I called for a tow and they charged me $200 stating they would be there in 40 minutes 1 hour later the dispatch called the driver the driver said he just got the call and would take around 2 hours to get to me from Sugarland not Houston do not use this service took them 5 days to reimburse me

Texans Crown Towing didn't just fail me, they cost me time, money and stress in a situation where I was already stranded and vulnerable. I waited over THREE HOURS for them. Three hours. Stranded. No show. My mechanic, a genuinely good human being had is team stay an entire hour past closing time waiting for a tow truck that never came. I had to tell him to go home. That's embarrassing and it's entirely on Texans Crown Towing. And what was their solution? They offered to store my vehicle overnight. FOR A FEE. Let that sink in: they didn't show up, they left me stranded and their response was to try to charge me more money for the inconvenience THEY created. I declined, obviously and had to scramble to find another tow company to get my car home that night. My mechanic's shop was now out of the way from my house, I had to hire a SECOND tow truck the next morning to finally get my car to the shop. A trip that should have been one 6 mile tow became two adding up to over three times the original miles all because Texans Clown Towing couldn't do the one thing they exist to do. This company wasted my time, wasted my mechanic's time and directly caused a significantly increase in cost. No accountability, at all. If you're broken down in the Houston area and thinking about calling Texans Crown Towing, keep scrolling. Your future self will thank you.

Absolutely sucks. Horrible service cost so much more than the other towing companies in this area. It wasn’t even Texas crown that showed up it was some other company that didn’t have insurance and refused to pay for damages they caused to my truck. Call a legitimate company that’s actually in your area. Much better service that way.
