Very rude and passive aggressive the officers ! I came in to talk about an issue and during another officer came out didn’t introduce himself just came at me very aggressively and with a nasty attitude when he had nothing to do with the case ! I can’t remember his name but they pretty much was all very nasty with the words and body language . Detective Brain was EXTREMELY rude over the phone , called me after already confirming the issue and didn’t allow me to continue talking hung up in my face and didn’t answer the phone when I called back , now nobody at the office is answering the phone , extremely unprofessional and this should now be who y'all have representing this police department but it’s small and local so I know he’s gonna stay and be comfortable there , people like that have no real authority other than work in they life so they take advantage of anything they can at work , god don’t like ugly .
Be careful guys, this area is a money grab as the local cops are desperate for revenue and will ticket you for the stupidest shit. No doubt the city officials are pressuring them and the clerk is quick to lead you into paying the full fine, all the while repeating "im not trying to lead you one way or the other" ?

The city if Beverly Hills definitely needs to give Shere the court clert in city hall a raise. She is so genuinely nice and is kindhearted with the biggest smile. She is absolutely the best and should be recognized for her customer service.
They have to be the worst PD in Texas. They do not protect and serve anybody. They should be ashamed of their selves. Seem to have only one good man working there. Our cat was slaughtered by a pit bull even though I had called and told the dispatch to tell the dog catcher not to go to lunch yet, because the dog looked menacing. Two and a half hours later he picked him up and even knew my cat had been mauled. I questioned the dog catcher on why it took him so long. He said I'll be damned if I miss my lunch over a dog. My next question was, what would you have told me if it had killed my granddaughter. He said nothing! Lovely bunch of people working there. There entire administration is a bunch of liars including their chief of police!
I have to say there is 1 officer here that is just outstanding. I appreciate him so much. I was having trouble w/ my teenage daughter & he took the time out to talk to her and scare her straight. After sneaking out multiple times and running away to her bf’s… I finally got my little girl back, ? she listens better and I’m just so thankful for the officers that took their time out to help a single mother in need.
Was trying to file a complaint on a scam, the first time they hung up the call on me while I was on hold. The second time, I got transferred to Bellmead PD! I could of called Bellmead PD if I was in Bellmead, but I'm at Beverly Hills. Still nobody helped! We need a better system!
Pretty much the most useless cops/court system in the entire McLennan County district. Filed a complaint and never heard back from them, called to see what happened to the case itself and they said they couldn't find note of it. Totally useless.
