing for me while I worked and went to the competition first and was sold wrong hubs and bearings. Went here and got right ones first time and I had them replace my trailer tongue and they did it today got trailer back 2 hours after dropping off now that's quality service. Skip the rest and use the best!
I phoned in and spoke directly to the owner, Mr. Leggott; he quickly gave me a rough estimate that was fair and honest and answered all my questions. Service was quick, the broken leaf spring on my trailer was repaired in just over an hour and the price was spot on. I live in Temple, but for the price and quality of service, it was well worth the drive. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!
Leggett worked on my family's trailers growing up and for the first time as an adult I needed some help with a boat trailer. I took it there and we had a bit of miscommunication which ended up in a mistake being made and something repaired I had decided not to fix. Tom went more than above and beyond and more than made it right. The repairs are also excellent, but more importantly he was fair and honest with me. I handle these sorts of issues for my business, and I greatly understand what this means to a small business and am very grateful for the way Tom handled it. If you need trailer help or work, Leggott isn't a fancy place, but they are good people that treat you right, so head on over there.
